Inexperienced groomers My puppy was afraid and was pulled by her throat. On the table she was panting so hard from fear her tongue was hanging out of her mouth. I would never come here for grooming again. Stay and watch when they groom your dog! Protect your pet.

I was shopping for a new sweater for my dog Sasha and when I found one I liked, I was extremely pleased to discover it was on sale when I checked out.

Bad business practices here. Poor customer service. The guy in the fish department is unhelpful and arrogant. He was shutting the lights off as I was getting into the department and ignoring me the whole time I'm walking around. I finally ask him if I can buy a pleco which he replays "we're not selling fish right now". Yuck! Due to what ? Never again will they get my business. I’m a manager and would be appalled if I found out this is how an employee of mine spoke to people.

Great place to find what I need and always has what I am looking for as a gift for my dog for the Christmas time and for her birthday as well. I always tell my family and friends to go there.

They have such cute clothes for my dogs! A little pricey. One of the shirts cost the same as if I was buying one for myself.

Good selection and service, but you guys never have any bald guinea pigs, ferrets or chinchillas, it’s usually just the same birds, fish and hamsters

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Your fish tanks are well maintained and your birds and small animals appear healthy. I do NOT like that you sell bowls that are too small for housing a betta fish. They need at least a 5 gallon aquarium with a heater and a filter.

Your selection was very ample. Needed a certain dog food, and you had it. Other stores did not. Thank you.

Great people. Was not a fan until I tried to get my dogs nails clipped at PetSmart on Saturday and they wanted the printed Rabies Certificate to trim his nails. I will definitely go back to PetCo in the future

Very healthy aquarium fish. I have fish tanks and best select for aquatic plants. They should have a Thanksgiving sale coming up and one associate was cleaning and prepping the tank a few weeks ago.

Well that wasn’t much fun , the middle aged woman with highlights literally huffed and said are u kidding me under her breath when we asked for some fish that I ended up myself and ran and hid in the employee lounge when we wanted to see some reptiles why would you work at a petco and not be comfortable with animals? We ended up having to go to all pets club to get what we needed.
