Caring team!!! The best, they took care of my dog and were very very detailed with discharge instructions. Excellent experience, will definitely go back if my dog needs medical care.

Very compassionate, thorough staff. Dr. Molly was so kind and comforting during a very difficult time. I feel she went above and beyond to help my cat. Thank you so much staff.

My mother has a dog who she needs help with because the dog is extremely anxious and needs me to handle her and I can’t go in to help because they are only allowing 1 person in the exam room. Plus they have been late to almost every single appoint we have ever had with them. If it was every once in a while it would be understandable. But almost every appointment get real. Not to mention my dogs already anxious, I just love prolonging my dogs anxiety.

Amazing place. Staff is VERY VERY compassionate. I had to Euthanize my dog and upon calling they got me in the same day. Made the phone process very easy and contacted my prior Vet to get information & records, this way I didn't have to. Upon arrival staff was very friendly and brought my fiance and I along with our dog to a room that seemed very homey and peaceful. They also walked us through the process.. they did not seemed like it was about the money but about the comfort of the pets and it's owner. They were genuinely concerned. I"m very happy I chose Yalesville Veterinary Hospital. Thank you so much for helping during these hard times.

Dr. was able to figure out what was wrong with my bunny. Treatment worked the same night. Everyone is so nice in the office. They followed up 3 times in 2 days to find out if my bunny is doing well. I don't get this type of service from my doctor. These people truly care. Thank you very much!

Been going there over 30 years and the front staff has become very rude and they seem to be more about the money now and not the compassion they used to have for the pets. Very sad but the small old office before the renovations was much more personable and caring. Its a shame.

I love the way they handled my dog. Because I had a bad experience with my old vet. I came to them at the height of the pandemic, and they were amazing with him, and he loves them, and I am so happy. This is the guy. He walks right in.

Yalesville is an independent veterinarian hospital and not a Corporation. Corporate vets are concerned with making money for their shareholders at your expense, using your pet . Unfortunately my last veterinarian went corporate. Dr. O’Neil (who I think the world of) went to Yalesville and I followed her there with my three labradors . She is experienced, knowledgeable and a true animal lover and she speaks highly of the other vets at the hospital as well .

I have been bringing my mom's dog here for years now and we have had the best treatment. I now bring my own pup here. They are very informative and courteous. Always a friendly face welcomes you. I highly recommend Yalesville Veterinary Hospital.

The Veterinarians and technicians are great with the animals, even scidish ones. They also explain everything well. Very satisfied with their service.

I can’t say enough good things about Yalesville Vet hospital. Dr. Donewald was super considerate in calling me back to discuss my dogs first vet visit. She was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The vet technician was also very kind and nice to my dog Benny. All in all it was a great experience! Matt

Each Dr and Vet Tech my dog has met with, I have been impressed. The way they hold the dog and talk sweetly to her just make me comfortable with them. It is obvious my dog is comfortable, well as far as one can be. Every time I have called or had a worry, my questions were answered and my dog was seen so fast. I think they are fairly priced as well. Happy I chose them

Spent alot of money ($770) to find out what was wrong with my cat. Got alot of well, it could be this or that and they wanted me to pay more money to get a possible answer. Beginning to believe they ripped me off. Sad they way they are ripping people off.

I’m not sure if they just hire incompetent doctors or the doctors just don’t care maybe? I have bunny rabbits and I’ve brought them in for check ups my first experience was back in April when I brought in a very pregnant bunny in to make sure she was in fact pregnant after an ultrasound and $172 later I was told she was NOT pregnant. Two weeks later my rabbit gave birth. I thought she wasn’t pregnant. We called the office the next day for an explanation and we were told oh she must have gotten pregnant the day after that visit. Um last I checked bunnies don’t stay pregnant for 2 weeks sweety. My next experience is what broke my soul. My little baby was limping and I took him in for a check and was told he looks injured I inquired to see if he had an my neurological issues I was told “in my expert opinion he does not have any neuro issues. We were prescribed pain medications and $185 later he continued to get worse to the point he was not able to walk move or eat brought him back in 5 days later as an emergency and we ended up putting him down because he did in fact have a neurological issue that was not checked or tested on from the beginning now I’m one bunny less and heart broken. And both of these occasions I dealt with Dr Ressa. Dr Frank was the one who discovered the neurological infection and was upfront about treatment if we decided to go that route. Why wasn’t this caught from the beginning? We could have handled this so much better but now I’m depressed.

I was able to get my puppy in very quickly and they were amazing! She had a minor upper respiratory infection, and I received medications for her. I was pleasantly surprised, because some vets try to push on unnecessary medications, and they did not do that at all. The price was very reasonable, their facility is clean and has a friendly environment, and all of the vets, techs, and staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. They also made a follow-up call to see how my pup was doing. All in all very happy!

Very expensive but they do do a good job and they're always available at last minute With dogs at least When I brought my cat They couldn't Do the exam because she wasn't used to the smell of other animals and was anxious and aggressive They were training a technician and she was too scared to grab her with a towel and even through they weren't able to do anything they charged me for everything wont bring the cat here anymore

Every vet and vet tech I have met have been very welcoming and kind.

They would tell you to buy the shots for life program and "it will cover all the required shots with your pet." Which is $150+. So when you come in for your next visit, you'll actually end up spending more money for shots that apparently the membership doesn't cover those particular shots. There is no transparency at all!

Anytime that I have been there the staff is always friendly, courteous and the facility is clean. They always pay attention to my pets and make them feel special. My ducks love Dr. Bourke and she is extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient when treating them.

I found a poor young kitten hit by a car and brought it here to confirm what I already pretty much knew...there was no heartbeat ???? Everyone was very compassionate and they even took the body to be cremated. Thank you YVH ???? Rest in peace sweet baby ????????????????

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Seravis for her compassion and care of my most beloved cat, Nando. I truly appreciate that you respected my decision to forego a bunch of expensive tests and let him go. It breaks my heart but I know it was the right thing to do. I know other vets might have told me to try this and that. I just did not want that for him and you seemed to understand my feelings. Thank you!!

This was our first visit to Yalesville. I was happy to be able to go In with my dogs. The dogs were quite wild and the doctor and staff were great. They were patient and calm. The doctor took the time to talk with us and answer all our questions. The next morning we received the dogs’ test results by text, and then the following day we got a phone call checking in on our dogs. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

This place is by far the most compassionate, caring, trustworthy vet office. I wasn’t a customer, but they saw me with both of my dogs when problems arose. Both times the vets and assistants were so patient and thorough and made sure that my dogs received the best care. A+ across the board!!
