Doctors and staff are great!

After having 2 God awful experiences at Yalesville animal hospital resulting in having to put down one of our bunnies due to negligence. We found ourselves desperately needing a new vet asap. So I started reaching out to many locations asking if they see rabbits. And finally I found north haven animal hospital. So far they’ve neutered 2 of my bunny rabbits and they are so good and healthy. I am very pleased at how they keep you informed with everything. It’s even shocking how quickly you can get appointments too. We’ve had excellent service from Dr Wells. We’ve definitely found our new place to keep taking our bunnies and we plan on getting our third bunny fixed soon. Rocky and Rico say thank you for taking such good care of them.

Been going to this vet for at least 12 years. Dr jolly is the vet that takes care of our cats and dogs. The Vets and the staff are always pleasant. Recommended

Office staff have a "better than you" attitude and the "what do you want" look on their faces. And for the third time in a year I had to remind staff my dog needed the Pro-heart injection for heart worm. A year ago I was informed my dog did not get the Pro-heart shot at the check up 6 months before and did I want to continue getting the shot. WHAATT? So in other words my dog went unprotected for 6 months. I thought, and trusted my dogs health, and schedule of vaccine's, to them. The physician's response, "no big deal" your dog is fine. According to their website heart worm is harmful and possibly fatal. There have been other instances of failure to communicate over the years and I have overlooked the attitude of the ever changing staff but this last visit was the end. Looking for a new vet.

Great Vets to bring your pets. They are very loving and caring. The staff is wonderful.

I have been going here many many years. I now have 4 dogs and I have always found all three doctors very compassionate and professional and they take the time to listen to my concerns especially regarding vaccinations. It is comforting to be able to have three doctors and two locations at my disposal. The staff is always friendly to me and my dogs

North Haven Animal Hospital has taken care of my dog for years. They were very compassionate and professional when the time came to euthanize him, making a very painful time easier. They are currently caring for my new rescue puppy and are pro-active with his health needs. They truly care about all of their patients.

These are the most compassionate vets around! The prices are reasonable as well

We've been using North Haven Animal Hospital since we adopted our dog Gili 2 years ago. We specifically see Dr. Loquine, who is amazing, but every staff member here is so courteous and friendly! There is not one bad word to say about North Haven Animal Hospital, they are always there for emergencies and they have taken great care of Gili every time we've been there.

Always pleasant and professional Doctors and staff. We are always confident that our dog is getting the care and attention he deserves.

Close to house , girls at counter need to realize there in public service.

My baby girl of 16 years, has been under the weather with a collapsed trachea and the instant she had medicine from the hospital she was barking like her old self. I am so grateful for our little one and I hope she will be here another 16 years. Thank you North Haven Animal Hospital and North Colony Animal Hospital Staff. My family has been using North Haven and North Colony Hospitals for more than 12 years. They are professional, caring, and friendly. We have trusted their advice and have had 2 dogs survive well into their teens as a result. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been using North Haven Animal Hospital for 20+ years. The staff is always caring and attentive and they have always gotten me in during non-routine matters. Dr. Loquine is wonderful. She listens and explains everything thoroughly and she cares. They are all very nice people who truly care about you and your pets.

I've been using NHAH for years. I've never seen such kind, compassionate veterinarians, techs and staff. Many of them remember the first puppy I took there, Oliver. He loved them as much as they loved him. Oliver sadly developed cancer, Dr. Wells, Dr. Jolly and Dr. L fought so hard for him, they gave me some extra time with him. My dog Elliot is a patient there now, he gets the best care I could hope for. What I love most about them, you're not a number, everyone knows all the pets by name and know the owners. I'd never trust my animals with any other place. Elliot being a discerning dog has a soft spot for Dr. L and he actually goes there willingly.

I love this animal hospital. The staff is amazing!! They are so caring and gentle with my cats. I am very over protected and they gave them awesome care. I have been going there since 2001. A+++++

Dr. Wells and his professional Team at North Haven Animal Hospital are absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. My experiences have been nothing less than positive. Last year, I transferred over to North Haven Animal Hospital from another local animal hospital which I felt was just soaking me for every dollar. The care that my pet has received at North Haven Animal Hospital has been top notch, and the cost of care has been extremely reasonable, far less than what I had been accustomed to paying. My pet has had two surgical procedures (spaying, tumor removal) within the past 14 months. Her treatment and recovery has been fantastic! Dr. Wells follows-up and gives you options. He gives you all the facts so that you can make informed decisions as to your pet's healthcare. He's more inclined to be conservative in his approach to treatment, which I appreciate from a cost standpoint. I highly recommend North Haven Animal Hospital. They listen and are very responsive to your needs.

I can not say enough about the compassion that was shown to us by Dr. Loquine and her staff during one of the saddest days we've ever had. We were devastated that our twelve year old Yorkie was failing and Dr. Loquine allowed us to work through the process with such patience and understanding. We even brought our pup's sister and they allowed her to sit with our dog during the process; no questions asked. She reached out on her day off just to answer our questions and when it came time to put our pup to sleep, she was supportive and quietly reassuring. She allowed us to exit through the back door rather than walk through a waiting room filled with people while I was essentially sobbing. We will not forget the kindness that was extended to us yesterday. Our pup knew she was loved right until the very end. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
