The team at MP takes great care of my pup. My dog always is happy upon arrival and departure weather she’s going in for a groom or being dropped off to play with the pack. I also appreciate that they send out communication to update their pack parents on current events that could affect availability.

I have been going to Metro Pooch for boarding for several years. They are wonderful! I can leave my dog knowing that she will be well cared for and loved. The employees are awesome. My dog loves it!

What a great doggie daycare facility! My 5 month old golden retriever LOVES going to their puppy daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. So much so that he runs right in and forgets I exist when I drop him off! The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean and top notch! I highly recommend bringing your pup to Metro Pooch!

We were very nervous leaving our dog anywhere but a co worker spoke so highly of The MetroPooch that we decided to try it! Best decision ever!!! The place is clean, the staff and management are loving and caring and I could check in on him anytime. Kristin and her staff are the best and I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly!

You're crazy to take your dog anywhere else. These people are amazing. The girls are friendly and adore my dog. I religiously check the cameras throughout the day and have never seen questionable behavior. My dog will run up to the caretakers (always two with them at all times) and they will always show affection to him. The owner is dedicated and really knows her stuff. We signed Mac up for school and learned so much. I can't give this place any higher praise. This facility is truly amazing and has made mine and my partner's life so much easier.

We love the Metro Pooch, but more importantly, our dogs love the Metro Pooch! They take great care of our dogs, know them and their quirks, and they come back exhausted from their visits. Would recommend them for boarding or doggy daycare!

Metro Pooch is a life saver for us and for my dog. The flexibility, professionalism and friendly environment are just a few of the outstanding parts of what make Metro Pooch a wonderful place. We have done day camp, boarding and obedience training through the facility and all 3 have been stellar. Thanks to all staff for their hard work and for loving my pup like hes one of their own.

Excellent dog daycare! Professional management. They let me know about vaccination needs before my vet. They have doggie cams so you can see the large play rooms. They have groups for small and older dogs and other groups for energetic dogs. Highly recommended!

This place is hands down the best dog boarding/day care facility I have been to. From the moment you walk in being greeted by amazing friendly staff that clearly love what they do, to pick up when that same outstanding staff wishes your pup a heartfelt goodbye. Aside from the warm people who work here the place is incredibly clean and tidy. It's nice to know they take as good care of the facility as they do my mutts! There is so much good energy in this place and both my dogs love their day care time here. Aside from the dogs getting some amazing play time when we are at work, we get tuckered out pooches at home in the evening! Can't say enough good about this place, highly recommended!

They do a great job grooming

Professional, attentive, competent, and warmhearted...only START to describe the staff and management of The Metro Pooch. We recently boarded Lily, our 2 year old Shorkie for a two night stay. We met with the staff a day before dropping her off so that they could perform and monitor a temperament test, where she would be introduced to other similarly sized dogs for two hours. She played well with the pack and came home exhausted. We dropped her off the next day and expected the feel sad about parting with our pup for the first time, but when we walked in the sounds and smells of the other dogs made her eager to get going. We never had to feel apart from our pooch as we were able to monitor her on the ODoggy app...GREAT touch. We paid for a full grooming during her stay and Lily came home looking fabulous. We highly recommend The Metro Pooch and are 100% sure that we would board her here again.

My dog loves The Metro Pooch and I love the staff for taking such good care of him. Yam was a shy and fearful dog, but attendance at doggie daycare has really helped him out of his shell. The staff greets him by name upon his arrival, even if it has been weeks since he was last there. If he stays overnight we are able to watch him via webcam and make sure he is comfortable. Very happy with their service.

Jack and I are in town for a month due to business trip and normally Jack is very shy but he loves his new friends here and the women who take care of him. Thank you for taking a good care of my baby.

First time I had to carry Archie in as he was nervous. Second time he couldn't wait to get inside to play. He loves going to see his pack friends for play time. I've also left him overnight twice now and both times he was well cared for and was returned to me happy and healthy. I love the fact that i can go to the camera app and visually check in on him any time as well. Lastly, I can not speak highly enough of the dog loving staff that is always inches away from the pack and keeping them happy and safe.

Not only are the staff friendly here, there are very educated and attentive. Each member of the staff here remembered my pups and my name before I could even remember theirs! (Thats an accomplishment in my eyes as i would guess they have no less than 50 dogs a day here). My dog now has people skills and dog socialization that has molded her into one of the most well behaved dogs I have ever met. I believe that without having come here I would not see the same obedience and positive interaction with strangers. Doggie daycare is a life saver for my very energetic pup, and the hotel here is a life saver for me as I feel very sad every time i leave her, but I am so confident shes in good hands. Every time I come to pick her up she is happy and I have never experienced any issues at home afterwards. The fact that there are training classes, hotel, grooming and daycare in one spot just rounds out the perfection for me

They stand behind their contract but don't always use good judgement when it comes to ensuring safe play for the pups whose care they are entrusted with. We witnessed their exchange with some pet owners and the owners had good points to which metro pooch kept citing their contract. They were more worried about a lawsuit than about the injury yo the pup! We will never bring our pups there again! Consider other options before using this place- even alone in an overheated parked car would be a better option!
