They did a tremendous job on my dogs! Especially my older one, he just hates overall grooming and can be very dramatic. He looks and smells so wonderful! They both look great! Would definitely recommend Downtown dog!

Absolutely amazing! First time bringing my boy to a groomer and he came out looking and smelly great not to mention he loved the people there and they let me know how his behavior was. I'm very protective of my baby and I had no fear with them! Sweet amazing people

Evelina is a gifted artist! She has worked wonders on my two dogs. One dog is anxious, the other is a deaf and blind senior. Evelina made special accommodations for both dogs and catered to their needs. I am beyond pleased! Her shop is very clean, her staff are supportive and comforting. I highly recommend their services! Your dog deserves to be pampered!

My puppy Ruckus got neutered back in January and had to wear a cone for 2 weeks. Today we took him to get groomed at the Downtown dog.. We go here normally as well.. Today she went above and beyond. Ruckus is 10 pound shitzu who thinks hes a 1000 pound lion.. He was super matted because of wearing a cone.. The owner went above and beyond and make ruckus look extra amazing. Cant even tell he was matted. Even though he had to be shaved in a certain spot it all blends in well. Thank you so much again!!!! I feel at ease dropping him off. Its quiet relaxing and she understands. And gets the job done. Ruckus my husband and i love downtown dog.!

Worst groomer ever she cut a chunk of both of his ears off And when I showered him was still bleeding after more than a week and now he has scabs on both of his ears & she wasn’t even honest enough to admit it she said it was like that and that she thought it was a rescue dog what kind of BS is this ???????? and 80$ I guess for just hurting him dont take your dog there !

Awsome groomer!!!!! And service!!!! My first haircut there for my labradoodle and she did a really good job!!!! He's a puppy and his cut was completely even and exactly how I wanted it . I made the mistake trying petco before and got the worst cut ever !!!! Highly recommend Downtown Dog !!!!!

I don't take my dogs to this groomer anymore. The first time I brought my dogs there (the old location on railroad st.), they looked and smelled good. After the second grooming, just went down hill from there. My dogs would come home looking like a 2 year old found some funny shape scissors and gave them a haircut. Horrible job this groomer did on my dogs. The worst part was that she expected to get paid in full for a half job done. And it was always the same excuse: "My dog was too difficult." Keep in mind that my dogs are small, about 13 lbs. combine. I take my dogs to another groomer and she is really good. They've being going there for over a year now and she never had a problem with my dogs .

I’ve been taking both my Springer spaniels to The Downtown Dog from her first location on Railroad St. to the new spot. First Conner (who was a royal pain for them) and now Rita they do a beautiful job use top notch organic products and are generally caring and conscientious with my dogs. I am baffled by the reviews that say it is dirty or less than professional. Not my experience at all.

If only dogs could talk. Oh wait, they can if you know how to listen. Crust formed on the tip of my boys ear. I believe she niped his ear. If she’s not honest enough to tell ya, she isn’t worth trusting your dog in her care. Beware, before it’s to late. Better to be safe then to lose a pet to neglect And everything about her shop is dark and dirty. Driving up is even creepy. You’ve been warned.

Me and my dog coco love Downtown Dog. We love how very professional and clean environment it is. She absolutely loves working with animals and I’m so glad I can have a groomer like this.

Visited The Downtown Dog for the first time ever this past Saturday in order to have our dog's nails trimmed. Unfortunately, we were not able to watch the nail trimming and our dog was taken out of sight. As soon as we got home, we noticed blood everywhere: in the car, on our carpets, on our furniture, EVERYWHERE! This place cut our dog's quick on two paws. and never said anything. We're still trying to get the blood out of everything. I wouldn't trust this place with a plush animal, let alone my precious dog!

Katherine....You're wonderful. I couldn't believe Tucker tonight. I approached her with the foot medication and her facial fold whips. Her normal demeanor is to cower. Tonight, she rolled over for us to rub her belly and apply the medication. I couldn't believe it. I've been looking at different crystals...so interesting. Thank you

AMAZING the staff and building are wonderful...they love animals and it shows...the pups had a great time while they were getting their haircuts and they look wonderful! Thanks so much
