Really nice place to bring your pets

My fiancé and I had a emergency situation. This place was absolutely wonderful called and was able to squeeze us right in even with us never going to them before. We had to put down our cat down after he made turn for the worst with his medical condition.They were very professional and kind and caring with the situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pet care needs.

Absolutely love the service we received here. My cat needed a last min emergency visit and they were able to squeeze him in even tho we never been there before. The doctor was quick to determine what was wrong with my kitty and prescribed him meds and off we went. It’s now Monday and they called to check up on him and I’ve honestly never been to a vet that does that!! Will for sure be keeping them as my main vet, thank you baybrook!!

I have been with Baybrook animal hospital for 14 years and highly recommend them. They are a top notch facility. We recently had to put our dog down and we were treated with such compassion. They took care of everything for us and put our minds at ease as it is not a very easy thing to do. The care that Dr. Lipsitz and her staff have given us and our dog through the years has truly been amazing.

My puppy needed an emergency surgery and none of the hospitals had times/means, but with VCA it was an easy process from the very beginning, their receptionist, technician and doctors were very caring and responsive, walked me thought the process and followed up. I think I found primary clinic for my furry baby.

My Great Dane had a tumor that required surgery. I was referred to VCA Baybrook Animal Hospital and in particular, Dr. Lipsitz. I went there to make an appointment for "Moose's" surgery. Dr. Lipsitz recognized the urgency of the situation and performed the surgery immediately. I am forever grateful. The staff was very pleasant and the bill was reasonable.

I trust the doctors 100% in their advise and care if my fur baby. Great practice.

They are more expensive, generally, but they don't ask you to perform meaningless stool samples or try to sell you stuff you can get cheaper at the pet store.

I wish I never took my cats to this hospital for a checkup. One of my cats just recently passed away after a doctor from this hospital said nothing is wrong with her. Then I took my other cat for a checkup at another vet right after and he's diagnosed with heart murmur, respiratory issues, as well as arthritis. I am extremely disappointed and angry about the visit and would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Take your pet to somewhere else because it's a waste of time, money, and it might even put your pet in danger.

We brought our cat here and will not be returning. Payed too much money to find out they did not even complete the exam which cost $90. They told us it was a follow up visit and then tried to medicate and give vaccines that we were not told about and run tests that we were not told about and insisted that we pay for them. They made us pay before they even saw her and told us afterwards that they couldn’t complete the exam but did not offer any refund. Completely unprofessional staff, we will not be trusting them with any more of our family. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been taking my Amstaff there for care and check ups for the past 3 years. They are always friendly and most importantly they keep my staffy in great health.

Everyone was very helpful. Helped us and our cat during the weekend. Probably saved it's life!

Great staff. A little overpriced but it's worth it for a Vet who cares.

so we take our dog for every checkup here etc and they’re great, specifically Dr. Emilio, my dog loves them. We had surgery for our dog scheduled today, we dropped her off early and were told the surgery would be done between 10-3 and they’d notify us when. When we finally heard back we got word that they can’t do the surgery today and need to reschedule. I understand that emergencies come up but to keep my dog alone in a cage confused as to what’s going on for no damn reason is infuriating. They should have informed us earlier so we could calm our dogs anxiety.

Great job taking care of are new puppy I didnt feel as if I was on a rotating line getting pushed out for the next in line

Amazing staff, doctor's, and techs. Prices are not the greatest, but they have cares plans. They are worth every penny.

This practice is the most compassionate AND competent I have ever encountered with my pets. And the environment is bright and happy which helps when you’re upset over an ailing pet. I couldn’t recommend them more highly from the staff to the techs to the docs. Be good to your little ones and bring them here from any stage of their lives.

It was a very difficult time for all of us but you explained every possible scenario of what we were facing with Gig and the different paths forward.
