We have a 4-yr Goldendoodle, no major problems but the standard of care (both preventative and curative for the occasional issue) has been exemplary. They’ve had a very good protocol during the pandemic. Thoroughly recommended! UPDATE: 1-yr later our vet spotted a hopefully benign cyst - she was careful to explain all options for biopsy. I remain convinced the standard of care here is excellent.

Got me in quick and wasn’t crazy expensive

It was a regular checkup for my dog and check-in was easy, staff are super-friendly, and he was in and out in no time at all. He still doesn’t like going to the vet, but I’m happy!

We took our new puppy there and as first time pet owners, we were thrilled with the care that our pup received at his first visit! We were worried since he was getting a vaccine and going to meet new people he would be nervous and hesitant, but the vet tech took him away and he didn’t look back, and when he returned he was even happier than when he left! It was a great experience and we feel very comfortable knowing our baby is in such caring hands!

Staff is mostly friendly (I have experienced some unfriendly staff), vets seem concerned for pet welfare. Wait times are very long, although that seems to be common with most vets at the moment. This would be a good place to go if your pet had zero health issues, but I would be wary of taking in an unwell pet. I have taken the same pet here for the same issue 5 times over the past 12 months, and hear different things from different vets every time. Seems like doctors are rushing and not being thorough. I also feel that products and procedures are pushed for the purpose of upselling, and not out of necessity. If you take your pet here, I would recommend insisting upon the same Dr for every visit. Seek out second opinions is something doesn't seem/feel right to you

East Brook is filled to the brim with devoted and caring staff. I've been taking my cats there for ten years- even though I've been living in Vernon for about 9 of those years, they are worth the drive! They approach you and your pet with empathy and care, a level of investment and attentiveness that is far from the assembly line feeling I've got from other vets. Some of my animals have had chronic issues requiring overnight stays, near death experiences because of those issues, and the doctors and nurses treat your animals like a precious loved one. They keep you well informed and go out of their way to build confidence and rapport. They remember your pets, they answer all of your questions (and boy have I had quite a few) and I trust them implicitly with the care of my animals. The cost is also very reasonable, by comparison to some other vets. They don't try to sell you unnecessary tests- they are up front about fees and the value of each test and procedure.

The people who work at this hospital are the friendliest and most professional. They take care of our pet for more than 8 years and they've never once wasted our time. Everything is done right and thoroughly. The treatment and prescription are on the conservative side and we like that. We're glad that this hospital is so close to us. Keep up the good work. Dr. Spagnoletti is super helpful and accommodating. I always have a lot of questions because I want to understand what's going on with my cat's health so I can make informed decisions, and she's very patient and good at explaining things in a way I can understand. Transparent about costs and budgeting if you ask.

East Brook is an amazing animal hospital. They take amazing care of my dog, even though she is very pathetic and afraid of the vet. They always go above and beyond with her care and follow up after her visits. I cannot say enough good things about them!

The people at the Eastbrook animal clinic are very friendly and extremely helpful. The doctor was a very informative and took more than enough time to explain things.

They take great care of my two girls, especially my purebred Himalayan who has some unique health issues. They're so nice and friendly to me and my kitties and are willing to work with difficult schedules. If you need an appointed soon, they'll work with you to get your pet checked out. I love the vets here and they take great care of my girls.

I love this vet, my kitten is extremely feisty and difficult to work with but they always have a solution! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and costs are very reasonable. My kitten just got spayed and they provided all the information needed and a comfortable small cone for my kitty, as well as cut her nails. The surgery was done very well. I am lucky to have such a great vet right in my area.

My family has gone to EBAH for 35 years. That’s several vets and staff members! After a 2 1/2 year no pet break , I am delighted to be bringing our new doggie here once again , and particularly thrilled that Dr. Fisher, who gave our golden retriever the most compassionate end of life care (lead vet tech Caryn too), is back and part of an outstanding team. Professional, patiently communicative, friendly and caring.

I used to go here all the time, but moved an hour away. Due to COVID swamping most vet's schedules, I had to make an appointment here because I couldn't get my dog in anywhere else. It was worth the hour drive as it reminded me how much I love bringing my dog here. And quite honestly, it was even better being able to do curbside. My dog is more anxious when I'm inside with him so it really worked out. EBAH is very reliable and trustworthy so I didn't think twice sending him in there without me. They solved the issue my furry friend was having and they're very affordable. That tiny blue building has a great staff. Thank you!

I've been taking our pets (dogs and a cat) to East Brook for five years, and they are wonderful. It is clear that they love pets, and I've never questioned their medical opinions. I also like that they don't push unnecessary treatments or tests, but do recommend the ones that are most important for evaluating/maintaining health while making sure you know all of your options. They are very communicative, and I've never had problems getting someone on the phone when I have questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic as an affordable option for quality vet care.

I was very happy with the visit with my dog Ruby this week. The vet made a few suggestions to assist my dog with her weight along with her current issues with contracting whip worm, of which I made changes with the company I purchased it through and was able to make adjustments going forward.
