Great job brushing the undercoat of our Bernese mountain dog.. it's no small task!

My first impression wasn't great. It's a very old, dirty building and our puppy was more nervous than usual. It was hard to leave her there. But when I returned to pick her up, she was having fun with 3 other dogs her size and happy. Her grooming was just right and matched all of the requirements I listed when dropping her off. So in the end, we were very happy.

I love this place. Very friendly staff. My Lulu is happy.

I brought my dog to Shampoodles and he was traumatized I mean he would jump up very quickly as if someone was after him and he wouldn't go to sleep it last about a week every month or so i take him for a cut so he's use to the hair cuts he gets but this shop traumatized my dog they cut his ears he has soars on his ears his genitals were red and very sensitive he can't stop scratching his ears ???? the hair cut was nice but they traumatized my dog

Groomer who clearly loves what she does and her clients! I have always brought my dogs here for their nails (short coat dogs so they are wash and go). The staff is friendly, the dogs in back always sound happy, you hear how they talk to their clients with such love and reassurance esp my big ol punk dogs who get nervous for their nails and shake, I always hear the reassuring caring tone when cutting their nails. Really a great place!

They did a great job with our timid boy Rory! They were super professional and charged a fair price with what you'll find elsewhere. He looks amazing, the attention to detail that Shampoodles does really shows in their work. If I had to give any criticism at all, it would just be that they could use a little more signage to indicate where exactly they are located. Other than that, they were fantastic and we will definitely be returning!

At 1st thing seem great, shortly after into my 3rd & 4th grooming my two dogs kept coming back with multiple knicks and cuts! One of them ended up with skin infection that required medical treatment for antibiotics from the areas that were cut. Dr stated groomers must not be cleaning tools in between pers . Expensive medical bill on top of expensive grooming apt that should have been at least discounted after sending me back my dogs with blood and cut skin that was left untreated. Though the ladies have been always nice, they should take into consideration that cutting multiple times a puppy while grooming not only does it cause severe anxiety and fear but also wounds get infected. It wasn't just one time mistake, it was 2nd time and enough for us to know better!

Best place to have your dog groomed, my baby is spoiled and I know she is hard to deal with but she comes out every time she goes to them looking AMAZING!! She has never had a Knick or little cut in her they really do suck an amazing job I will. Never bring my dog anywhere else. Not just that Sophie looks amazing when she comes out I can tell she was not stressed out while being there so I know she was treated wonderfully and ALL the ladies are so nice and Accommodating!! I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!
