This was my first visit at MVC. The staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the way Dr. Dupre and her techs treated my pups as though they were their own and truly felt as though they had the best interest of my four-legged kids in mind through out the entire appointment. They listened to all my questions and provided helpful suggestions and guidance as promised! I would definitely recommend MVC to others!

We're new patients and took a long time to choose our new vet clinic, super glad we chose this one. They were communicative, gave good advice, and were very reasonably priced.

It was a hard day but they were very helpful everybody it was very hard cuz we had to put my dog to sleep but we they tried everything in their heart that they could do so that she could be okay but he was too far 6 so they couldn't do any more for her but they try to do the best for her they are really good people at the vet

The Doctors and staff here are just outstanding. From the first time I brought in my new puppy Doctor Dupre and Kailah were fantastic. Made me feel I made the right choice to bring my pup there. Then my little guy got sick and found out he had an obstruction. Well being a new puppy mom this was alittle scary as he couldn’t keep anything down. Doctor Babuska was so calm and reassuring. She did not make me feel rushed and did all she could for Oakley. He was there for a couple days during the day and she made the time to reach out and give me updates. We thought things were going well and then was back in. Doctor Babuska was able to narrow it down that the blockage was gone but needed meds to help with the rest. This was just two days ago and with the meds he was almost immediately back to himself. Doctor Babuska is just calm, doesn’t rush you out and just willing to listen and help. Even when I asked the same thing several time lol as I was trying to digest it all myself. Also Cassie, Marissa, Toni, Heather and Shannon are just outstanding!!! There are also others who had a hand in helping Oakley and while I didn’t say your name as I am sorry I didn’t get them all, know that you are awesome too! This entire Team is just awesome!!!! Keep up the fantastic work!! Appreciate each and everyone of you!!! Thanks again for you taking care of Oakley like he was your own.

We have been clients of MVC for over 30 years, the staff and doctors are outstanding, they are compassionate, and I wouldn't trust our animals with anyone else.

Beautiful building with simple waiting room. Grass patch at the back of the parking lot is a nice touch.

Courteous and professional staff and vets. They were very good with my vet reactive dog and were very thorough with tests and concerns. The desk staff is very responsive, even when my dog was sick and I was calling daily. The vets are easy to get in contact with, explain things in lamen terms and recommend referrals to vet specialists when outside the scope of a typical vet visit.

Dr. Dupre is amazing and truly cares for animals! All the staff are kind, respectful and respond promptly. Great Veterinary Clinic!

Beyond incredible in every way

We brought our two boys over (Marco and Marley) for their first time to the vet. The staff were VERY nice and answered all of questions. Our cats were both calm and came home very happy. I’d highly recommend. Great prices also. We’ll only go here forever ☺️

If there was an option of 10 I would have clicked on it. I spoke with Victoria when I arrived and called in. She is so sweet and caring. My Lexie (cat) saw Dr. Dupre whom I have known since Ragged Mountain. She is a #1 top rated vet.

MVC is the a great place for my dogs. They are very friendly, thorough, and fair. I know my dogs always receive the best care from MVC.

Manchester Veterinary Clinic is one of a very few places (in my experience) that consistently maintains a level of professionalism and excellence for my pets. Dr. Babuska is our primary care person, and I trust her input completely. We are alway given suggestions and options for each aspect of our animals preventative health care, as well as when problems arise. In addition (and almost as important) the front desk staff never lets us down. They always follows through with our requests: whether it be a question, a requested return phone call, a refill, an appointment or the concierge aspect of COVID related vet visits- they've got it. The support aspect of a medical office's front desk is vital- and so many fall short (human and animal practices alike). The teamwork displayed at MVC is top notch and consistent. When I call for anything- I know there will be follow through on their end, and a result. I travel 50 minutes to get to this office. Dr. B and her entire practice (front to back) are the reason.

The staff is SO friendly. My first visit became a big deal after I discovered that the carrier I had ordered for her was way too small. So, I did the unthinkable: I “carried” my cat in. I do NOT suggest anyone carry their cat into a vet! I’ve never seen so much of her fluffy fur clumps off of her little body. She scratched me up REAL good. Luckily, the staff was able to calm her down very quickly. They showered her with compliments (what parent of a fur baby doesn’t love that??). They even let us borrow a real cat carrier to bring her home in! Since COVID began, this clinic is now offering “valet” appointments. Just drive up, call to let them know you’ve arrived, someone comes out to get your pet, they bring the pet inside for the appointment and instruct parents to find a parking spot and wait for their call. I was told the appt would take around 30 minutes. I was surprised when I was informed that they’d finished the check up in under 20 minutes. Of course, patients get a chance to talk to the vet too. At the end, I received a text message containing a link through which I was to pay the vet bill. Once complete, they brought Kitty right out to my car. I didn’t even have to unbuckle.

We have been going here since the year 2001 with our golden retriever and now with our two German Shepherds. We have been taking our fur babies to this clinic for the past 20 years. We love the office staff, the Vet technicians and all the wonderful veterinarians. My fur babies are treated so well at Manchester Veterinary Clinic especially today when we could not draw blood from Tina. Dr. Soutter, Heather and another Vet. Technician helped draw her blood and they were absolutely fantastic with Tina. They are professional, knowledgeable, informative and compassionate. We are so grateful ???? for this clinic. Next month, Quint will be here to get fixed and he will be so well taken care of.
