Excellent vets that truly care and know what they are doing

I've been taking my cats here for nearly 8 years. Dr. Miller if fabulous. She takes her time with her patients and their owners. The other staff members are really friendly and helpful.

Dr. Miller and her awesome team have been taking care of our 3 cats for several years now. Friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended if you need a cat specialist.

I brought my kitten for an appointment here today. It was our first time coming and while this Covid pandemic is going on, we weren't able to go into the facility to our appointment, I was still incredibly impressed!!! The doctor was so willing to explain EVERYTHING to me, I didn't feel the slightest bit rushed, she was extremely knowledgeable and very personable! Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, I was able to tell the genuine care she has for her patients! I am so very happy with my decision in switching vets to come here! I live about a half hour away, but the service I received today was well worth the drive! Can't wait to bring my other cat in in November!

Dr. Miller has been taking care of Max since they opened here in Connecticut and she is the best vet he’s ever had. We are currently treating him for cancer and I have been very grateful for the compassion and help from all the kind people working at the office. They treat their patients like they are their own!

High quality care at this veterinarian! They only service cats and are extremely knowledgeable about feline care. They make sure your kitty is as comfortable as possible and they do not rush anything. They will exhaust all possible solutions to help your kitty with any ailments. I only wish that they lived closer to me. I drive my kitty 45 minutes to an hour to bring her here and that's because it's worth it. I have 100% trust in the staff at CT Feline. Highly recommend!

My family & I deeply appreciate the staff at CFMS. It was painful when our cat was diagnosed with a rapidly progressing terminal illness. But thanks to the expertise of the staff & the gentle, affectionate way our dear girl was treated, she was able to enjoy her life as fully as possible, right to the very end. That, as well as the kind attention & compassion shown to us, soothed our hearts beyond measure. We are so thankful to the entire staff, especially Dr. Haining, Summer, Brenda, & Melissa; & so glad we chose this clinic for our sweet cat. You will be too!

My fiance and I recently switched over to them, from another vet that we had been using for a very long time. We went to them because I have an older cat really can't deal with being at the vet and the other vet that we were using couldn't accommodate him. These guys are amazing, they explain everything to you, you can be with your pet during the whole procedure for anything (within reason of course) but for example when they had to give him some gas to help him sleep so they could examine him, we got to be there with him from start to finish. And the staff is so friendly and kind. Amazing, wonderful people! So glad we switched.

Great place of all things medical just for kitties! They are very knowledgable!

I recently adopted a 9 year old cutie named Elvis. He started to have some issues with vomiting and hairballs, and so I decided to take the recommendation of a family friend to book an appointment with CT Feline Medicine and Surgery. The staff were able to schedule him within 2 days for an appointment, and were very flexible with my work schedule. When I arrived at the office, the staff greeted Elvis before even greeting me! They cared so much about making the environment right for him. I was blown away at how amazing this team was - absolutely fantastic! I have never experienced such personalized care - the vet tech took her time to get to know Elvis, and truly cared about getting the details of his medical history correct. In addition to the 30 minutes the Vet Tech, Summer, spent with Elvis, all of us, (Dr. Haining, Summer, Elvis and myself) sat on the floor for nearly 45 minutes to make Elvis feel comfortable while we talked about his medical issues. I cannot express how pleased I was with the amazing service this team provided. Hands down, the best customer service experience I have ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Miller is the best!! She is the cat whisperer. The staff is pretty awesome too! Dr. Miller spends quality time with each patient to really access their individual needs.
