The Staff at Glastonbury hospital is the best. They make you feel welcome and always willing to answer your questions.

I would like to be present during examination and was not allowed or wasn’t asked! Only complaint but important to me!

Not only are the veterinarians and their associates at Glastonbury Animal Hospital incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, they are also so compassionate and caring of the pet and the owner. I recently had to put down, Maggie. Drs. Cotthaus and White gave me guidance throughout the final weeks and days, and just supported and comforted me. I cannot thank enough all of the folks there.

Had a good set up went smoothly

My husband and I would highly recommend Glastonbury Animal Hospital. We have trusted them with the care of our mini-bernedoodle, whom has thankfully been very healthy. Glastonbury Animal Hospital did her spay, which went smoothly and their doctors made sure that our dog was as comfortable as possible following the procedure. The staff is all incredibly friendly and very responsive. Thankful to have such a wonderful office close by and look forward to our future visits!

Searched for a vet for a while for our first puppy, and extremely glad we landed on Glastonbury Animal Hospital. They are nice, accommodating, and thorough and for some reason my dog never wants to leave when he goes there!

This was Colby's first visit with Dr. Cotthaus. Dealing with COVID and very few clients inside, was easy for us. Everything was so professional and done well. Dr. Cotthaus took the time to explain a lot about raising a puppy - what to look for and what to expect. The staff was great and the process as easy as it could have been, given the conditions. Very happy clients.

"I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. These vets are experienced, kind, attentive and caring." That's what I wrote in a survey a year ago and I have not changed my mind. These are veterinarians and support staff who genuinely love animals and I would give them 10 stars if that were an option.

GAH gave me an appointment immediately for an emergency for our mastiff. I thought he was dying and they were all so calm and unhurried. They diagnosed treated him quickly and efficiently. Warm , support, professional staff- can’ recommend highly enough !!

The staff and Veterinarians are all very knowledgeable and caring. You can always count on them for the appropriate treatment and assurance every visit!

Took our new 18 week old puppy Tessa to the Glastonbury Animal hospital Staff was excellent. They took the time to answer our questions and concerns. First class operation.

This was our very first visit as we had just recently moved to the area. Dr. White and his assistant were extremely friendly and professional.They took great care of my cat and answered all the questions I had regarding my cat's health. I was nervous about going to a new vet after 15 years, but I couldn't have been happier with the way in which we were treated by the entire staff here!

Excellent care by friendly staff. Adapted very well to COVID safety practices. Cared for several generations of our dogs for 30 years.

I started coming here recently because I moved and needed to find a closer vet, friendliest staff ever and so easy to set up any kind of appointments. Outstanding customer service as well especially over the phone. My pets Bella and Binx love the staff, nurses, doctors, just everyone there! They make them as comfortable as possible and even talk to me about everything

I really liked this group - Though we had to switch when my dog needed attention & couldn't get an appt for several weeks- it wasn't an emergency but my dog was in pain-and newly aggressive calling daily for a cancellation didn't pan out. New Vet treated him for + tick disease tested allergies + multiple food and environmental now on a monthly inj & prescription food- I have my little happy boy back. His skin & fur cleared up nicely and his sweet temperment is back since he is no longer itching or in pain. I would still recommend this office to anyone I guess it was just the timing for me and my little guy!

Glastonbury Animal Hospital cares for our two goldens. The care we received was great. The vet and technician were very responsive to our questions, gave us good advice, and seem to genuinely connect with our dogs. The office staff was very helpful and courteous. We feel lucky to have a place in town that we know will look after the health and well-being of our dogs.

Our cat, Lily, was a patient at the GAH and was always treated very well. She was euthanized on 11/5 and I must say they were very kind and compassionate to us. If we decide to get another pet, we would not hesitate to use GAH services again. We highly recommend them.

We have been taking our Kitties to Glastonbury Animal Hospital for 25 years. They have always been amazing in dealing with our Cat's health needs. I am so grateful for everything they have done for our kids.

Dr cotthaus and his staff are phenomenal. Kind, caring, and medically sound. He brought my dogs terrible skin allergies to a manageable level! Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my older dogs here for a few years. They are wonderful. I brought my new puppy yesterday and they were fantastic with him! I love the doctors, techs and staff! Everyone is so nice and very fairly priced.
