I am so glad I switched from the W.H. location to East Hartford! East Hartford VCA go above and beyond for my Goose. Every time I call there is no wait time, they are attentive, and such a pleasure to speak with. They always address every concern of mine with care and understanding and never is there a mention of up front costs before he can see someone like at the W.H. location. Highly recommend East Hartford VCA for any fur baby!

This vet CARES FROM FRONT DESK TO BILLING AND THE DR S TOO.... WONT FIND THAT AT MOST VETS !!! OTHER VETS ITS ALL ABOUTVTHEVMONEY...

They made sure my little girl didn't suffer. They really care about your pets I will be forever grateful and so my pets will always be taken care of there.

They’re awesome. It’s pretty obvious from the get go that your animal is their priority. From the girls who answer the phone to the doctors they all show great attentiveness. Even after the appointment they will often call or text to check in on the animals progress and well being. Great office, would take my cat or dog there any day. Paco and Juju are in good hands there!

First upon our arrival they were pleasant and punctual. My Scrappy wasn't stressed about being there, he was excited before and after his visit which tells me they treated him well while he was out of my sight. They were patient answered my questions and I had a lot, and very informative. Thank you VCA East Hartford

I could not be happier with this animal hospital. They were able to get me in same day for a health certificate when I had to bring my pup on a trip last minute. The girls were all so sweet and gave me a fun travel pack for the plane. Dr. Mac was quick and friendly. What a great experience!! I I had to drive a bit further but completely worth it. They even gave me a heads up about upcoming traffic from the stadium.

I greatly appreciate the help they give me for my pets!

I want to give a very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Olivia Holston, Michele Daglio and the rest of the staff today. It’s a very hard and emotional decision to put a pet / fur baby down, but my Bailey was in the best hands today. You made us feel welcome and comfortable. You gave us the time we needed together and made my baby feel at ease. I couldn’t think of a better place for my dog to take her last breath. Truly from the bottom of my heart thank you all!! ❤️❤️❤️

The vet I trust the most. They are always friendly and kind and have never judged my dogs by breed. That is important to me. They have my vote.

Today 9/22/2020 I've called to set a time for my new puppy. This lady name "Amanda" was rude and not polite on the call as she demanded to have my dogs papers emailed before she can give me an appointment. Really? Do everyone have dog's papers? My daughter called 2 weeks ago and had no issues booking her visit without having to email those papers. I used to be their customers when my other 2 dogs were alive and I guess I now WON'T be their customer again and would choose another Vet. Thank you for nothing VCA. Poor service in a scam to try to sell more when all I called for and stated was for a rabies shot and first visit.

Very good. Examined and determined problems, proposed treatment and was able to get our little we guy back to us in a timely manner.

The staff VCA was great very knowledgeable an friendly Dr. Holston thank you an your staff .Lola no longer peeing on my wife's side of the bed so she also thanks you .accident free the 4 months thanks again.

They handle my cat with care even though she was challenging to handle. Im happy she was vaccinated. They treat my baby with care. And the Doctor was very upfront with me. The team was great into providing me with info. Thanks!!!
