Please please please please don't bring your pets here.my wife and I brought out 5 puppies there one of them got really sick after they got groomed we took him back a couple of days later and they said ear infection so we gave him the meds the prescribed...then they said it was allergies prescribed more meds....our dog wasn't getting better he had chunks of his fur falling off so we called again really concerned they gave ua an appointment and said it was scabies..they told us give jim antibiotics for 7 days and he will be ok well NO MY DOG IS WORSE!He called them once again and said our dog is sick and there is nothing else we can do and they agreed to put him down!We called another vet and told them and they said that is no reason to put him down!Please keep your pets aways from this place I will not be coming here anymore

I needed my little Chorkie fixed. They didn't overcharge, they truly care about their clients even gave a follow up call to make sure she was OK. Very pleased with them & think they will now be my new Vet Clinic.

I am the president of a newly formed Animal Rescue, Boomer’s Best Buddies, and when we took this rabbit from a local shelter he was in terrible condition. East Hartford animal clinic was quick to get us an appointment and took great care of him, neutering him and ensuring his health. We look forward to working with them again!

Awesome experience , Dr. Kane is very caring about the animals . I was referred from a coworker and value was very reasonable . I will only take my cat here.

They take amazing care of my pups and don’t try to do anything unnecessary. I took my dog and cat to get spayed a few years ago and have been coming back since. They are the only vet I use.

We tried them out and could not be happier with the level of service from the front desk and reception to the vets and the techs. Just outstanding.

I took both of my dogs here recently, one is a puppy and one is six, for an annual exam and vaccines since I hadn’t been able to get ahold of our prior vet after multiple attempts. I was so happy with the amazing customer service and professionalism of all of the staff, from the receptionists to the techs to the vets themselves. I plan on going back and being a life long client.

I recently moved to the area and one of my cats wasn’t feeling well. So many vets were full for months (probably due to COVID backlog), but East Hartford made the time to see my kitty and run some tests on him. Their prices are fair, staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s obvious that they care about your pet. I’m glad to have found them!

They are very concerned about their patients. Kind and gentle, also. Their prices a very reasonable.

Dr Linda Kane has been my cats veterinarian for my previous cat who lived to be 21 years old as well as my current two cats first in Enfield and now in East Hartford since she moved back to this group. She is compassionate and knoweldable and I trust her completly. I have not had any experience with the others in this practice but I highly recommend Dr. Linda.

Up front and direct. They don't try and hide anything in the pricing and will show you a quote before you make a major financial decision. The people are great and my dog feels comfortable with them.

If you have a bearded dragon, don’t waste your time coming here. The Doctor has no specialty in exotic animals, doesn’t even know how to handle them, and he didn’t even examine my beardie, and he was grabbing her all sorts of way to the point that she was very stressed and wanted to run away from him. Our appointment was at 9am, it ended at 9:10, so he basically just talked for 10mn and he didn’t tell me nothing I didn’t already know, and they charged me $70 for all that. Lol

Great place and fast service

I was ten minutes late for my kitten's first vaccines appointment. They kept my $70 deposit and told me I would need to reschedule and pay another $70. I got the impression they are about the money. Took Harley somewhere else. ????????‍♀️

The vet that we saw was amazing. She was knowledgeable about our animals and let them get to know her. She didn't force anything, but let our dogs pick the pace. I was very impressed and will be taking our animals back.

I'm so appreciative of the reception and professionalism of all the staff and especially happy my dogs came home happy and not worried to revisit because the staff treated my besties so well.

All the staff were professional and friendly. They explained everything to me and the costs of each recommendation, without pressuring me to buy anything. Found out my cat had a heart murmur and the doctor took the time to explain different scenarios and that I should follow up with a cat cardiologist, but she knew it was a lot to take in on a first visit so to take my time and call/return with any questions. Definitely recommend!!

I have 9 ferrets and the exotic pet vet is absolutely amazing! he takes such good care of my babies and makes their shots quick and easy! :) thank you!

I brought an older cat here for the first time in early September. When most veterinarians were unwilling to accept new clients due to the pandemic, East Hartford Animal Clinic was very welcoming. All of the staff were very caring and concerned about my cat’s health problems. Sadly, my cat was at the late stages of an untreatable disease and her life came to end. Should a new pet be part of my future, I would certainly call East Hartford Animal Clinic!
