Dr. Fleming and staff always go above and beyond for my dogs. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care they receive during each appointment. I will never go to another vet. One of my dogs was always nervous to go to the vet and he’s become so relaxed!

I've been taking my dog here for the past few years. The service has been exceptional and I am so grateful for Dr. Fleming - especially through the pandemic. This was my rescue from when she was a puppy. I highly recommend this vet clinic - so happy we found a good one after searching around a while.

It is hard to express how caring Dr. Erin Marsh is in a short survey. Every time I have needed something done for my animals, she has taken the time to ensure that I fully understand the process and am comfortable with the treatment plan. The staff inside is always incredibly friendly and makes me feel like I am among friends. The curbside drop-off has really helped as well with my concerns around health. I can also run some errands, making the entire process better for my busy schedule. Thank you so much, Highway Animal Hospital. You have a customer for life.

I came back with another bad review because the owner veterinary called me saying she won’t see my puppy and go somewhere else because of the way I spoke to the staff. I don’t understand how a professional doctor would turn a patient away because of their bruised ego.

Took an injured stray kitten here for surgery to remove her paw. They did it for 1/5 of the cost we were told at the emergency vet. They took such good care of her and have been great with her follow up care. So glad we found them! Will definitely continue taking her here.

This facility is the best, and Dr Fleming is a wonderful compassionate veterinarian!

While this veterinary clinic is a bit out of the way for me, I'll keep going back. The staff has shown excellent care towards my pet. They take the time to explain things that I would otherwise not understand. Thanks for taking helping me with Snowball.

Highway Animal Hospital is professional, friendly, caring, and helpful. Our boy Cosmo never dreads his visits, dogs know & can sense these things. So don't take my word for it, take my dogs!

My Indy's first visit here. The ladies were very friendly. Once we got in the room, Indy, who was a nervous wreck, was let out of her carrier and able to roam freely around the room. They were gentle and friendly to her and treated her well, seeing she was an anxious kitty. Glad i was referred to them.

We have been clients of Highway Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We have brought our dogs and cats there. I love the staff and appreciate their honesty and how they truly look for what's in the best interest of the animal.

We started going here after we got our 2 kittens a couple months ago. The prices are reasonable and the service is very good. They email aftercare instructions and an invoice after every visit, and they email estimates upon request. They also send appointment reminders before every visit. We have been there 3 times and this includes surgery to get the cats neutered. The people that work there are punctual, they are happy to explain things that we don't understand (especially since we never raised kittens before) and they are overall a pleasure to deal with. The cats are happy and healthy, which above all is the most important thing.

We moved to town and was looking for a new vet and groomer and we were lucky to find this awesome place for both! Our fur babies are not afraid when we walk up to the door. Great people, great service!

Very professional, great care, zero issues with surgeries (spay/neuter) and dealt with a very difficult dog. These are animals in a rescue, so they are not always your typical cases. They came highly recommended by 2 rescue groups.

Met Dr. Erin Fleming this morning. We’ve been having a hard time getting a diagnosis on our senior dog. We were given great compassion time and details this morning and are now able to make a decision. Of course no one wants to hear it’s the end of the line for their loved one but it was harder not knowing for these last several months. We will be leaving our former vet and now seen Dr. Fleming solely for the rest of our “Fur babies”

Dr. Erin Fleming is amazing! She was so good with my kitten while she was ill, she knew exactly what to do. She was very patient with kitten even though she wasn't too cooperative. Dr. Fleming had a great way of explaining things to me and made sure to give me all of my options. I bring all my pets to her now!

go someplace else! The front desk has no idea or knowledge of anything in the veterinarian world. The doctor never calls you within the timeframe they say. So you as a “patient” have no idea what is going on with your pet. Very unorganized. Unprofessional. Seems like the vet is not interested in her business or her clients. Maybe she should change careers. Bc clearly she’s not interested in this one.

Took my yorkie there 4 times for a skin condition, VERY pricie,and my dog Is still the same????no GOOD!!!

Every body in this hospital are the best. My dog had surgery and I bring him to the best place Clean, friendly and very professional
