if you truly love your animal don't not use this place!! the owner gave his son the practice and he has no idea what he is doing!!! if your pet needs surgery he will charge you thousands of dollars because he isn't capable of doing them so he has to out source to cheapest doctor and pockets the rest this place is sick

They killed my extremely heavily award winning cat Chester. It's been over a month and we are still waiting for the autopsy. PLEASE dont bring you pets here ????

I order an prescription from Chewy website. Chewy said all I have to do is call the animal hospital so I did. I call about 4 times before I made my way to the animal hospital. Each time I called I spoke to someone who worked there. She couldn’t answer any of my questions and I was told they would call me back and never did. They changed there vet so she told me that I have to pay to be seen again by the new vet and pay for the medication again. I spoke to a woman name Barbara she told me to come in and once I got there she couldn’t give me the prescription. So , she wasted my time and could have told me this over the phone. Plus , I was told all the money need to be paid up front but she couldn’t tell me how much was my dog eye surgery.

Wasn't attentive to my dog although he's been a patient there since he was a pup.

This is the worst vet clinic I have ever been to. Not only did the staff make me wait for 45 minutes to get a prescription. They refused to give me refills for my dog's arthritis medicine without seeing her again even though they saw her two weeks before. In the past they insulted my dog's haircut and they are very unprofessional. Who knows if they even perform the services they say they do since they won't let me in with my dog? They don't seem to care about pets, but just want your money. Well, they aren't getting another penny from me.

Brought my dog there on a Friday and he spent about 10 minutes with him said he thought it was a virus. They did blood work but wouldn’t have the result until Monday. Said he was severely dehydrated gave him a shot of fluids and medication to take home. We tried to explain to him that he would not eat and that we had noticed he had lost a lot of weight. Could barely could get a word in edgewise. Long story short my dog passed away that Sunday. Called on Monday for blood results and to let them know that my dog had passed. spoke with the nurse she said the vet would call us back as the blood tests showed he was in kidney failure??! Still no call 5 days later. Unprofessional, heartbreaking and appalling. My dog suffered because of the missed diagnosis. We are completely in shock and angry.

They were quick but very attentive and affordable!

It used to be easy to get an appointment, but lately it's been a minimum of two week wait. I wish they would get another Dr. in so they can free up so time slots. I do like this place because its very convenient to my home, but might have to consider another office with more availability.

My vet is the best!!! And Barbie the receptionist well let's just say she is AWESOME ????

Great place. I've taken my dogs here for 10 years now.

Not too happy as l was given very little detail about my cat .Theirs no point of registering your pet on the account they send through email, as they don't put the results of blood work in there and you have to call to know the results . Won't be goin there no more. My first experience with a vet as lm new having a cat and was very unsatisfied.

Horrible service my cat came in w a urinary blockage and there was no sense of urgency. The vet told me to get back to him the following morning and he didn’t answer till 5 hrs later in which I didn’t wait for him, took my cat to another vet and they told me to come right in. My cat could’ve died in between the time of response. This new vet did everything they could and more.

went for my ferret and my ferret was only seen for 4mins. I got no report about her not even her weight. Had to ask nurse to speak to vet in order to get some info about my pet. Very disappointed

The staff are great but the vet there is awful. Discriminates against pit mixes, fearful. Was trying to get blood from my dog but his hand was shaking like he'd just drank a gallon of coffee. He ended up jabbing my dog with a needle about 6 or 7 times, not actually drawing blood from what I saw (which I still was charged for) and when my dog started growling, he blamed me and her. Very unprofessional. When I told my friend about my experience he said that he went there with his senior dog and would never go back. He said that the vet there actually slapped his dog on his backside for not following commands. Awful.

Please save your money and dont go. $200 out the window for them to wrongly diagnose my pup with a tumor!! Told us we would have to do the surgery or put my dog down. Took him to Shelton shoreline and turns out it was hernia that they drained then and there!! Horrible experience

My dog and I love this place. They have Great doctors and great staff. Every time my baby bear is picked up he is always happy and wagging his tail.That is what I look for in a vet. I have taken him to many different places throughout Bridgeport, Milford and Norwalk for grooming and he has had some bad experiences. I have been taking my baby here for just about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! I am at will sharing my opinion due to how pleased I am taking my baby bear here.

I went here for about 12 years for my dog but I stopped coming because of how poorly they treated my dog. The poor excuse of a vet tech was being very rough with my dog and at one point dropped her on her face on the floor instead of putting her in my arms or on the table. This wasn’t an accident, it was clearly intentional (he must’ve been having a bad day and was taking out his frustrations on pets) and he offered no apology. Daniel Hochman (veterinarian) is an egotistical, unprofessional and unhelpful person who offered no solutions for my concerns. I have no idea how someone like him is working with anyone. The only GOOD thing about this place is their receptionist, Barbara. She is extremely knowledgeable and has so much love for every animal that comes into this establishment. She helped me get all my paperwork together so I could take it to a competent veterinarian and she even helped the receptionists at my new vet gather the information I had missing. She is the only person I miss from this place. She has a huge heart and overwhelming compassion. While the prices here are reasonable, I would absolutely not suggest this place, but if you don’t have any other options do not allow Daniel Hochman to treat your pet and request either Barbara or a different receptionist to handle your pet.

Such a great place, they really work with you & do their best to help you get what your pet needs. Very nice staff & vets. Decently priced as well.
