Dr Kristy is probably one of the most unfriendly people I've met. Has regularly seemed irritated and annoyed at my asking a couple questions relating to the well being/health of my beloved cat's health. Last appointment Dr. Kristy completely forgot to give my cat her annual shots and had I not reminded him before leaving to please issue my cat her rabies and distemper shots he would have completely forgotten. The guy never even showed any appreciation or gratitude for giving him my business with not even a thank you after spending a couple hundred bucks. Just don't get the feeling he values the humans who are entrusting their beloved puts to his care. Definitely too loose goosy with leaving that back/side door open sometimes in the exam room where pets can accidentally escape out onto busy route 1.

We love Dr Kristy! My boy had Lyme's disease, the Dr put him on a regiment of antibiotics and pain medicine and I have seen a remarkable difference in his stiffness and energy levels. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend.

The Engleberg/Kristy family is so dear to us . This our second lab that has been in charge of her health. The staff is kind and caring,like family to us. They take great care of our Rosie. Dr. Kristy and Dr.Willis are both just the best for vets, they care about their patients and their families. You just couldn't ask for a better veterairy team. We love you all!

Dr Kristy was wonderful w my cats. He helped w one particular issue (hair balls) and for another (asthma) took a “wait and see” approach so as not to over prescribe. Office staff lovely too. No frills office but I don’t care about that.

Always helpful, friendly, kind, listens and handles my dogs very well.

The entire staff is warm and compassionate. My dog has been a patient there for 8 years and I am very happy with the doctors and staff. I have also used this business for boarding and found them to be very reasonable. My dog gets excited when we are close and runs right in to greet everyone. I’ve been to others in the past and no one has been as caring.

I like the safety measures they take, but you end up waiting an hour to be seen and they are expensive( almost $400 for a vaccination)! Will probably not return but happy to have my pet(s) seen and vaccinated.

Everyone there is amazing with my pit bull. She is not animal friendly due to her past.???? . She loves going there!! They all take pride in their jobs. Caring , kind ,& professional. I always get a call back from either doctor right away . They explain what’s going on in a way you can understand & make you feel at ease with their answers . They listen. My family has been using this office since we moved to Ct in 1974.

I been bringing my dog here for a while now, thought they were really good until the doctor was really rude, unprofessional and brought my dog out to me with no leash and let her run out into the parking lot with no cares!! Really disappointed with them and I will not be bringing my dog here ever again! He doesn’t care for the animals, he put her in danger by bringing her out with no leash!!

I have taken my dogs here for about 8 years. Very friendly and caring place. The vets do not rush you out the door. I like that they take time with my pet and with me.

It was my first visit. The staff and doctor were very caring and answered all my questions. The only issue was I could not go in because of covid-19 and the price was steep.

I transferred to Engelberg-Kristy a couple of years ago with 4 elderly cats. Since then, E-K has been immensely helpful with the cats' care. Recently I had a young cat have a procedure and Dr. Kristy took all the time needed to thoroughly explain what had been done and what to expect.

I’ve never been more comfortable with a vet until I met Dr. Kristy. He’s very thorough with everything, errs on safety, his care is wholistic when deciding what’s best for our animals including the environmental impact some medicines and devices may have. Dr. Kristy and his staff are all truly a champions for animals.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Kristy and various associates have taken care if our many dogs and cats with patience and compassion, especially at the tough times when we have to say goodbye. And diane, joann, jan and Kim have been wonderful also.

My aide brings Muffin, my cat to Dr. Kristy for me. After the exam he always calls me and tells me how everything is. When I was able to go myself a few years ago I was quite impressed with his care especially compared to other vets I had used previously.

I have always been happy with their care for the many pets I've brought to them.

The MOST unprofessional pet vet ever. Scheduled my dog his first shots here for an appointment at 4:30 I arrived at 4:20 for them to tell me they are four pets behind and they are not sure when we can be seen and that we may have to reschedule. No call was place prior to my appointment to inform me of thaws changes they wait until I drive all the way over there to tell me this information. UNPROFESSIONAL do not bring your pets there!

We love Dr Willis. She so very kind and knowledgeable, treats my fur children like her own (even a mean Shepherd that likes nobody but me) But Dr Willis was excellent at easing his anxiety and aggression. My dogs are my life and she treats them as such. Cerberus had a HUGE ulser in his eye and the Dr put him on a course of medication and he has since then completely healed. I highly recommend Dr. Willis and staff for all your fur children medical needs. Belle

Taking great care of our dogs for over 20 years. He's the best.

First, we saw the bill and we shocked to see a $90 exam fee. Every other vet I’ve been to has been under $50. Upon asking what exactly entails an exam, we were told “oh, just the usual stuff.” We were not billed for a shot my dog received, but once we called and asked why it wasn’t on the bill, they sent an invoice in the mail. We could not pay online, so emailed to ask about other options. We were never emailed back and were then sent another invoice. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a vet, and we will never be returning.
