Always cheerful. Always friendly. S’mores is a handful & they always manage her well. Not inexpensive but you earn reward points, as you get services done, to use toward future invoices. Or you can donate them. I’ve been using SAH since 2013.

They have been very good and I will only go to them They don't charge u an arm and leg They really do care very respectful and all around good people

First time appointment for my beloved Kat. They we kind, explained things well and more importantly did not push any unnecessary expensive testing or treatments. Definitely recommend.

This was my first visit to Shoreline Animal Hospital. They had received great reviews on the phone App “nextdoor”. Because of still in place COVID-19 protacalls, we had to call or text the office we were there to drop off our dog. They were prompt on answering and asked us to wait outside on there bench. Within five minutes or less, a person came out to pick up my dog. They were pleasant and friendly to my pet. They said it would take about 20 minutes for the vet to examine him and would call us for pick up. Sure enough, around that time frame I was called to come pick my dog up. I texted them I was back and within a few minutes Dr. Julie Berman came out with my pet and went over in detail all she had done on the exam and my options for some additional dental work she recommended. She was very nice and easy going. I highly recommend this vet practice.

Very positive and caring environment

On 10/25/2021 I took my adopted kittie (Willow) to Shoreline Animal Hospital for a wellness check up. Upon arrival Jean the Vet's Assistant met me at the door and escorted me to a examination room, where Jean asked me about Willow's habits, litter box manners, diet and proceeded to check for a CHIP incase she became lost, also too a fine toothed comb to check for flea larvae in her fur, and her weight, she then proceeded to speak with Dr. Berman concerning Willows examination results, Dr. Berman entered the examination room and proceeded to pet Willow first to reassure her that the Dr. would not hurt her. Dr. Berman then checked her teeth, pulling off tarter with a gauze pad from the back teeth, she then proceeded to check her ears for wax buildup, or anything else that may be lurking in there, next were 2 vaccinations Rabies, and PVRCP Booster, she was overdue, according to the records I had received from Adoption Agency. Dr. Berman spoke with me concerning Willow's eating to make sure she got enough nutrition in her diet, and I also purchased a flea collar. I'm so glad I chose Shoreline Animal Hospital for the care of Willow, they are professional, and explain everything to the owner concerning any issues they may have, always petting animal for reassurance that they are safe and speaking softly as to not frighten the animal. Thank you Shoreline Animal Hospital, I highly recommend U as an exceptional Veterinary Care Center.

Dr West was AWESOME. I was concerned moving to a new state and my dog having known only 1 veterinarian on how he would react to someone he didn’t know taking blood for his thyroid condition. I could not have dreamed of a better reaction. She took her time despite being busy which put us both at ease. Wonderful experience!

They are always so good to the animals, they truly care, and work with me on how i want to handle my pets....great place to take your loved ones!

We waited 6 hours, 1st day they said he was good. Came back next day, my dog was sick… another 5 hours tech said he was okay, finally left,,, he died the next day. Don't go there, just my opinion. (EDIT) Yes I was a patient.

I moved my dog to shoreline Animal Hospital because I read that they understood nervous dogs- well that review was correct. Her last Vet would muzzle her every time she had to go in and at times there was 3 technicians holding her down I thought Molly was going to have a heart attack. She now goes to Shoreline Animal Hospital in Clinton ct where Dr Berman and Dr West have never had to muzzle her. They are so gentle with her and she seems to understand that they aren’t going to hurt her. So if your looking for an exceptional Vet I would highly recommend Shoreline Animal Hospital in Clinton Ct - I’m so grateful for care they have shown Molly.

My appointment was critical because I needed travel documents for my dog. Even with the impending storm, I was assured we would be able to get the help we needed, , if the office were to close on the day after the storm.

My visits are always a pleasant experience.The Doctors and Techs are easy and informative to deal with. All are very professional with a great personal touch.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice! Took the best care with my 2 kitties! Will definitely be continuing my kitties care here! Got my male kitty neutered and they were very good at calling me and letting me know how he did and then a follow up call the day after! Also very affordable in my opinion! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs vet care!

Recently moved to the area and this vet has been fantastic. My dog apparently had Lyme and was never tested at my old vet. She always had bad breath if I forgot to brush on a single day, even after tooth cleanings. Turns out it’s a symptom of Lyme in some dogs! She had antibiotics and the smell is gone! They’ve also been really great with my new puppy and all her shots. Affordable and friendly.

They are wonderful! It’s easy to see they truly care about animals! They are responsive and even reply to text messages! Love the staff here and we always have a great experience.

These are exceptional vets who have a sincere love and respect for animals that comes first in their care. They afe extraordinarily responsive, getting you in for a timely appointment and always call to follow up. We've had a half dozen vets over our thirty-eight years of pets, and our current dog is not an easy patient. Their patience and connection with animals are remarkable. These women are by far the best. I highly recommend them, and thank my niece for her recommendation!

Shoreline Animal Hospital is the best. My husband and I got a new puppy after being without a dog for over 10 years, so it felt like we were starting all over as first time pet owners. Dr. West and the staff at Shoreline couldn't have been more welcoming and reassuring. Our new puppy loved them all, he was totally relaxed. If you are looking for a vet, I don't think you can do better.

I can't say enough good things about Shoreline Animal Hospital and Dr. West who is the vet we have seen. Everyone there is friendly and professional from the receptionist to the vet techs and vets. Quigley who is always nervous to go anywhere new, is put right at ease at Shoreline, and the last time we were there, he was totally relaxed and didn't even know when they drew his blood and gave him his vaccines. You can definitely trust your pets to Shoreline Animal Hospital and they even give a senior discount!

Dr. West is an amazing Vet and Shoreline Animal Hospital was by far the best overall experience with a vet in my life. From the initial booking, to the welcoming staff to the call back with results - everything was perfection. HIGHLY recommend this veterinarian facility! Additionally, Dr. Berman was incredibly helpful during an emergency we had with our pet on a Saturday

Hands down the best vet I’ve ever had. They’re highly knowledgeable and professional while being kind and very caring. They’ve helped my pups for 4 years and the pups are much healthier and happier now. Affordable and accessible. Made navigating the pandemic easy. Great people to help your pets.

Awesome vet! Couldn’t imagine taking my 2 dogs anywhere else. One of our bulldogs(Bruno)is older and starting to have problems but anytime there is a flair up the folks at Shoreline Animal Hospital are always there to help with our best interest in mind. Bruno is happier and healthier than he’s been in a while.....thank you so much!
