No one in the store offered any help nor greeted us. We found everything ourselves for our new puppy. At checkout the associate began telling me about her boyfriend's pregnant ex-girlfriend. Completely off topic and incredibly inappropriate and odd.

If you are ordering online for in-store pick up, then make sure you arrive early!!!! I arrived an hour before the store supposedly closes and the doors were closed with all store lights on! Called and called and nothing…waited for an hour yet still nothing. Unbelievable!

Lots of good deals and stuff to put on the "not right now" list.. lots of cool stuff in the fish area, for all levels.. the staff can help you grow , ask them , they are knowledgeable. A good time when I go.

Convenient location with a decent inventory of popular pet products. Our dog is allergic to common ingredients found in nearly all dog foods so we have to buy special dog foods that don't contain those ingredients. Even though other local pet stores have and or can get those foods, Petco doesn't carry them and says they can't get it.

The employee Connor was ridiculously rude, and had a very poor attitude. He couldn’t be bothered to do his job or help customers out. Do better. If you don’t like your job…quit.

All I can say is WOW. I came in to bring my new rescue Gilligan to get his nails trimmed without an appt, and Shannon helped me right away and told me all I needed for him. She was kind, knowledgeable and considerate, and most of all quick and gentle with my new little dog. I recommend them highly for your grooming needs. I'll be back soon again and have them spruce up my little guy! Thanks again.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Every time I go I get the same cashier (Jamie) who shares unwanted and unnecessary details about her personal life. I’ve even been asked out. I try to go at different times hoping she will not be there but it seems she always is. Then you have to wait in line while she discusses her personal life with every customer that goes through her line. This has to fall under some sort of harassment Maybe if she didn’t do that her line wouldn’t be so long.. Every other employee is quick, nice, and helpful. I dread going through her line at petco

Cashiers were phenomenal very polite very professional it's just going to the aquatics section there's usually no one around to assist me. I wait there between 20 mins to half an hour, 3rd time that has happen. But other than that, I was able to fine everything I need for my aquatics.

Proud to support this Petco. Staff is genuinely knowledgeable about proper animal care. Animals look healthy, enclosures/tanks are always clean and maintained properly based on the animals’ needs.

October 28, 2021. I would definitely not recommend coming to this store for lack of service and rudeness to their customers “support your local pet stores first”. I was looked at and denied service because I didn’t have a mask on. I understand that the associate was scared to be in contact with me, but to be rudely looked at and walk away with no explanation was very unprofessional. I could’ve been asked very politely that the store requires mask to be worn while in the store, even though the mask mandate was lifted. Long story short I had to go to another associate which I believe was a manager and he radioed to that associate in the fish department if she was available to help. I over heard her talking on the radio that she did not want to help because I did not have a mask on. “ I am fully vaccinated” but I guess that doesn’t matter anymore and just a fyi to the company I was about drop a few hundred dollars on fish and supplies..I’m so glad I didn’t and was able to travel a couple of miles to support our local pet supply store.

Your staff was exceptional. Very friendly and professional. Elijah went out of his way to give us guidance about the fish we were purchasing: from the best food to feed to the appropriate sized tank/living environment. He was wonderful!

I went in to get some prices on fish and the employee there was just amazing! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience for me so much easier and helped me get started on the very best for my fish. The tanks looked so clean and decorative and the fish looked very happy. I highly recommend going to see him for all of your fish needs. He is absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be going back to see him!

I get my dogs nails cut & her teeth cleaned. They are always so nice especially since my dog is a spaz! I don't know the guys name there but he does the best job!

Recently went to buy a fish and i got dirty looks from employees as i was shopping with no assistance. As i was checking out i was hounded to join their membership, when i refused the cashier actually got angry with me and wouldnt price match items on sale until a supervisor was called. Just all around terrible customer service that had me feeling anxious and upset:(

I came all the way here. I didn’t realize this area had a mask mandate and I was told I needed to wear a mask and I said I was vaccinated, and he said it didn’t matter there was a sign on the door. We left because unfortunately the signs were minuscule and you didn’t even notice them walking in. Maybe if they had noticeable signage we would of walked back into our car and got a mask. I was annoyed so I left because multiple employees saw me and I got pretty far into the store before something was said.
