IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ! IF YOU HAVE A BIG DOG THEY WILL DENY GROOMING THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR DISCRIMINATION OF DOGS I HAVE A 4 month old sheep dog very sweet dog dog from Ariel the movie and she denied me and said “ WE DONT DO BIG DOGS LIKE THAT ????” my dog is the size a 12 years old leg so IF THEY WONT TAKE A NICE ENGLISH SHEEP DOG THEY WONT TAKE A LAB OR PIT BULL PEICE OF TRASH no wonder I didn’t hear of them and they have awful review WHY DO YOU HAVE A GROOMING COMPANY IF YOU CANT ACCOMMODATE BIG DOGS #bigdogsquad

Terrible customer service! “Response to the “owner”” I wouldn’t even want to be a customer with the way the phones were answered when I tried to become one!!!!

I bring my Yorkie Terrier for a full groom regularly. In between a full groom I bring her to get her nails clipped and she always puts the extra effort in to clip the hair out of her eyes which I really appreciate. Always a great experience and the place is extremely clean.

This is in response to John Landon experience at Arf Arf Grooming. Well John I give every dog that comes into my grooming salon the best possible experience they can receive. We use all top quality products and make sure every dog feels happy and comfortable with me and my staff. You gave us a one star for something you felt we should be able to control was your dogs rabies paper work. By the state of Connecticut we are expected to have a shot record for every dog that comes into our grooming salon. This record is to not only protect the dogs that are here in the salon but to also protect my self and my staff. The record you produced did not have a vets name on it or a vets signature. If this was a true record a vet would have signed and their place of employment would be on the paper work. Your paperwork had neither. Your paperwork would also of had shown me very clearly what shots was given to your dog. It had a bunch of stickers from shot vials place on a piece of paper. This in my mine makes me think this dogs did not get the correct shots and if they where given correctly. That is why I asked if you had a vet for your dog. I had also suggested a few local vets in the area that you might want to try because your shot record did not look to be normal for what I usually see. At this point I'm only thinking of the dog and it's well being. So we did give your dog the best spa day experience. And if you think we are a hoighty toighty shop so be it. It's because we give every dog the hoighty toighty experience!

Deb and her staff are amazing! No matter when we call, she can always find time to get him in! We lived in town, and have now moved, and will not change groomers! She is wonderful and amazing and we can not thank them enough!

Very poor customer service, because she couldn't read paperwork for the puppy, to find vets name ,she talked down to me about not having a vet ,and was just downright rude.The groomers on the other hand ,3 of them,did an excellant job ! Would not recommend going unless you r hoighty toighty....

I brought my shihpoo here to get groomed and they were so perfect honest and made my puppy look the best he has ever looked ! I highly recommend to anyone !! Very happy

Debby is great with Odie. The only thing is book before 1.5 wk. Shes very busy.
