I’ve been taking my dog Lucy to Ash Creek since she was a pup. She loves it there and so do I. They always take good care of her and Dr. Chris Hansen is always so understanding and compassionate. A lot of the same staff have been working there for years too so it’s nice to have familiar faces especially when your furry friend needs medical care.

The doctors and the staff have always been very thorough, kind and caring. I have been bringing my pets to them for almost 9 years.

Excellent service at the right price.

We have a vet that's much closer to us but we prefer to make the 20 min drive to Ash Creek. They take such good care of our dog Ajax. They always give us great suggestions and we can always count on them to get back to us if we have a question.

I cannot say enough about Ash Creek Vets. The customer service by far exceeds five stars! The professionalism, knowledge of the staff, and the love, care, and attention they provide daily is greatly appreciated and definitely noticed. Dr. Dailey is phenomenal! I recently moved to the Black Rock area and Ash Creek was the recommended vet on one of the Black Rock Facebook pages. I brought my cats in for a routine visit and Dr. Dailey, found a heart murmur in both cats and recommended bloodwork as a follow up. I am so thankful she did, as she was able to catch that one of my cats has chronic kidney disease. I had to take my cat to VREC for a kidney flush and Dr. Dailey was great support throughout the entire process. She called me the night he got home, spent a lot of time going over his at home care, took the time to listen to my concerns and offered to help in any way she could. The staff is friendly, and I have never been "over-charged" or taken advantage of. Dr. Dailey always explains the cost before doing anything. You can just tell that the staff really loves what they do and are passionate about animal care. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality vet, with extremely reasonable prices. Thank you, Dr. Dailey for caring about my cats as much as I do.

I have been bringing my dog and cats here for 6+ years and would never consider going anywhere else. When I bring my animals in I know they are in good hands. All the staff are amazing and always have smiles on their faces.

Ash Creek is easy to see from street. Has ample parking.waiting area is comfortable and spacious. Staff are friendly and caring. Pets are really well taken care of. Fantastic.

Ash Creek animal hospital has some of the most amazing doctors in veterinary medicine that I have ever known. Doctor Kris Hansen owns the practice and we have been clients of his for the past 25 years. Could not say better things about him if I tried. When our golden retriever unfortunately had to be put down he came to our house spoke privately to my boys who were very young at the time explained everything that was going to go on checks everything out at his grave site made sure that everything was as it should be and then proceeded to give Bear his shot on our porch. It was very sad but he was incredibly understanding and amazing about the entire thing. We now have three Rottweilers and he takes amazing care of all of them.

Very good , informative, excellent with handing pets .I will be bringing my pets there again.

Cold is certainly a word to describe this location. I brought my pup (rescue) there for his final checkup and "Clean bill of health." She weighed him, talked to me for a hot second and told me he's a good dog, he's good, and then left and told (the shelter person) that she'll mail his health certificate (which says he has nothing contagious). They clearly have ZERO regard for service or animals, even the people behind the counter could care less about an animal in the room. I went to another place because I sensed something was wrong, and less than 10 days after bringing him to Ash creek, he has Round, Hook, AND TAPE worms (which are contagious)! And I never took him to a dog park or out with other dogs yet (thank goodness). Definitely WILL NEVER go back to Ash Creek

Drs.. Kris and Dailey are great! They did my Aby's teeth, needed lots of extractions. I cannot say enough about their compassion and thorough explainations. They are the best!

They have helped my dog several times and are great with him. They always give me sound advice and the prices are reasonable.

Not sure what happened with Janice's experience, but our dog has been taken care of by them for 9 years and we have never had anything but great service, care and comfort. Do not let the dated building fool you.
