Came here for the first time and absolutely loved it. Owner is an awesome guy. Staffing is super friendly and easy to talk to. Clean facility and a great selection to choose from! Keep up the great work! And just an update its still the same great store every week i come here! Prices are very reasonable. If you haven't visited you need to add it to your to-do list.

Great customer service! I recently adopted a new dog and had no idea what kind of food to buy for her. Associate Zoilo noticed my struggle and was incredibly helpful and advised me on the best brand for my dogs breed and size.

I have been a Pet Club Member for a decade at Branford All Pets Club. I didn't renew my membership in the last two months because my dog was dying of oral cancer...but continued shopping there for his food and pet needs. Petey died on 1-13-2022. On Monday 1-17-2022 I went to Branford All Pets to hold a puppy to help mend my heart. The store clerk said it would cost $5.00 for each puppy I held because I was no longer a Pet Club Member. I was heartbroken and saddened by this policy; monetizing the love between a grief stricken owner and innocent puppy. I believe Branford All Pets should reconsider this insensitive policy.j

We love our newfypoo unconditionally but not sure if she was abused by a male worker. Our puppy is afraid of my husband and cries from him just getting close to her.

These puppies need all the love they can get. Me, my best friend and my brother tried to play with puppies. They are now charging five dollars to play with a puppy. That’s ridiculous! Now you cannot play with a puppy unless you were 18 years old, also ridiculous! Two weeks ago my 16-year-old friend played with puppies and they said nothing. I am about to turn 18 and they still did not let me play with the puppies. This is so sad.

The selection at this pet store is like no other. I will say I don't usually buy supplies here because I like more of a bargain but as far as animal selection it is definitely a go to.

All Pets Club abuses their betta fish.

I wanted to make a joke about how high the prices are but it’s so bad I can’t. I went to get some feeder bugs that, at another store I go to is 20 bucks for 50. They and three other stores were out so I had to buy here. 60 dollars for 48…and they were baby sized insects. Unreal. If you shop here bring the deed to your house

Pricing for non- members is high, I went for fish purchace, price was reasonable. Wants you to pay $50 a year for membership.....NOOOOO !

Not enough staff to help customers and doesn't sell Fresh Pet food, otherwise a very good pet supply store.

Over priced but decent selection

Never coming here again, would give 0 rating if I could. I got a dwarf bunny from here. Fell inlove with her instantly. A week in I noticed she was sick. I called many vets nobody can take her. Called all pets club and they said they can take her and treat her. They told us their vet will be with her today or tomorrow. My brother went a day later, they said the vet checked her out, said she was doing great and we can get her back when the two week medication is complete. I went in today (day 3) to visit her. They came back out after and said she passed away this morning. No call telling us, nothing. Then we were told she was not doing better and the vet never saw her, their employees gave all false information. Instead of telling me this so I can take her to a walk in vet hospital they let her sit there for three days in pain doing nothing for her. Would never recommend going here for anything.

Had to change my review just because of the rudeness from the teens working the registers like 9 out of 10 times I have to come here.

Amazing service. I was having an issue finding food for my dog. He has skin allergies and could only eat limited ingredients. Not only was Jerry helpful but Very informative & suggested a great product!!

They have an amazing selection of fish!!! Staff was helpful and asked if we needed help multiple times. But my oh my have the price of puppies skyrocketed. They cost about the same as a used car! We paid 10% of what they charge for two pure bred chi's down south.

Its so sad that they hold those puppies for ransom!!! 5000 dollars now to buy a little puppy. How do they expect families to pay that kind of money. It just proves that they don't care about the dogs welfare. How long it takes to sell. No concern about finding families for these animals! It's about money. Not the animal.Very sad!

Great place to start seeing some of the country's most wonderful creature's my grandchildren's was in awe.

They have everything,but the same stuff you can get at Petco for alot cheaper.

I wish I could rate this place ten stars! I really wish I got the young man's name who helped sell me this beautiful, happy and healthy water dragon! After taking a look around I could tell that all of the animals were very well taken care of and the kid who helped me could possibly be one of the store's top assets. He was beyond kind and extremely helpful and knowledgable. Every thing you could hope for in an employee. Both Wolfgang and myself thank you!

They have great selection, but you better know exactly what you need. The entire staff on duty when I was there was high school teen girls. They were perfectly polite and as helpful as they could be, but none of them could answer a simple question about the best shampoo for a dog that ran through poison ivy, a common issue around here im sure. Just keep this in mind when you go in. Selection is great, staff is nice, but they need a little bit of product training.
