Country Companions was the best choice we ever made for our animals. The staff are kind, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. They take care of our pigs Hank and Loki, even making house calls. They take care of our sweet angel face English bulldog Stan-lee, our Doberman Jax, and Now our Great Dane puppy Ziek. They’ve made time to take care of the needs of our extended family’s pets as well. We love of you, from the front desk, to the owner. You are all very special to us. Thank for all you do. On 6/30/2021 Schedule routine checkup for my 6yr old German Shepherd. They still enforced Covid 19 protocols, which are way over the top, causing pet owners to sit in their vehicles for entire appointment. As the worker retrieve our dog from the vehicle. Only the pet was permitted into the establishment. We waited one hour after our schedule time to receive service. This placed the pet owner at a huge disadvantage on making decisions on what level of care I wanted for my dog. I originally made the appointment because my dog, all of a sudden, stop eating. Within a week, I changed her food brand and everything was back to normal. However, 5 weeks in the future, I still kept the Vet appointment. I was charged $372 for many test that I did not approved. In the end, I love my dog and we will caulk it up as a preventive maintenance checkup. The staff and Doctor where most friendly. I just wish I had a say on my pets health treatment plan and sitting in the parking lot for over one hour after your schedule appointment was ridiculous.

All of the vets, technicians, and receptionists here are absolutely wonderful! They took excellent care of my past dog Leeps and were able to take her for blood work and care to help monitor her CHF when her regular vet could not. I was so impressed with their care that I now bring my puppy Buttercup here exclusively. All of the girls are so nice and Buttercup gets visibly excited when we pull into the parking lot. They always call and check up to see how she's doing after appointments too, it's clear they care about their patients. Buttercup got spayed today, Dr. Dallas took great care of her and she's been very comfortable after her procedure. 100% trust and appreciate the care they provide here! Thank you!

Friendly, caring for our furbabies!!!

Not only were they covid safe and caring during the appointment but as I was leaving me and my pig were in a car accident and the staff came running out and took care of my pig Penelope all night for me so I could go to the hospital. I can't say fully how much their kindness professionalism and support aided me during this difficult time. The staff is amazing

As the manager of a different veterinary practice, I know what good client care looks like. This is definitely where to find it. I ALWAYS have a fantastic experience here with the staff and doctors (Dr. Shannon especially!). They have 100% of the time gotten me in for my goat emergencies, and have given them great quality care for an affordable price. The doctors are honest and fair when it comes to patient care, they present you with their recommendations and give you the options best for your pets. They call to check in on my pets after a visit and you can tell they truly care. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. The vets are fabulous, especially their "goat gal" vet, however when a practice has rules as rigid as they will cancel you if your previous vet fails to send paperwork (even when you have the exact paperwork in your hot little hands), then they are broken and not flexible.

Highly recommend if you ever have to bring your chickens here. Very helpful, reasonably priced, knowledgeable vets who are willing to take the time to answer all your questions. They have went above and beyond to help us with our chickens!

Dr Kim saved our previous GSD from bloat, she also came highly recommend from a life long friend who also happens to be a Veterinarian. Over the years we have transitioned all of our pets to Country Companions. We also recommend them to our friends and they are converts as well. The entire staff is great and it’s clear they care about the pets well being. Country Companions does business the old fashioned way and aren’t making any attempt to up sell you on products and services you don’t that seems so common among the corporate veterinarian practices today. The staff is great with the pets and the doctors spend as much time as necessary with you and your pet. We are customers for life.

Initially I thought very highly of this vet, however, that quickly changed. I called to inquire about an eye surgery for my dog and the cost they didn’t respond. I called, left messages and emailed -nothing. I called and requested my dogs records to go elsewhere. They had nothing to say. No apology. Just shows me they aren’t really as caring as they appear.

The vets here have always been wonderful to our goats. They have stayed healthy and happy due to them.
