Staff is always friendly; doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, practical and responsive.

My cat Gracie is very sick and they have helped me with her in every way they can. They have taken such good care of her when I bring her and do all they can to make her feel better and more comfortable, they take every one of my calls and Dr. Jackson gets back to me every time I have a question. I would highly recommend them for your most treasured pet. They will be in the best of hands.

Stay away from this place. There ok to use in an emergency but dont make this place your first choice for anything especially regular yearly checkups. There are much better places.

Excellant Vet!! Very kind and thorough. When I brought Bam in as a puppy for his series of shots they wouldn't charge a examination fee if they saw him with in four weeks. If you live in Naugatuck Valley they should be your veterinarian.

I'm not going back. After years of seeing Dr. Jackson I was treated poorly by Dr. Wayne and Amanda the receptionist. I hate to lose Dr. Jackson but there are other vets out there.

They have been my veterans for 30 years. Always kind and helpful.

We all have ups and downs and misunderstandings but all in all, this is the very best place to take your pets. Dr. Jackson knows our pets inside out and is very caring when it comes time to say goodbye. That is the worst thing in the world but being able to hold your pet when they cross over is a gift. It was nice and easy. Hinsaek complained all the way over, but when she was put back in the car, she just curled up and took a nap. She really likes Dr. Jackson. She even let her do her nails!

Our 5 yo dog stopped eating. Took it to them, Dr. Sivakoff examined her. Recommended Xray, gave dog nausea pills and sent us home. Said "Dogs do not starve themselves, she will eat" Two weeks later the whole family hand feeding the dog, dog has lost 6 pounds (down from 44 - a lot) we go back and now "this is a sick dog, we will do blood tests". the next day they call us and say "take dog to emergency care, we don't do that here." Dog died the same night from kidney failure. Prepaid for everything, I requested the Xray and blood test results in my email. they said they would send. Never did. We lost 2 precious weeks due to misdiagnosis and wrong treatment. And a precious family member.

We've been taking our pets (5 dogs and 1 cat, as well as a couple of fosters) to Bethany for a few years now and have no plans to switch! They all see Dr. Wayne usually, but we've had appointments with all of the others at some point or another when in a pinch. Everyone is great, and Dr. Wayne handles all of my questions (there are often a *lot* of them) with no problem - finding me answers if he doesn't have them on the spot.
