After we had to put our elderly cat of nearly 19 years down a few months ago, I was so impressed with how they handled that situation that I KNEW we would be switching all of our animals gradually over to their care. The first one up was a new kitten we acquired recently. He was in need of neutering, so they handled that for me, along with a free nail trim & they cleaned his ears. It took roughly 3hrs between drop-off & them calling to tell me he passed his tests & the surgery went great. I was impressed with how quick & efficient they were. They really do love your animals like they're their own. I HIGHLY remember this vet! I know we'll be using them for all 8 of our pets from here on out.

I was so scared I was going to lose Kiyoshi! They got me an appointment just a couple of hours after I called, in-between my two job schedules even! They were all very professional, kind and caring. I had a very limited budget, and still got all the treatment Kiyoshi needed. His medication is working brilliantly! He is now eating again and is not lethargic anymore! The clinic was well maintained and clean.

Hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to, they have been so wonderful! Not only are they great at what they do but everyone who works here has been so kind and I am so glad we have them!

I thought my dog Maude, was having an emergency while we were out in the woods (turned out she wasn’t- thank goodness) but they were kind enough to squeeze us in and take a look at her. I got turned down from several other vets in the area and I felt the situation was urgent. I appreciate them taking the time for us. We are new to the area and I haven’t found a good vet yet, so we’ll definitely be making more regular trips here!

The staff there was great!! We noticed when we returned from vacation our cat was not himself. We called around to see if anyone could see him that day, and they squeezed him in. Found he had a very bad abscess. They did amazing work. Jerry loved them so much for making him feel better! So thankful for them!

We've had several great experiences here. The money saved makes the trip from Colorado Springs a no-brainer. Our dogs have always been treated with what's required. No upsells for expensive or unnecessary tests. We appreciate the candid and honest information we get every time we take our Siberian huskies and German shepherd in. I cannot recommend this office enough. They have saved one of our dogs lives and saved us a small fortune treating our other dogs.

Our boxer Marley Grace had an attack of hemorrhagic pancreatitis last week and Dr. Payne saved her. With state of the art laboratory equipment and emergency services this is by far the best veterinary service in the area. Highly recommend

The only regret I have in my entire life is bringing my dog to see these people. Spent a lot of money, learned nothing, went to another vet before he died and learned that he had a heart condition. Spent the last visit with these people waiting alone for 2 hours in the room without my dog, they talked for about 5 minutes, charged me for allergy pills that I did not ever get. Told to come back 2 days later and they gave me enough to last till Saturday. Then nothing. Had questions about my other 2 dogs but all they were worried about was making sure they got off work in time, and got their money. Had been going there for years and asked for $20 credit and was told they could not do it. Yet, charged $75 for pills. Stilled owed. To top it off they called to tell me I needed a refill and asked how they were working. I have been so depressed since my dog died. Never bringing another animal here.

We are new patients at the Animal Medical Center. The staff are curious and professional, which provides reassurance when trusting someone with your pets care.

Came to Animal Medical Center with a very sick dog, and could not have asked for kinder, more compassionate care. Thank you Dr. Smith for all you did for Doc.

I just took my dog Ollie here this morning. The staff were swift and organized. Dr Smith was very kind towards Ollie and made his visit less stressful. I will be coming back!

Very polite and courteous staff, these guys do a fantastic job keeping my blue heeler in tip top shape. I also appreciate the alerts for upcoming shots and check ups. Top notch.

I still do not have the words or strength to thank this staff, but they helped our family through the most difficult loss of our life, and we are eternally grateful. Your hearts are in your work and we thank you for the selfless service you give of yourselves everyday. Also, love the facility and appreciated the personalized care and compassion more than they will ever understand. We will always have you in our hearts.

If we could give no stars, we would. Make sure you get ALL the information you need regarding your pet upfront. The communication here is terrible, at best. They scared the death out of us, telling us our dog had cancerous cells, only to find out later that wasn't really the truth. After I complained, I received a call from the owner. His communication was much better, but he still did nothing to fix the situation or adjust our "bill" . He just kept trying to explain why and kept saying " according to our records" . We will not return here nor would we recommend this place to you. Seems like making money is the most important thing here, even though they say they treat your pet like one of their own. Extremely disappointed!!!

Dr. Madsen is the best veterinarian I've ever brought my dog to. He truly listens to what you say and gives you options on how to proceed. I have absolutely no qualms with bringing my pets to him. He's wonderful!!

Free open parking lot. Handicap accessible parking and entrance. Clinic is clean and we'll ordered. Vet assistants are kind, gentle and very professional. So far my dog has seen Dr. Factor and Dr. Thompson. Both doctors have taken time to get to know my dog and are very reassuring toward him. He's a bit difficult because of fear aggression as he was abused as a small pup. Both of these doctors took as much time as necessary to calm Buddy (my dog) and make him comfortable before examining him. They've always allowed me to be part of his exams and treatments by holdi g him and petting him while they did exams and treatments. They've never wanted to muzzle Buddy, which I wouldn't have allowed as it would have scared him to death. But nobody in this clinic has even suggested it. They've been professional, knowledgeable, and caring toward Buddy and me. I can't thank them enough for their thoughtful caring for my friend. If there was a rating above 5 stars I would have given it to this wonderful clinic.

I took my pet in to get the health certificate and other papers needed for moving to Thailand with her. This certificate has to be completed by a USDA veterinarian and Dr. Kip was amazing! Extremely gentle and friendly! Every person we interact with from the guy at the desk, to the tech, to the vet and even the cool guy taking care of the dogs in the doggy day care was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was kid friendly with toys and books for the kids to borrow too. We highly recommend this place!

I have never used this animal medical center for my animals.... BUT i have appreciated their witty jokes on the marquee for the past 6 years and i want them to know how much I appreciate it and how much it has made my day over the years. Thank you.

Recently moved up to teller and stopped by to get my pets into their system. I have been to many vets over the years and I have to say they rank right at the top. They were extremely polite and helpful in answering all of the questions I had. They went out of their way to to make my pets and myself feel welcome.

I have had the best care and service from all of the doctors there and the rest of the staff has been fantastic as well. I have a very high level of confidence in the care that my babies receive from the entire staff. Friendly, caring, thorough, efficient, reasonably priced - I am very happy to call them our Vet.

The doctors and staff are wonderful and knowledgeable! Dr. Thompson really cares about his patients! Also I would really like to thank Janelle for being so sweet to my pup pup! She was kind and gentle, not to mention a huge asset to helping me calm my spastic boy! However, I gave two stars due to the fact that if they put as much effort into hiring the appropriate amount of staff as they do for their social media presence it would make a huge difference. While I waited in the lobby and in the room, I was able to observe how frantic the technicians and receptionists are juggling their workload while keeping a smile on their faces. For an emergency hospital to have 4 employees total is troublesome.

Staff is amazing and always friendly!

I brought my dog here all the way from the Springs because I heard they knew their stuff when it came to CCL surgeries. I was very impressed with not only the Dr's knowledge on the topic, but how he patiently spent 45 minutes answering all our questions and walking us through every detail. The technician was also amazing! My dog loved her! This is the first vet my dog has been to where he wasn't shaking the whole time. It was probably due to the friendly staff and the fact that their rooms feel very homey as opposed to the hospital feel you get everywhere else. I would definitely recommend them.

They are amazing, my pup had two broken legs. They saved him & 5 months later besides the scars he is a normal dog, you would never know he had pins & wires in his knee. Dr. Madson is our hero!

Dr. Thompson and staff took great care of our German Shorthaired Pointer, Jethro, when he tore a toenail while we were here on vacation. They worked us in on a day that they had no available appointments. Reasonable costs, and they were very sweet to Jethro. Thanks again!
