Fantastic doctor and staff. We own 2 bullies. Not every vet can handle this breed as good as this Animal clinic does. We are thrilled to have them take care of our babies.

I love this clinic! Everyone does such a great job! One of my dogs has bad anxiety because he lived with a hoarder and was terribly abused. They are so good with him. My other dog loves the clinic- too! Dr Volz is truly the best! I know that I can trust him! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone! The staff is awesome! The only drawback is that everyone wants to bring their pets to this clinic and they are busy! They can be hard to get into! Did you know that this clinic cares for our wildlife? They patch up hurt deer, coyotes, squirrels, hawks, foxes, and sometimes the injured bear. They are good for pets and they care for the wild animals that surround Woodland Park. If you love the wildlife- like I do- I would ask you to thank these wonderful animal doctors for their contributions to our community with a donation to help them pay for the care and feeding of injured wildlife. Look for them on Facebook and see the good they do! ????????????????????

Dr. Voltz is the best. They are extremely busy and I don't mind the wait for the excellent care my animals receive. Woodland Park is lucky to have a vet clinic like this. If you are lucky enough to be a client your animals will thank you! My animals do every day.

Will see no other vet in town. I am sure others are fine, but I love Dr. Volz, Dr. Steiner, Terri, Deb, Sunnye, Julia and the rest of the staff! They are compassionate, understand how you love your pets, and reasonably price. Love them!

Hands down the best veterinarian office I have even been too! The staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Volz is extremely intelligent and is always brainstorming the best ways to treat and diagnose. Both of my dogs have had surgeries and procedures here with smooth sailing recoveries. I can’t say enough about this amazing office!!!

I have been bringing my dog here for five years. A few weeks back we sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes (for a literal 5 minute procedure) when I called I was told I would have to keep waiting. Tried again, booked three weeks in advance, even called ahead of time and was told little to no wait, guess what? Had to wait almost 40 minutes. This used to be the ABSOLUTE BEST vet in Woodland Park, now they are, without a doubt the worst! So sad how far they've fell! As others said when my dog almost died from diabetes I was told they couldn't see her and to drive her almost an hour away for care. Used to be able to get a same week appointment, now they're booking almost a month out. First to last in just a few months! Wish I could give a zero.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Our beloved border collie, Jack came to us when a family member passed away many years ago. Jack had been a patient of Dr Volz when our family member was still with us. He's been in great health and hadn't been to the office for a while so they marked him as deceased on his chart. Jack began having seizures this morning that wouldn't stop. When we called the office to see if we could bring him in to say goodbye we were turned away because "they are not taking new patients". How do you turn away a grieving family when they are having to make one of the hardest decisions one ever has to make in life. Good boy, Jack. ????????

My dog has been seen by Dr Volts for 10 years and in his last hours of life they refused to see him and help him pass I can’t believe they told me to take him to someone I don’t know in the springs I will never take another dog to them again

I love this clinic.Both doctors and staff a fantastic.have been bringing my dogs to them for over 10 years.

I am VERY disappointed and upset with this Clinic. I was a client for around 20 years in the past, I can't even say how many spay/neuter/shots, etc. I had them do throughout the years. I moved to Portland for a few years and just moved home and now they won't take me back as a customer! After spending countless thousands of dollars and being well established even working with a German Shepherd rescue transporting dogs back and forth they refused to reestablish me. Is this is how they operate now I certainly don't want them touching my animals, will find an actual caring and compassionate vet up here who cares about their clients. Also like the person below me said, the person on the phone (after a 10 minute hold) was VERY rude and didn't care at all. Beware of this place, if they don't care about the people they don't care about your pets!

Love this vets office, I've never had any issues with them ???? I've been taking all my fur babies to them since 2005.

I called to try and get an appointment for my puppy, my husband and I have just moved here from out of town and I could hardly get a word out when the receptionist interrupted me and in the flattest most un- interested tone said " We aren't taking new patients. Were full". She then continued on chuckling and repeating were full. We don't have anything for you. blah blah blah. She didn't even want to recommend anywhere for us to go, and when I asked I could almost hear her rolling her eyes. She was clearly irritated. I then called the Woodland veterinary clinic and I clearly was talking to someone who was having a better day and happy to help me. I recommend finding somewhere else. Their reviews are great online but they clearly aren't worried about customer service anymore or their reputation.

Great vets. Take good, compassionate care of. Pets and their humans.

The staff is top notch Friendly, take time to explain things and love the animals. I will recommend them to everyone.

What a wonderful staff rescued a sweet dog from TCRAS with heartworm bot only did the DR and staff take such great care of our new family member but went out of their way to check on her through this brutal process Thank you so much
