The staff was so sweet and sent photo updates of our little Finn while we were away. They definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving him for a week in an an unfamiliar place. ❤️ Will absolutely set him up here the next time we go out of town.

This place is great, our doggy stayed here for our cruise for New Years and we could see doggy on the live cam

Safe, clean facilities with professional staff

This was my 1st time having my cat, Douglas boarded there and it an awesome experience. I felt TOTALLY comfortable leaving him there for 4 days. Sarah is beyond friendly, professional and cared for my cat. I even called her 2xs and she accommodated my pet mom nerosis and even emailed me 2 photos of Douglas!! I will definitely be back and absolutely recommend them!! Thank you Sarah!!

Amazing staff great for a play day or several days

We love this place! Not only is the staff super friendly and welcoming, but you can see and feel it! We have boarded here many times and every time they check in with us or update us to make sure we know our animals are safe and well! Thank you so much for watching our fur babies! Great prices and a very helpful/friendly staff. My cat is very sweet but she has anxiety of being outside of the home. They made it was easy as it could be.

I brought my boys here 2 weeks ago to get them caught up on their vaccinations. The staff was very friendly and my boys just loved them. We will definitely be coming back for our future vaccines!

I am so glad I came across Best Friends Pet Hotel! My dog Moby absolutely loves it here. The employees recognize Moby and me when we walk in. It is always so welcoming. Unlike other boarding places this place always looks and smells clean. I know the people here genuinely Iove dogs and enjoy what they do. I feel confident that Moby is in good hands when I am out of town. I never worry about him he is at Best Friends! They do a wonderful job cleaning and grooming Moby for when I pick him up. Thanks to the entire staff for all that you do!

My dog loves Best Friends. He absolutely loves the staff and other dogs at the facility. Every employee bends over backward to make sure Willard is happy and loved. Can't say enough about them!

Sara and the staff here are FANTASTIC. they take great care of my furbaby. They are clean and professional. Very friendly and personal. I trust that they care about the well being of my dog.

Very friendly but extremely expensive

My dog Bodhi almost literally jumps through the sunroof of my car in excitement when we pull up to the front of daycare. He is so happy and delighted and is absolutely in love with all the people that care for him there. The little report cards they do and send home after each visit with them is wonderful so that you know who your puppy dog is playing with and what he does all day. Cannot recommend them enough!

KENNEL COUGH!!! Spare your pets!!! Today is day 7 since pickup, and day 2 of sleepless nights due to kennel cough. Very unorganized upon pickup & through out the stay. I think there is only 1 employee, no way she can handle & tend to every animal on her own. It truly feels like they just drop them in a kennel and never check on them. They sent my pup home with his blanket, luckily the blanket was full of poopy paw prints. Its clear they hardly tended to him. There is no way I will send my pup here ever again.

Our Roxie loves to play with the other dogs, She always comes home after a long day of play exhausted!

Staff is efficient, engaging and kind...allowing adjustment time for pets to warm up to them.. which all 3 of ours did! Facility is clean and laid back with cozy accomodations and outside time for dogs as well as "lobby time" with the kitties! It was also a nice touch to have staff contact us with pictures of the kids during our trip. Thank you Best Friends for doing your best to make our kids feel at home.

They are super friendly and my beagle Rocky loves going there. They take really good care of him.

Boarding or doggy day care, I trust Best Friends to take care of my Jack Russel Terrier & Cattle Dog Mix.

This place rocks, they take care of your fur kid, they also have live cameras to watch em, and they send you a pictute once a week.

Not impressed at all when leaving our pet there for an extended stay. Our pet was bit by another animal. They did not take our pet into a vet for at least a day after the incident. And we were not contacted by them until two days after the incident, claiming they did not have our contact information. We will definitely be looking for a new facility the next time we next to leave our pet.

Its curious that they don't address all of the negative reviews - just 3 it seems. Gives the impression that the complaints and feed back from customers is either of no interest to them or that they are spot on and they don't have anything to say.

I just had a good talk with Best Friends Pet Hotel staff about our experiences boarding here. I really appreciated the call. We have boarded our dog here multiple times.

While fishing at prospect lake I heard the woman working at this place screaming at the dogs outside. Telling them to shut up and she seemed disgruntled and angry. I wouldn't want my dog being treated that way at all.

This place is awesome, my big boy Leo loved it.
