The staff always loves it when Tuzi visits. I know she had a great time playing with the other dogs and the humans! They always take good care of her!

Jenny did not complain afterwards so I have to assume it well. But I was disappointed. I explicitly told the staff that she MAY be coming into heat while she was there and to call me immediately if that happened. She did during the end of her stay. I was told of that when I picked her up, and the staff person said " the other staff person said she would call you." She did not. If I had been called, it would have made a difference on a number of things, which I will not elaborate on here.

This doggy daycare/boarding is excellent! My dog goes crazy the day he knows he’s going down for a play day. They do excellent grooming and have never had a problem in the almost 5 years that I’ve used them. I highly suggest using Beds and Bisquits for your animals

Beds 'n Biscuits took great care of our dog, Cali, and we didn't have to worry about her for one moment while being out of town! They are very affordable and offer add-ons to your dog's stay, such as yogurt treats, peanut butter filled Kong's, and one on one playtime with an employee. Will be bringing her back any time we need a dog-sitter!

Beds & Biscuits treated my dog with extra care and gave her comfort and attention. She received a bath today and came home smelling clean and looking happy and content. We are thrilled to have found such exemplary pet boarding and care!

Finding daycare and boarding facilitate for my dog that I trust and she enjoys wasn't an easy task after moving to Colorado. I am beyond grateful I was introduced to Beds-N-Biscuits. My dog has the best time, staff is always super friendly, accommodating and responsive and I have peace of mind when out of town knowing my dog is being well taken care of and having the time of her life during her stay. Cost for boarding these days is expensive! I'll continue to say my prayers that Beds-N-Biscuits doesn't increase cost on us, trying to keep this place in our lives as long as possible :)

Very caring, friendly staff who love and take very good care of the dogs. My dog loves to come for daycare. He has boarded several times and I feel the staff are well trained and would notify if any problems.

Beds and Biscuits , Wheatridge, CO. 5 days of boarding. They lost my dogs vaccination records papers. My dog was so dirty after 5 days of boarding I had to bath him twice to be clean again. My dog was healthy when he entered boarding, I supplied my dogs food so he wouldn't have a change of diet, yet he was sick when I got him from the boarding, he had foaming diarrhea for 3 days and vomited once. Vaccination records papers were never found and they didn't own up to it or apologize or explain themselves.

Being the first time I left my dog for more than a few days, booking with Bed n Biscuits gave me a lot of peace of mind while visiting family for the holidays. From the daily photo stream of all the pups staying to the wide variety of perks available to make my dogs stay more comfortable, i was very happy with the service! Would definitely book here again ????

We had to cancel our trip (COVID related reason), staff and the manager would Not give us our deposit money back! Although they are full and don’t need to put a lot of effort in filling our spot! They just lost us as a customer!

My dog loves going to Beds-N-Biscuits! He is usually happy and tired when I pick him up. The staff is always friendly, (and I am the only one he runs away from.) Since my pup is very hyper I really appreciate what that they are able to tire him out!

I boarded our dog here for overnight and day care for several weeks and he contracted ringworm from another animal in the facility. My dog only got interaction with other animals ever from the facility as we have always kept him away from other animals previously. We picked him up one day from day care and noticed a rash ring like near his groin, promptly took him to the animal hospital where he was officially diagnosed with ringworm. The doctor also believes he got it from the facility as these things can happen in kennels and boarding facilities. I had just paid $300 to do a punch pass package for 10 days. I had to board my dog in a medical facility so I could fumigate the house and get us medicated as my girlfriend is immune compromised and many health issues. We wanted just a refund for the 10 days pass we did not end up using (we had only used one day). The manager told us under no circumstances could we get a refund even in this extenuating circumstance where we were now out 300$ and trying to pay for his medical care, medical boarding, and professional cleaning. The manager told us “ringworm isn’t a big deal” over and over even after it was explained to him this is not a typical situation as my girlfriends health is involved and at risk. She had to take off work as well to avoid contaminating her place of work while we had the house fumigated and she started antifungal pills. It’s now been a month and we are still dealing with the repercussions of it, the dog is getting new lesions still and is still on meds and in a medical facility. We gave this business hundreds of dollars boarding him and putting him in daily daycare, We just wanted the days we hadn’t used, so the 300 could go to the continued care of the dog. Wouldn’t recommend this business for the mere fact of how it was SO poorly handled by management. 0/10

Update: My dogs now have kennel cough. Avoid this place!!! I was very disappointed with this place. They promised a photo stream with pictures of my dogs and somehow my two dogs managed to elude the camera for four days. There were many many pictures with 5-10 dogs in each and always mine were somehow missing. After calling the second day, they uploaded one picture of one of my dogs and then I went another two days before I called again. They uploaded the same picture as before with a different time stamp. After complaining, they uploaded several more that were all within the same two minutes (you could tell because the dogs had only moved a couple of feet in each one). When I asked about the daily report cards I was promised, they told me I would receive them at the end of the stay. I received a single report card for each dog that basically said the dogs had a great time and loved being played with by the staff. Hardly a report card. No idea how much they ate or if they ate, how much they were actually outside or how they really did. Overall extreme let down, especially considering the expensive price.

Where do I even start on how great these guys are....I am one tough customer and they were completely professional and did a great job!!! I had an issue that both the manager and the owner called me about and they were completely professional and VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING AND RESOLVED MY CONCERN IN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. They took great care of my dog and even went beyond with her and I can't give them enough accolades!!! I was not very professional in my emails to them and they still worked with me!!! Unheard of in this day and age. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR ALL YOUR DOGS NEEDS AND COMFORTS. THANKS AGAIN BRUCE AND CHUCK!!!

These guys have always come through for me no matter what. I have a German shepherd and he loves the place. I had to take off for work last minute and my roommates had to watch him. They also had a wedding to go to and would need to drop him off there to be boarded. Beds and biscuits offered my roommates to come in at 6 30 in the morning to drop boady off so they could catch their flight in time. PLEASE TAKE YOUR PUP THEIR!!

My dog has had a great experience with each daycare and overnight boarding visit. I will be purchasing another daycare package when he finishes this first one. I am impressed with the daily photos, visit report cards, and many fun add-ons for him.

I didn't necessarily have a negative experience here, I was just greatly underwhelmed by the value and service. I brought my dog here for boarding. 1. The sleeping arrangements are extremely poor. They sleep in a tiny cage made out of a chain-link fence. No way the dogs get any sleep in this place when they can make physical contact with the dogs on either side of their cage. It looked very much like an animal shelter, which is not what I expect out of a boarding facility. 2. The dogs are also outside all day without any breaks. The play-area is very exposed to the sun and elements. 3. I never received a single update or photo on the app as I was promised. 4. They don't do a temperament test to make sure there are no aggressive dogs. 5. The most unsettling detail is that they never asked me for my dog's vaccination records. So, clearly they're not ensuring all dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations there. 6. Lastly...I asked the front desk person at check-out if she ate her meals. He had to track down information to find out and it turns out, she didn't! They had no intention of telling me she didn't eat her meals. That also goes to show that she was really stressed out there.

Miserable. My dog was returned with kennel cough and a fever that required veterinary treatment. The photos they sent were reminiscent of the ones from my dog’s pre-rescue, adoption paperwork. I contacted Beds-N-Biscuits to ask for a refund and compensation for my $244 vet bill or I would take the matter to small claims court. I let them know that reception at my house is bad and requested they respond by email. After 10 days, I got an email blaming me for not returning their phone calls: (Beds-N-Biscuits): “I have tried to reach you by telephone on multiple occasions to learn more about the situation and you have not returned my call.” (End Beds-N-Biscuits) Inability to follow basic instructions and blaming customers appears to be a pattern at Beds-N-Biscuits. These are some more notable pieces of Beds-N-Biscuits correspondence with me: (Beds-N-Biscuits): “I spoke with your veterinarian who told me that [Rover] was treated for a "mild" upper respiratory infection. … You are seeking damages including veterinary bills and a refund of our boarding services because your dog contracted what is equivalent to the common cold… Even if he did catch tracheobronchitis while at Beds-N-Biscuits, it’s just like when you send your child to school. Its not uncommon or unexpected for them to catch a cold from their increased exposure to other children. It is unreasonable to expect to hold a school responsible for your child contracting a cold.” (End Beds-N-Biscuits) Beds-N-Biscuits falsely equates dogs and people. Dogs cannot express how they’re feeling or make choices about whether or not they need treatment. Responsible pet owners should always visit the vet if their pet is sick. This seems to be a foreign concept to Beds-N-Biscuits. Furthermore, the relaxed attitude about saying the equivalent of, “you should expect your dog to get sick when you board them with us,” says a lot about how Beds-N-Biscuits operates. Beds-N-Biscuits also attempts to downplay my dog’s infection to avoid responsibility. The severity of the infection was irrelevant because I requested exactly the dollar amount required for treatment. To top it off, Beds-N-Biscuits suggested that perhaps my dog contracted kennel cough sitting at home with me and not at their kennel surrounded by other dogs: (Beds-N-Biscuits): “The typical incubation period for tracheobronchitis is five to seven days from exposure to the first signs of illness, which draws into question whether the illness can even be connected with our facility (you stated he had a fever when you took him home, which is just two days after be began boarding with us).” (End Beds-N-Biscuits) Beds-N-Biscuits dishonestly rounds down the time my dog spent at their facility for their convenience and fails to know basic information about the incubation period of kennel cough. Beds-N-Biscuits’ value of 5-7 days appears to be from Wikipedia, which quotes a source that actually gives a range of 3-10 days. The only field study I could find on Kennel Cough (Thrusfield, Aitken, and Muirhead, 1991) and nearly every other source online gives a range of 2 to 14 days. Beds-N-Biscuits claims to be able to spot sick dogs and separate them, but they are demonstrably not skilled at it because even I recognized my dog was sick almost immediately and I have no training in pet care. After all of this, I made an offer to pay the vet bill myself as long as Beds-N-Biscuits would at least give me a refund. Beds-N-Biscuits offered me $100 in credit for a future visit instead, which is useless. Even for free, you should not let Beds-N-Biscuits care for your dog. If you scroll through the other negative reviews, you will find other sick dogs. Beds-n-Biscuits responds with polite-sounding platitudes, but rarely takes actual responsibility for their failings. If you want to leave your dog at a facility that does not know basic information about kennel cough and can’t identify a sick dog, and then pay an expensive vet bill and be blamed for it, Beds-N-Biscuits might be for you.

We have been going to B&B for over three years and never had an issue making or changing reservations (within the described timelines). My dog always leaves happy, tired, and unscathed. The staff is great and I have the utmost confidence in them watching after my pup.

We have used 6 other pet boarding facilities in Denver over the years for several of our dogs. Beds and Biscuits blows them all out of the water! Our pets are well taken care of and we truly have no worries while we're away even on extended trips. Facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and they pay close attention to our dogs. I can't foresee us ever going anywhere else!
