Thank you for helping us with Oakley. Losing a dog after 13 years is heart wrenching and a blessing of a good life lived. New Year's Day being a busy day and a holiday, we appreciate you working with us so that Oakley was well taken care of and my family was respected in a difficult time.

I really hope that I won't have another emergency with my puppy, but if I do, I will definitely come straight here. Thank you guys.

My beloved Sheltie was ill and the people at the clinic were so kind and gentle with her. I was well informed and during her overnight stay I could call at any time and they would answer and give me an update. They always answered the phone I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back. That is so important when your baby is ill. I highly recommend this clinic.

They took great care of our puppy when we found out he had parvo. They were calling with daily updates and even after we took him home they always answered our questions. Great caring vets and staff

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff of Northside and Choice. Our boxer puppy has a heart issue that makes it risky for her to go under anesthesia. After a thorough examination and detailed explanation by Dr. Loyer at Choice, the team coordinated her spay procedure with Dr. Murano at Northside so Dr. Loyer could be there if any issues arose. Anytime I call the phone is answered promptly and patiently and they are happy to provide updates on my pup. She had a post-spay emergency with her suture a couple days after her procedure, and the emergency staff at Northside was TOP NOTCH. Their compassion, patience, detailed explanations during check-in calls - by the front desk AND doctors - is above and beyond. They transfer information impeccably between staff shift changes is seamless and no matter who is attending my pup, they have all the details and answer questions thoroughly. I just appreciate everyone here SO much, especially when you have an emergency issue with furry family member. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all the amazing care you provide and the work you do - ESPEICALLY in this challenging environment. You are SO appreciated!

So far, I have been waiting in my car for 45 min. Nobody has come to triage my puppy who sustained a bite to his neck. Everybody else (as well as those who got here after me) have been triaged. I am not familiar with this type of environment, but I do feel that there is a lack of service to need.

They took great care of my furry friend. They are unfortunately always busy but try to be as prompt as possible. Not super cheap but still reasonable

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst Vet experience ever. We sat in the car for an hour and our pup didn't get seen. The people working there came out to the car 5 times to get paper work done and ask questions. This could have been done effectively by 1 person. Our pup had all his parvo vaccines and yet they insisted on doing a parvo test in the car before being able to bring him in. We were there for an emergency and knowing that all they cared about was parvo and making is wait for an hour in the car is not a good emergency response. Terrible. Will go to a different emergency clinic if ever we need one again.

Dr. Moody and her skilled team saved our 6-year old German Shepherd from life-threatening Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus. It was almost mid-night and they performed emergency surgery to save her life. She is recovering amazingly well. The whole team is professional, efficient, knowledgable, and understanding. I will forever be grateful!

We brought our dog in at 3am after she'd eaten our compost, and the staff at Northside likely saved her life. They let us know what was happening during our dogs 36 hour stay, invited us to come visit her, and were extremely helpful through the process. They're a great 24 hour vet ER

Friendly and caring staff! I was there late at night because my dog had taken a turn for the worst and I didn't want him to suffer. They where extremely busy and it took them some time to get to us. They where so compassionate and understanding, gave us the time to be with him for he's final moments and to say our goodbye's.

The staff is very polite and kind here. I'm more than thankful for everything they've done for my puppy and me. They can get a little busy sometimes, but they're one of the few places open 24/7 so it's kinda to be expected.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful for our amost dead cat, Spirit. From Thursday to Saturday they worked to make him well. They were happy that he became his feisty self again. And probably happier when we got to pick him up on Sunday so he could not try to claw them. We were kept informed about what was happening to Spirit and what they were doing for him. May God prosper the work of their hands. Many people were praying for Spirit and all involved in his care. I will sing the praises of Northside Emergency Pet Clinic to everybody. A gold star and thunbs up for you.

Where do I begin...recommending labs and xays and unnecessary procedures for our 14 year old kitty who is in renal failure..to then recommending IVs when he is still drinking and constipation removal and possibly surgery while he is dying of renal failure and is anemic! Add to that when we requested the results and x-rays, found out after reading them the next day, that his condition is so grave that even recommending surgery was heartless and incomprehensible. Then when recommending to euthanize or do surgery and keep for a few and... said he may not survive anyway. After over $641 later and leaving us on hold from the parking lot for 30 minutes, front desk giving us attitude and the extreme recommendations and being there for over 4 hours, we lost trust in them and decided to bring our pet home and possibly take to our vet to euthanize, if needed. We also requested pain meds just in case. After, vet agreed but did not end up giving to us. After making this decision they made us wait to get our kitty and requested us to talk again with the vet who tried to convince us otherwise. Our kitty is not in pain and was already dying. We will decide when it's time to let him go. We will NOT be back and I do not recommend.

What a fantastic team. Our dog fell ill over a weekend and this practice sorted him out. What I particularly liked was that the team listened to us and we agreed a treatment plan together after all options were presented. Highly highly recommend - thanks for fixing him up Northside!

Only place open on a Sunday night since I guess all the other clinics don't think emergencies happen on Sundays ???? but thankful they were able to take in my dog right away and assess his situation. They were all very nice, patient, upfront, honest, and helpful. Only downside is the cost but it is an emergency clinic so I was expecting to pay some pretty high fees. They also were super friendly and very understanding when I kept calling asking questions and for updates on my furbaby ????. He has crossed over the rainbow bridge now and I just wished they offered necropsies so I could have some closure and know what was wrong ????
