Church Ranch Vet has been great since we moved here in 2019. Very nice to our dogs, and friendly and professional to us. They have helped our family in at least two emergencies late in the day and were very accommodating. I trust them.

I love this place for my pup. It's a one stop shop!

Great vet. Would highly recommend. I appreciate they have a cat only room and didn't make me feel bad that my cat tried to murder the staff.

I have asked for several days many times in email, phone and chat to get our dogs rabies certificate. I do not have it. They will not respond. Unbelievable unprofessionalism.

My 2yo Golden loves the women in the daycare facility. She full body wags her tail when Megan comes to take her back…and when I pick Reba up at the end of my work day, she’s tired and happy! Friendly reception workers too!

Awesome customer service and very friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. I just transferred here a few months ago from another vet and I'm happy I did. The vets here take the time to give you all the knowledge you need for your particular pets needs. ????

Called to ask about grooming since their website said they do that there. Was on hold for 5 minutes before I was told that they are not accepting new grooming pets b/c they are backed up until December. As someone who works in the tech field I know it's not that complicated to update your website to let people know this.

I brought my 19 month old puppy for half the day doggy day care. I was viewing the webcam, when I noticed my puppy fenced off from the other dogs. I didn't think much of it because he recovering from surgery which he had 4 month ago. However, he was fenced off for about an hour 45 minutes while other dogs were playing. He has been cleared by our vet for doggy daycare. I find it unacceptable that he was fenced in while other dogs his size were playing right in front of him. If I wanted him to watch other dogs playing, I would have had him stay at home and watch dogs from the house. If my puppy was acting crazy or aggressive, then I would understand, but he is a puppy and needs to learn how to have fun and socialize with other dogs!! I'm not sure I will be bring my puppy back for doggy daycare!!

Always great service, Dr. Pei is the best for my cats and for me! Everyone is always so caring and loving, no matter what the issue is. Service and care is the best!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I quickly stopped taking my dog here after they did not perform his neuter procedure with a laser incision as agreed upon. And they did not perform additional services under anesthesia even though I confirmed with two separate people at their office the morning of the procedure. They also said they couldn’t trim my puppy’s nails when he was 3 months old and I needed to play with his paws more even though I do this all the time and they perpetuated his fear of strangers and have caused severe issues with taking our dog to the vet. He’s now a year old and extremely afraid to go to any vet office.

This place has really gone down hill! Between changing vets all the time, not practicing on the various animals they used too and the front desk being rude to me as a human... I have a question now as how they treat my fur babies! ????

this place is a MESS! They are short handed... read reviews on Yelp ... they clearly don't care about quality, consistency or good business practices. Can't trust them ... place is filthy.

Love this place and so do the dogs, price is good and unlike most boarding places they will give my dog her insulin

Moving to 1 star...Rescued a dog with this listed as one of the partner vets... had appointments rescheduled and canceled with no interest/ability to reschedule. Was told 1st wellness was free but was later charged and in addition to nails, which did not seem to be trimmed. To top it all off, the pet insurance which would have covered the multiple visits is not eligible as the computers were down and therefore dates/bills, etc don't align for coverage. Vet and tech seemed nice, but would not recommend and looking forward to finding a new clinic

Where to start. This veterinarian clinic is run very poorly by the practice manager Kathy. There is high turnover at the clinic and I experienced this directly by their staff telling me repeatedly this as they discovered mistakes with my boarding reservations from “employees that no longer work there.” I’m open-minded for 2nd chances when a business accepts responsibility but this one hasn’t. Obviously have removed my pet from this facility, I should have read the reviews on Google about dogs getting loose here by a major road. Yikes! I would highly not recommend this clinic for your loved pet “kiddos”. Safety and competence matters and this veterinarian clinic is mistake prone on all sides of their business.

I dropped my dog off a couple weeks ago for a grooming appointment and they called me approximately 30 minutes later and said they weren't sure what happened but he got out of their facility. A nice lady saw our dog running down Wadsworth and was able to get him in her car. When I went back to get his leash the person supposedly in charge said they looked for him for 5 minutes and called animal control. I do not recommend this place

The doctors and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Our experience with boarding and doggy daycare has been equally impressive. I would highly recommend this practice.

I took my dog to the vet today because she had a weird cut on her foot that I wanted looked at. They told me they'd fit her in between patients. I called at 4 asking for an update, they kept me on hold long enough that I had to hop off for a client call. I called again at 4:45 and was on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they still hadn't seen her. Another tech called a few minutes later telling me that an error had been made when she got dripped off at 10:30 this morning and she never made it onto the schedule and wouldn't be seen before they closed at 6. They charged me $111 for an antibiotic and an antibiotic ointment, which no one had discussed with me before taking my payment. When I got her home, she immediately went to the bathroom (#1 & #2) and chugged a ton of water, making it pretty clear to me that she had just been kenneled all day long. We will not be returning.

My dog was injured while under your care and I got a “complimentary” vet visit as he was bit by another dog at doggy day care. I was then asked to pay nearly $150 for medication for him. I refused to pay. If my dog bit another dog you can bet I would be paying for their care. I am now going to take him to our vet for treatment and will no longer be bringing my dogs to daycare, boarding or to the vet.

I made an appointment for my rescue dog 2 months in advance as they were booked out. When I called to confirm the appointment closer to the date I was told they had nothing on file for my dog. They then said they would call me back to fix the issue and never did so I had to call back and I waited on hold for 30 minutes. I will never take my dog here, they are completely unorganized and unhelpful.

Our little dog received great care and her walk is improving, thanks to the care she received.

Keep changing our appt saying the exotic pet vet won't be in. Only 1 exotic pet vet? And they are outsourced?

I’ve noticed I get different information about pricing depending on the person I’m speaking with.

The staff and doctors are always courtesy and professional. My dog gets excited to see them and is even happy after her visits. I can't recommend Doctor Pei enough. He has taken great care of my pup and doesn't try to push unnecessary procedures or meds. He will suggest more homeopathic care if reasonable. Their doctors always follow up with you to check on your pet. So glad I found them. They were the only vet for miles that would take my sick dog upon arriving from Florida at the beginning of the pandemic last year.

Me and my mother have taken all of our fur babies here and will never stop! Everyone is soo lovely so caring and not only do they take care of our babies. They make sure us as owners are ok and reassure us as owners. Such a lovely facility. Truley.

They have some really good doctors at this clinic .. They are very professional and caring .. my dog has been going there since he was a pup .. he is now 3 .. there prices sometimes can be a little high .. but the are the best .. I would recommend if you have a pet to take them here .. they will make sure you are takin care of to the fullest!!!
