I'm from Colorado Springs but was down in Pueblo and really needed to wash my dog. This place was great! They even helped me groom my dog.

I have a great pyrenees that’s a great chore to groom. Being a bigger dog with a long coat I have had a hard time finding someone who grooms him well. He’s scared of his own shadow. The ladies that helped me were so great with him. Took the time to trim him and he looks amazing! Great customer service. They did exactly as I asked and I could tell they treated him like a king!

My small dog has been groomed here twice and both times she came home exactly like i was hoping! The staff communicates great and i can tell that my pup is treated well because she is happy and not shaking when i pick her up! They also try very hard to work with schedules and are timely with getting her finished up.

Loved this place. My boys look amazing and everyone was nice. We will be back. We are new here and this place was recommended by two people. Super glad we went here for grooming.

Brought my dog in and the ower cut my dog really deep, had to take my dog into the vet. Owner was very rude . Will never go back and do not recommend.

We've been here 3 x's. First two times, we bathed our husky/wolf mix Skye ourselves. She hates baths, but still put up with it. Third bath we asked for help and the owner helped. She gave her a blow out. Skye absolutely loved it, and her and she felt & looked so much better!! Thanks so much & we'll be back for round 4!!! I apologize I can't remember the owner's name.

This place is dirty, like really dirty! I fantasized about opening the front door and taking a leaf blower to it. They had no idea how to cut a Scottish Terrier, but said they’d look up the finer points, like ears, before grooming him. He was cooler, but very generically trimmed when he was done. They spent the time we there yelling at the dogs, possibly their own?

Have only used the self-wash service. Efficient set up with everything provided to get your dog nice and clean in 30 minutes or less at a reasonable price. Our boy seems to enjoy coming here.

I love coming here! The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean, and I appreciate that they provide everything for the self wash (shampoo, towels, & combs). The prices are also awesome! Definitely recommend bringing your pup here.

Excellent place for first time grooming..very pleased with results

They are great. People, service. 1st time we washed our puos, this time they did. Even though our boys were a bit temperamental they were very patient and still took care of them.

Patient and friendly staff. Did a good job on my poodle who needed grooming but they didn't make me feed like a bad mom. It's winter and she prefers baths outside with a warm bucket of soapy water to being in a tub and she runs away when I try to cut her hair. I'll be back sooner because the price was fair. Dog was happy and fine when I picked her up.

I always take my Yorkie here. The ladies are always nice and helpful. Towels are clean, water is warm and the shampoo they provide is quality and smells great. You can even pay a little extra and have them cut your pups nails when you are done giving them a bath. I have only done self service groom but they seem to always be very loving with their fur clients.

Very disrespectful to my mom not nice criticized our dog, shih tzu saying I'm not grooming her you can go elsewhere, because they wanted to shave him not "her!" we asked why? it was because his hair was long which shih tzu's have long hair... Then she just said what's your name your not even on our schedule, then later found it after asking my mother's name.. she then asked well what do you want me to do with this dog! This dog! Wow we just left my mom was hurt and my poor dog I'd never leave him there with such a rude mean ignorant woman. Please consider another place with more dog loving employees and she was not wearing a mask.

Don't let them trim your dogs nails. I went there to wash my dog on a Saturday. There was an older woman in charge. After giving my dog a bath I decided to have this woman trim my dogs nails. The first foot she cut to close and my dog was bleeding. I thought anyone can make a mistake. So unfortunately I let her go on. She cut every foot but one. My dog was bleeding all over the floor. In all the years I have had my dog no one has ever hurt her. She couldn't even get out of bed that night except once when she limped to go outside. She just looked at me like why did you take me there and let them hurt me. I have never been so angry. And I will never take her anywhere again where they can.
