Vet was kind, compassionate. Staff were very helpful in working through a problem with a prescription transfer, particularly the 2nd time I called.

It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Then when it finally went through they placed me on a hold and I sat there for 30 minutes I don’t mind waiting but then they just hung up instead on answering. I’m upset.

The most amazing vets I've met. They have helped my family tremendously. I wouldn't trust my fur babies qith another vet.

Treated me and my dog so well.

The staff is awesome. The only problem is they're so good, they have a lot of clients so it is hard to get a regular appointment in a timely manner.

We had to bring in our geriatric female feline, she had to be euthanized and the staff had the utmost care and respect for me and my pet and I plan on bringing my other pets too

This place gets 5 stars they are amazing and compassionate. Even when I had to call to ask just a simple question they had no problem answering my question. Pueblo small animal clinic was rude to me when I called with a question and Mesa clinic had no problem answering my questions. And I've taken my cats there before and they are super sweet and kind. Thank you Mesa vet clinic y'all are amazing

My grandma goes to mesa vet to check up on the fur babies and they are excellent on what they do everyday for everyone's pet they are a life savior for sure everyday they risk their lives for the pets that come in and get the job done i wish i could give 100 stars

They never return my calls .I'm sure there good at what they do but I really can't rate something that I have no idea what's going on so im saying 3 stars for what iv heard.

Great Dr's, horrible service. Will not answer phones, Will not return messages. Even in parking lot, calling to let them know you're there, useless.

No Honor. Not only would they not honor the verbal agreement that was made at time of service with the vet, but they were ok taking food off my families table to get paid. Couldnt even wait two weeks. They had to be paid or I would lose the ashes of my recently passed service dog. Or my best friend. Wished it meant something to be a disabled veteran. Instead I will have to find a way to make it. Because no way was I going to let them keep his ashes. They are Greedy and have no Honor. Office manager wouldnt even come out and tell me, made the front desk staff tell me... Also, no one ever gave me options in regard to his ashes. I have had to cremate a loved pet before and each time I was able to get their ashes in a nice wooden box. When I went to get my dog's ashes, they were in a plastic bag in a cardboard box. It was traumatizing as I didn't realize this is what was being handed to me.

Booked out so far in advance, difficult to reach even the office staff. Have been waiting over 3 days for a phone call from the Vet, might as well forget it. They started out fine, but service has deteriorated since. I paid extra to have my dog seen several months ago, and the vet diagnosed her without testing or blood work.

Got me into a room quickly and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

My dog has bad skin allergies and at first I thought they took care of him but after reducing his dosage and his skin issues worsening I have called and left Dr Tara 3 voicemails in a weeks time and no one had called me back to offer solutions or help my dog. I guess either you guys got too big for your britches or just don’t really care about the pets health on an individual basis. I’ll hopefully find someone that can help my pet because you guys just aren’t it. 80$ a month on Apoquel and I can’t even get a F#ckin call back. Inexcusable

Took my dog in for skin problem and ear problem She was diagnosed with a bacteria problem she was given a med topically to her ears I was told not to wet her ears for 3weeks for her skin problem I was given a months supply of steroids to give her as directed I followed the vets orders exactly it seemed she was getting better initially but it didn't look healed it would look good one week then not so good another week I finally realized she wasn't any better so I called to make another appt.i explained to the receptionist what was going on she started accusing me of not following the vets instructions I told her I just would like to be helped she said something about have a good day and hung up on me I tried calling back several times with no one wandering finally someone answered put me on hold so then I called back several more times someone finally anwsered a different receptionist and made a new appt. for me the original receptionist was very disrespectful and rude I will be reporting her to the vet at my appt.i will not use there service again upcoming

Love the detail they provide the animals of pueblo, from what we hear about outher vets in Pueblo being sub standard

They took us in on a Saturday and after hours where no one else would see us for this emergency. Took great care of my dog! Will do business with again!

We have used Mesa Vet for many years and they have always been great. This time we had to euthanize our oldest dog and they were amazing!

As busy as this place is the staff is always super nice and helpful.
