This place is wonderful as well as the dogs!!!Everyone was very professional and great, they really care, and are passionate about the dogs. I had a wonderful experience and can't say enough good things about this place!

I adopted this little girl 10 years ago from NMDR! I follow their stories, rescues, and events and am truly impressed with their organization, mission, and charisma. If I didn't live two hours away I would pursue their volunteer opportunities. If you are looking to adopt, please pick NMDR you won't regret it! Taco, the Pembroke Corgi, is 12 now and living her best life ????

Incredible people, first class organization. Their vetting of folks wanting to adopt is thorough and straight forward. Not a fast process and rightly so. It's all about the dogs and their needs first and foremost. They are more than well cared for. The facility is very very clean. Was very impressed with the entire organization and all the crew and volunteers.

The dogs are truly valued and staff put forth the greatest effort to make the transition to a new home as smooth as possible for both dogs and their new families.

The staff was so freindly. The place was so clean and gave you the best feeling. We were there for an event but would recommend getting a sweet pup from here.

I am interested in adopting a little Yorkie so I filled out the paperwork I was in the Springs Saturday so I wanted to just visit the site. I was shown the kennels of the small dogs. They were VERY clean & there was no unpleasant odor. I was impressed with the operation & the number of nice people giving their time & work there. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful service of people saving the animals from mostly bad situations & helping them to find wonderful families & forever homes❤????????

I can't say enough good things about this rescue organization. Everyone was very professional yet always warm and friendly to work with. They really helped us find the right pet to join our other two pets. We now have our Pepper who we adore and love and who is doing so well!! Many thanks to NMDR and the wonderful work they do, they are angels!

We adopted one of the sweetest dogs we could have hoped for. The people at NMDR were wonderful and the facility was impressive.

Amazing facility, great technology and staff!! All in a rural spacious area. The dogs here are getting excellent veterinary care, routine care, and behavioral care. What a wonderful cause, anyone would be lucky to adopt one of their precious pooches.

The staff is just wonderful.

They rescue dogs who lived in small cages their entire lives and were used to breed puppies. ( puppy mill dogs). They give these amazing dogs a second chance at life by adoption into loving families. Wonderful place. Wonderful people who work/volunteer there. Check them out. Don't shop for your next dog. Adopt and save a life.

I have a safe and clean warm home thanks to those who rescued me from a horrible mill. I have many beds to choose from. Yay. I never knew that this was how I was suppose to live. I only knew the other side. I am soooo happy with my new brothers. Rusty, Spartacus, and the cats (im leary) Tigger, Otis, George and Buddy. Guess what I got to eat tonight with my food.... You will never guess. Home cooked chicken in broth. I sure am a lucky dog. thanks to my rescuers! Less than 2 weeks after the adoption Spartacus passed. Sandy was there to help Rusty cope. For Rusty it was a rough time and yes dogs do miss their companion, but Sandy was there and what a great help she was. Sandy's and Rusty's bond is inseparable. This is the match that NMDR made. Perfect in everyway!!!!!

This place is a really special place. The staff and volunteers genuinely care about every soul coming through. The cleanliness is impeccable. I wish everyone knew about them so they could adopt more dogs out so they can help to save even more

Excellent experience. We were treated with the upmost respect as we were there to visit with and take home a wonderful dog. The entire facility was very clean and the dogs were very well taken care of. We brought our new family member home with us, and he is having a blast exploring our backyard. Anyone looking for a good dog, this is the place to go to see about a rescued dog. You won't be disappointed. We got a large dog as you can see, but there are plenty of smaller or lap dogs looking for a forever home.
