These folks did great job on my Newfoundland,he was in need of a much shorter cut,was matted in areas,etc,,It's hard for me to get to the groomers on regular basis,,so this cut works great,,bcz it'll grow out again but it gets me sometime,,ya know,, Bringing in my Brownie Newfie in a few wks!

My dog had an appt at 1230. I called 3 hours later because I hadn't heard from the place, just to make sure I didn't miss their call. I was told they were short staffed and they weren't sure when she would be done. I showed up at the salon at 530, because still NO call. They said 20 to 30 more minutes. When she was finally done, they basically said she needs groomed by a vet because she wouldn't hold still. They said she isn't a Princess--which is her name. Excuse me.....you make my dog wait 5 plus hours in a cage, who knows if she went potty, had water during that time and now it's my dogs fault?! She's been groomed the last 14 years and I've never heard she's a bad dog......someone could have called and rescheduled her. Take your pet someplace else.

They did an excellent job cleaning up my stinky English Mastiff, I was worried about them being able to accommodate such a large dog but they did great and he came home smelling nice! Brought my mini pig back the next day and Fallon trimmed up his hoofies so nice! It's such a chore and I'm thankful I found someone else who is happy to do it. I'll be back, thanks for the excellent service and fair prices!

Wow…. The only word that comes to mind. They groomed both of my poodles and they always come out looking happy and like a million bucks. Annie’s is so affordable and easy to make an appointment. I would say they are the best in town! THANKS Annie’s! Albert and Leo will be back!

The patience of the workers here is unmatched. Our dogs have an extremely difficult time at the groomers and instead of shaming us, they were understanding, gave advice and did an excellent job. Not to mention they are extremely nice!

Annie’s groomed my Westin and Yorkie for years. They were professional, friendly and always did a great job!!!

We have brought both our Malamute Mix and shorthaired German Shepard to Annie's and have been very grateful for their hard work. Our Malamute struggles to be crated and they have always been so great with him. Even going as far to call as they are almost done so we can come get him right away. Additionally, they have provided great hair trims and deshedding baths to both dogs and they come home looking amazing. Also, look at the absolutely adorable accessories they put on them to come home today! <3

They are wonderful. Our sweet dog is 14 and needed her nails trimmed. They saw her the same day, Shelby was in and out in record time and treated with love.

The groomer took great care of my sweet doggie and took their time. That is important for pet grooming I think.

I made the initial appointment on Tuesday for Friday at 11:30 a.m. verified my dogs and breed and they had asked me if all my dogs have been vaccinated I was going too bring 2 in. They are both vaccinated and they both have their rabies shots I was not notified whatsoever that I need to bring in proof of paperwork into the shop that they had vaccines and rabies shots, (they have tags) My wife wanted to take the dogs in this time so I let her because she wanted too ask grooming questions. When she got there they said without paperwork we are not going to take your dogs in. so then my wife had to leave because we don't carry paperwork on our dogs in our vehicle like licence registration and insurance but we have the tags but according to person that I talked to on the phone you can switch out the tags and not renew the tags like switching licence plates on a car. Rest assured if I was notified when I made the initial appointment that I need to bring paperwork in to prove that my dogs were vaccinated and had the rabies shots I've got a folder for That paperwork that I would have sent my wife with. A little bit more clarification would have been much appreciated

Brought my golden doodle pup to Annies for a full groom, and was very dissatisfied with the outcome. Maybe they’re not bad at grooming ALL types, BUT it’s apparent that doodles are not a specialty. The staff is alright, but I wish I didn’t have to spend $80 (after tip) for a really bad haircut. REALLY BAD.. I literally can’t look at her without getting upset. If you’re worried about where to groom your dog with difficult fur, I highly recommend Stubby’s. This is where I usually always go, but I chose Annie’s this one time because Stubby’s was well backed up. Stubby’s is perfect every time and the staff is very friendly and professional.
