Love the vets and staff. Things have been hard with COVID but they have maintained a level of service that many others have not. Thank you for all that you do for our pets and moms pets.

Every single person (and feline) here are incredible! They are willing to clearly explain things to you, take their time meeting your pet and are thorough in their exams. I always feel like I leave fully understanding what was done, why and what, if anything is needed once I leave. My Ollie has had quite the experience in and out of this office for being 5 months old and I can honestly say I'm grateful to have an office, staff and doctor who care about him as much as I do!!

Blood and urine were extracted from my cat on Tuesday morning. No one called to tell me the results until 3 days later. The results are that my cat has an infection, but no one would give me the results until today. I called in and was told that there wasn’t a dr available to read the results. Animals deserve better than this.

I brought my 15 yr old chihuahua to Pine Grove for a recheck after a very scary emergency situation. Pine Grove is where my long time, trusted Veterinarian, Dr. Traylor, moved her practice. She is amazing and I have trusted her with my babies for over a decade!

Prior to Dr. Traylor coming to Pine Grove Animal Hospital, this was a 5 STAR Veterinary & Animal Hospital. We have been part of the Pine Grove family for 13 years. Excellent service, compassionate and professional doctors and staff. I didn't mind paying extra for the care we received from Pine Grove because it was worth it. Our dogs were treated with respect and compassion. I recently took my 13 1/2 year old dog in and was seen by Dr. Traylor and her assistant. This was the most uncomfortable appt we have ever had at Pine Grove. Her assistant was very cold and they didn't care that my pet was scared of being at the vet. They forced her in and called her stubborn. No compassion at all, just get her in and out. It feels as if animals are just a number and a dollar sign there. Also, the communication is very poor. I replied to an email from Dr. Traylor with questions, but never heard back from her. Needless to say, we are done with Pine Grove Animal Hospital.

Great attention to details and amazing service. Marley my dog says they weren't too shabby also.

Dr Traylor and her team are amazing! Very kind, thorough and great at communicating the needs of our pets. We appreciate all the care our four fur babies receive with Dr Traylor and team.

Dr. Singleton and her staff were nothing short of amazing with my dog!!!!! I have been taking my animals to Pine Grove Animal Hospital for over 20 years, and have always received the best care and love for my furry family members. Dr. Singleton was kind, and caring, while sharing all the information with me about my dog during our recent scare with her. I am happy to say my little girl is back to her happy, joyful self, because of the wonderful care she received!!!!! Thank you Pine Grove Animal Hospital, I am forever grateful!!!!!!

Dr. Roos was amazing at Pine Grove Animal Hospital! Our six year old Kiki was having a hard time going up and down stairs all of a sudden. I called them the next morning and they got us the last appointment available for the day. Dr. Roos was extremely thorough with Kiki and ruled out infections, tumors, etc. and found out Kiki had a slipped disc. She put her on medicine and Kiki started doing better very quickly. Due to Covid, I could not go inside with Kiki, but I know Dr. Roos did everything to make Kiki feel comfortable. When Dr. Roos called me to inform me of Kiki's condition, she was extremely thorough, knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely be taking my two dogs back to Pine Grove Animal Hospital.

Great vet services, wonderful staff, all our babies go to them. The move heaven and earth to accommodate us and when they can't will not hesitate to send us across the street to Emergency Vet. Sometimes things can't wait and they know it and won't give you the run around! Love them

This is our primary care for our dog, they have always been excellent, kind, caring and courteous with Brady. We had a medical emergency with him and they where able to get him in right away and guide us to helping him. Highly recommend them.

Not accepting new clients. Poor experience. Will never go there now. Didn’t even ask what was wrong with my pet, didn’t care. Reflects the true feelings of the people who work there.

I’m a first time cat owner and was referred to Pine Grove through the DFL last summer through their free initial veterinary exam included with adoption. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I haven’t lived in Parker very long, but the staff were so sweet and responsive! Just pulled up in my car with Bubs in his kennel, the technician took him inside and they finished fairly quickly. I have to give them props for cutting his nails, because he’s quite the angry lil man when it comes to nail trims. The receptionist was very personable and helpful. I will definitely trust Pine Grove for all Bubs’ health needs and any future pet I have.

The ONLY place I would take my furbabies! Everyone, especially Angie are so fantastic! We have 3 so we are frequent fliers, best veterinarian clinic ever! We have been clients since 2006, and we would drive 100 miles just to keep this clinic!

Ever since we moved to Colorado, this establishment has been very caring for our 10lbs Morkie. We have moved from Parker, CO to Greenwood Village, and we still drive to meet up with the team in Parker. Our dog, gets his regular check up, vaccine and teeth cleaning here and has not have issues of anticipating a next visit. Thank you for your work!

The entire staff is fantastic!! They’re professional, patient with me and my dog, and they’re all very kindhearted; should be in that line of work but we’ve not encountered that with other vet offices. Best vet we’ve ever had!! ????

We’ve been coming to Pine Grove Animal Hospital for years! The staff and vets are awesome. Dr. Costello takes care of my Boston Terrier. She’s patient, and genuine. She has helped us through emergencies and routine issues. We’ve moved away from Parker, CO but we still commute because they truly are the best.

I cannot express how grateful we are for the wonderful staff at this clinic. We have had nothing but positive experiences, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure our pup is getting everything she needs.

We love everything about this vet clinic - they've been our vets since 2015. We take both the cat and the dog there for care and both are so well treated. Dr. Bawcum is the best - she's so responsive, thorough, kind, and professional. Everyone who works here is kind and professional, actually. It's such a comfort to know we can rely on the folks here for our pets.

Pine Grove has been our go to for over a decade. They have taken excellent care of our cats and dogs!
