If you want to save money and have your pets prescription filled at a local pharmacy. I would not recommend this place. They will take days, never actually call in the prescription until you call back and remind them. The next time I asked for a timeline they told us they weren’t sure maybe 24 hours could be longer. I told them that’s unacceptable my dog is uncomfortable and needs the medication sooner rather than later. The receptionist gave me a ton of pushback. I asked to speak with a manager and they said that individual was unavailable. My response: My dog is uncomfortable, plus I am spending thousands of dollars with this clinic. Please fill the script today! She said she couldn’t promise anything. I told her to just cancel my dogs next procedure and I will go elsewhere. The woman said, “OK! No problem.” The receptionist was very flippant, canceled it, and hung up. Even if you spend thousands of dollars with them. Have three dogs that see the vets there they get nasty the moment you asked to have your prescription filled elsewhere to save money. This place is only quick if you’re spending a ton of money with them and clearly only worry about the bottom line. I do not recommend bringing your pet here!

I'm a repeat customer! When our last dog was put down due to cancer at the age of 12, they recommended a service that comes to your home which was fabulous. Even though they didn't do it for me, I got a hand-written sympathy card in the mail and EVERY EMPLOYEE wrote something sweet about Peyton, our dog. It was the sweetest thing in the world!!! Now we are owners of a new Bernadoodle (one year later after Peyton passed) and they've been flawless. I love this place!

I am retracting my former post regarding the prairie dog issue until Dr Seibel has a chance to meet with some people tomorrow. I will have more information then and hopefully this issue was handled humanely and I can give Dr Seibel five stars.

With my own eyes took these pictures and have video. PLEASE provide PROOF and documentation of how this was a "passive relocation" (not to mention humane) and no prairie dogs were harmed and I will retract my statement, concern, shock and disgust. Who plugged every single hole and covered them with chicken wire AND than ran over it to pack every single hole down? I am leaving this review as now a DEFINITATE former client with whom I have TRUSTED what I thought was the professional AND compassionate care of several pets over the last 10 years (one with serious emergency needs requiring surgery at one point) to Dr. Seibel. When I learned that the new land Dr. Seibel acquired to extend his practice had a sufficient amount of prairie dogs on it (that had been there for decades!) was in extreme danger of being irradiated via horrifically painful means of lethal poisoning, I contacted his office immediately sharing not only my concerns, opinions but most importantly, NON-LETHAL options for Dr. Seibel to PLEASE, PLEASE consider. The majority of those options would include volunteers, such as myself, to volunteer to assist in ANY way FREE OF CHARGE. Not only did it break my heart but also thoroughly DISGUST ME to hear first thing this morning that Dr. Seibel (the one in charge of making this decision) chose NOT to relocate the prairie dogs but to poison them and allow for them all to suffer an extremely excruciating means of death! Clearly this seems to be in complete contradiction to his so called statement of "he also feels it is very important to educate owners about the signs of pain in their pet, as the pet cannot "tell" their owners that they are hurting." I am so shocked, disturbed, horrified and deeply disappointed in Dr. Seibel's CHOICE to by-pass any non-lethal options that he had. I will NEVER trust any of my pets to him or his office again!

Horrible customer service. No care for my pet. They only want your money. Even when money is on the table they could care less. Was hoping this would be a good vet for my dod but guess we're going elsewhere, where they'll actually care for my dog.

Literally the worst vet clinic and the most rude and immature staff I have ever had to deal with! Oh- and don’t forget all they care about is pushing tests, procedures and surgeries to get all the greed out of their system! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I absolutely love every single employee at this vet. They are so kind, thorough and detail-oriented. I have been bringing my two dogs in here for awhile now and I know when I drop them off they are in great hands. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my little family.

We are newbie puppy parents and Advanced Pet Care has done a wonderful job of coaching us through the trying first couple of weeks with our new chocolate lab, Hopper. They are responsive to our questions, offering rational advice and quick follow up, and they don’t make us feel like we are over anxious puppy parents (even though we probably are ????). They even proactively call us after each visit to check on our pup. Hopper is in great hands with the staff at Advanced Pet Care!

World class quality of care. We took our dog here due to some urinary concerns. Not only did this practice diagnose the issue, they also provided an amazing care plan. They genuinely care about your four-legged furry family members and happen to have great bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for world class veterinary care.

I was able to get my dog in quickly when we moved to Parker. They worked us in for a same day visit.

These guys are life savers! My dog was just bitten at daycare badly enough to need stitches, and they called me to pick her up at 4pm. I'm leaving tomorrow for a trip and needed her seen today! My vet didn't have any appointments, and neither did the 5 closest vets to me. When I called advanced pet care, they said they would see her 20 minutes later!! They squeezed her in just before closing even though she's not a regular patient and were so caring with her! They did a great job on her wound and she is home resting now. I would recommend this practice to anyone and am so appreciative of their kindness ❤️

They're one of the top rated vets in Parker and it's no surprise why. They were quick and efficient but also so kind with my anxious pup. The communication they had with me was excellent as well. The staff took the time to hear and address my concerns in an informative and compassionate manner.

Advanced pet care is so great to our dog and us! They always get back to me with any questions I have very quickly and take The time to discuss in detail any concerns I may have.

Love taking our dog here. Dr. Shawn is amazing and so good with our dog. He goes above and beyond as vets go and is always honest. I recommend Advanced Pet care to all my friends and family.

Quoted my girlfriend nearly 100 dollars less than her bill was. I expect an explanation. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere in addition to her taking hers. The woman denied any explanation for the discrepancy. Very bad service. Finding an ethical vet in Parker seems difficult. Update: They didn’t even send the blood work that they did for who is now my fiancé. The person working the desk is an absolute joke of an employee. I see why she is stuck at this job rather than a more rewarding environment. I moved my info away from them and actively tell people to avoid them.

About 7 months ago I moved to the area and needed to establish a new vet and after doing my research Advance Pet Care of Parker seemed to be the most reliable. After my first visit with my very anxious Rottweiler with Dr. Shawn I felt comfortable and I knew I could trust him. Not only him, but the entire staff. They are all extremely kind, patient and honest. They also don’t push any unneeded services on you nor your pet which proves to me that they’re not just in it for the money. This clinic is reasonable, understanding, compassionate, responsive, and they make sure to do what is best for your pet. They explain everything in detail to make sure you understand what is going on. I even heard positive things from the doctor and assistant when I took my other dog to the emergency vet! Therefore, I highly, and I cannot stress this enough, HIGHLY recommended Advance Pet Care of Parker.

I have been taking my pets to this animal clinic for several years. They are always friendly and treat my pets as their own. I don’t know who was more excited to see each other :-)

They do an amazing job with taking care of my pup Knox. They are always so sweet with him which is all I can ask for. They always give me a detailed explanation in what they’re checking out with Knox, the results, and any additional info that I should have. They really do care.

I have a dog who has IBD. I have seen many differant veterinarian clinics who all ran tests but did nothing to help my dog. I then reached out to Dr. Shawn Seibel, He was the only veterinarian that actually gave me a simple solution to help make my dog feel better. He was honest with me, professional and actually cared about my pet. I will recommend him to anyone who has an animal. I'd give 10 stars if I could. He is now my for ever animal doctor.

We love Advanced Pet care! We have two pups the love going to the vet! The ladies at the desk always remember me when I call and the vets and vet techs are so caring and always just a joy to be around. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

I love that they handle my dog with care and love. After just one visit they knew how to work with him which is not easy as he can be very aggressive toward doctors. They have been patient and kind with me in many instances and I grateful they are always available to consult and offer advice. They spend time with their clients and work collaboratively which I really appreciate.

Was told that the blood work and visit would be a total of $180 and when everything was said and done it ended up being $245. Since I was told one price I brought my cash and tried to explain that I was frustrated and didn’t understand why I wasn’t told this in the first place. They stated that I was quoted properly and couldn’t do anything about it. So they took bloodwork from my dog for no reason and without bloodwork I can’t get his teeth done. I have never experienced such horrible service and cannot believe how I was treated. I will never recommend this place EVER. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me he wasn’t there and I requested that I get a call back .

Super rude receptionist. Peggy on two different occasions was discourteous and harsh on the phone! You have kept me from booking an appointment twice now despite how close you are to my house and how I have previously taken my dogs here for care. Shawn is a great veterinarian and it’s unfortunate that I can’t make an appointment here because of how you care to talk to people.

High quality service. Their attention and love to cats( not only for dogs:)) worth of respect. We had tooth extraction. It’s really stressful not only for pet, but for us as well. With support of this team we came through this challenge. And we are very thankful them for this.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to put down my cat. As rough as a day that was, I could not have asked for more from Advanced Pet Care staff and team of physicians. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. They gave me plenty of time to say goodbye and were utmost respecting of my situation. Nothing was rushed. The doctor asked if I had ever had to put down a pet, which I had not, and then walked me through the process and what to expect. He was very empathetic and caring and thoughtful. As awful the experience is of putting down an animal, I am thankful this staff made it as easy as possible.

We had the best experience with our dog Bentley! He had to have multiple teeth pulled and wasn’t feeling too well. The Dr and staff were super helpful with all our questions. Great place for our fur baby!!

Had a wonderful experience here. The front desk lady was really nice and surprisingly never had wait. They put us straight in a room and we the the VT came right in and the doctor after her.

Dr Shawn is always so attentive and pet focused! We love the care we get! We’ve seen many vets in past before we found Advanced Pet Care, and will not take our babies anywhere but Dr Shawn!

This practice is wonderful. The techs and the vets are always so kind and welcoming, and they fuss over my sweet guy like he was their own.
