What a terrific team at Dugan's! I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Wenkheimer and her team! In addition to the doctor's expert knowledge about our new Greek tortoise (she has a Sulcata tortoise herself!), her team was kind, thoughtful, and professional. My only complaint is that Dugan's is not closer to my home, lol, but it's worth the drive to receive the kind of care we received today.

No one looks forward to taking their sick animal in to the vet. It can be very scary and sad. The entire staff at Dugan's helped ease my nerves from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Cupit and her genuine care for my dog, Lenny, has meant the world to me. She even stayed late on a Friday night to review test/ultrasound results with an expert before calling to walk me through what was going on my my dog and suggest a treatment plan. I'm incredibly grateful for her and for everyone at this animal hospital.

It sounds like the Veterinarian staff at this Dugan's is well liked, but please be warned DO NOT allow them to groom your pet! We were referred to this hospital by Dugan's grooming, as an alternative for faster scheduling. Our cockapoo was matted in some places which reportedly led them to have to shave so close to the skin. I have no issues with that assessment HOWEVER, our pup came home with burns and cuts. We had to take him back up there for ointment and something to relax him because he was so agitated after the experience. We were told that their Vet had assessed that they weren't burns, it was where blood rushed to the area of the skin, and that the cuts were not the fault of the groomer, conveniently. We were called back by the office manager to let us know they wouldn't be reimbursing this service since their Vet determined it was not the fault of the groomer. I explained, that even if that were true, we were very dissatisfied with the service and that due to their service our dog was having to take something for anxiety! This poor dog hasn't been able to sit still since they groomed him. It's super sad, and something I would warn against for the loved pet in your life!

We had our first visit with our two dogs. Staff was friendly and welcoming and great with our pups!

Oh MY! I am at awe on the service I received today with our boxer puppy. From the time we walked in from the time we walked out they made our puppy feel loved and valued. We had almost an hour worth of questions and they answered them all and was happy to do so. We brought our pup (3 months) in for his shots and I will always go to them from here on out. Our pup was greeted the person at the front was so happy to meet him the two other ladies ( the veterinarians ) played with him and gave us so much information on how to keep him happy and healthy. I couldn't stop talking about how positive my experience was today. I never do reviews BUT I had to let the world know how pleased we were with the service we received today and they were affordable. Excellent staff. Very experienced, competent, professional Veterinarians. It is a hike for me but I will continue to take my beloved pets here because I can trust them implicitly! Great experience.

My cat became unexpectedly ill and I wanted to take her in somewhere same-day. We usually go to the specialty center off hampden, but needed somewhere closer to home. I chose Dugans because of the reviews. They definitely lived up to their great reviews! They didn’t have an appointment available, but they allowed me to drop off zucchini (my cat) for the day to squeeze her in. They were very quick and thorough and I felt like I could trust them. Because they are a new clinic, they are running a special and the examination was complimentary. The veterinarian and tech’s were great and were very gentle and loving with Zucchi. We just had a recheck appointment yesterday and she is doing great! They also didn’t charge for a recheck. I would highly recommend!

This is a fairly new clinic but so far we have been very pleased with the doctors, staff and care we have gotten here with our puppy. The pricing is reasonable and the doctors have been patient and very gentle with our sometimes intolerant giant puppy. I'm so excited this place opened so close to my house and look forward to continuing to bring my dog here throughout her life.

I am very happy I switched to this vet. I have two Yorkies and I can't say enough great things about this staff. They are on time, reasonable cost and most importantly, really take the time to get to know you and your pets. They also offer grooming services and do an amazing job (even with nervous pups). I was apprehensive about switching to a new vet but took the chance because Dr. Pei sees exotics. Finding the right veterinarian is much like finding the right pediatrician. Dr Pei and his staff put my mind at ease, were patient, knowledgeable, and exactly what this family needed. We are happy to say we will be their loyal customers!!!

Absolutely in love with the vet staff here! I brought my pug, Rosie, in for a check up and some blood work. Dr. Pei was very thorough explaining the process and what to do after. The vet techs were so kind and took great care of her while she was there. Rosie and I highly recommend Dugans!

I took my puppy into Dugan's for his neuter recently. The staff was all very compassionate and helpful. I felt that they truly cared about each patient. His surgery was completed quickly and he has recovered wonderfully! He was also able to get in for the appointment quickly which was a huge deal for us! Thanks Dugan's!

I had a great experience with everyone here. Very responsive and were able to get me in the same day. Pricing was much better then expected and they treated my dog, trimmed her nail and got her all up to date on shots within an hour. Very professional and affordable. The veterinarian actually came out to my car to talk to me which I really appreciated. Many places will just call or not talk to you at all. Every question I had (a lot) was answered very thoroughly and they were happy to do so. So glad we made the switch!
