We have been client's here for almost 3 years and travel from Castle Rock to Parker because of the quality of care they provide. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and would not take them anywhere else. The office staff are kind, courteous and so helpful. The environment is inviting and comfortable. The vet technician staff are all kind, friendly and obviously love working with animals and their owners. The vets though are why we keep coming back! We work primarily with Dr. Larson who is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She has seen us with a wide variety of issues from emergencies to well visits, dental visits and surgery and also providing compassionate care at the end of a pet's life. They present all options available and answer questions thoroughly then follow through with an email summarizing the visit and recommendations. You will not be disappointed by bringing your pet here!

The staff here is great they are all so loving with my girl Charleigh. They are gentle and very caring, the Vets and Techs are all very good and responsive when we have questions. I would highly recommend this clinic for your pets! Dr. Whellis is the best we love her!

PCAC is always there for us for urgent visits and routine care. The vets and techs have been fantastic. One of my dogs, Sophie, gets the biggest wiggle butt when she visits. I love that they take care of their staff so that staff can take care of us. Very highly recommend!

We've been going to PCAC for years and have been very pleased with their expertise, kindness and excellent customer service. Just got back from a dental procedure a couple days ago, a first for our dog. Brianna texted me with pix and messages that he was doing well while awaiting the procedure and then eventually when he was actually going in. I was very pleased and impressed at the amount of communication I received throughout the day and two calls directly from our vet Dr. Motichka! He was very clear and detailed in what he found and how well our dog was responding under anesthetics. We can't thank everyone at PCAC for the care and service provided! We love PCAC!!

Great experience! We chose PCAC for spaying our Havanese Annie because they offer laser laparoscopic spays and seem very comfortable doing them on smaller breeds. We actually drove from central Denver to Parker just for PCAC because we were so impressed with their website and willingness to answer questions over the phone. The whole staff was very kind to us! Dr April was great and took the time to sit on the floor and win my dog's trust in our initial appointment. She didn't make us feel judged for all our questions or for waiting til a year old to spay our puppy to let her develop a little more (our regular vet started laying on the guilt at 6 months on the dot). She even said she'd spare Annie's coat on her leg if she could- I know it's vain but I'm planning to show her in a pet category soon, and full coat is required, so it is important to me- and she did! You could barely tell Annie was shaved at all. The actual procedure was incredibly well done. I really appreciated the text updates about the status of Annie's surgery. She was in and out and came home in good shape around 4pm despite having been put under. Her incision was SO teeny- maybe only 3/4 inch?- and you already can't tell it was there. She was up and running within just a couple days. She felt so good we really had to work to keep her quiet! The laser incision is super clean and already looking fully closed within 10 days. All in all a great experience, I would DEFINITELY recommend PCAC to those looking for a less invasive spay option, and would go out of my way to go there again!

This is a very well managed veterinary clinic. It is pristine; staff are great with the fur babies. Highly recommend!

I've been fostering and rescuing for years and been through a lot with my animals, and PCAC has truthfully been amazing every single time. My cat LOVES coming to see his friends here because he knows they love him almost as much as I do! They've been amazing caring for me too, as I've been extremely emotional more than once ???? My most recent visit was for my most senior cat, and every single person that saw my precious boy was nothing but the kindest and most lovely human being. You can absolutely see the love for animals on everyone's face, and the care they've given my animals has been nothing short of perfect! Thank you PCAC!!!

This is the best place for my Rottweiler. The people are not scared of him and they look out for him really well. I recommend this vet place to anyone who has a dog.

Best vets ever. Worst customer service. I made a 50 minute drive to visit this vet for many years. I called to make an appointment and was treated like a number and when I didn't find that acceptable I was basically told it was my fault. Zero accountability and zero professionalism from the manager as well. Rude is an understatement. I would recommend going somewhere the customer service matches the skill level of the vet. I won't ever be coming back and hope to save anyone reading this their time and money. The one star is for the veterinarians, customer care deserves zero.

Growing up, all my family pets went to PCAC, so there was no question on which vet to choose when I got my cat a few years ago. We love going to PCAC! We see Dr. Larson and she is absolutely wonderful - I can't say enough good things about her. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate and always listens to my concerns. The staff is incredible too. They have always been friendly and responsive (and they love my cat, Lieutenant Dan!). I'm so grateful for PCAC!

I am so thankful for this clinic. I evacuated here after Hurricane Ida and my cat developed symptoms of an eye infection. They were able to fit me in which I cannot explain how thankful I am for that. The front desk staff was kind and greeted me the moment I walked in the front door. The nurse was friendly and thorough. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hospital. Dr. Wheelis went above and beyond to keep my cat feeling comfortable and safe during the entire experience. She explained the possible causes of the symptoms associated with Brie’s eye and made sure I understood her treatment plan and follow up options. I am so thankful for her comforting demeanor during this experience and making me feel comfortable with medicating her at home. Dr. Wheelis is a veterinarian that I truly trust wholeheartedly with my cat’s health.

I have three cats; this clinic has a cat specialist. She is excellent and genuinely listens to all of your pet concerns.

We have been taking our pets to PCAC for a few years now. All of their vets and techs are so wonderful, caring, and compassionate. I have so many wonderful things to say about this practice it is hard to put them all down with out going on and on. Yours pets will be so well taken care of at PCAC. They are truly a top notch facility.

Taking our cats to the vet is always stressful: the cats cuss me out the whole way there! ???? The staff at PCAC meets my babies where they are, acts lovingly, and advises well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
