Thank God Ashley was there to answer my call in the middle of a crisis for my morning after my dog had been bitten by another dog at a park while we were on our morning walk Ashley was able to calm me down and see if her doctor would be able to see my dog in an emergency situation even though they are not an emergency clinic Dr Braun was able to come in and they got my dog into an exam room right away they explained to me what would possibly have to be done and then went over costs I am so glad that Dr Brown and her team at the mile high clinic were there to assist me in my greatest time of need especially after being treated like it wasn't important from two emergency vet clinics prior who had a 2 to 4 hour wait time for my dog to be seen even though it was an emergency and she had an open flesh wound which ended up being three bite wounds

Excellent front staff, professional nurses/techs and Vets are very thorough and easy to talk with and formulate plan of care. Hoping to stick with them for a very long time.

I loved how they handled my situation. They were all SO kind and had great advice! They are my new primary clinic! They don’t try to take all your money either! You can tell they care. Overall they are great!

MH Animal Hospital is the best with dealing with both of my dogs - one is a senior rescue who is terrified of going to the vet and not very friendly and the other is a younger GSD rescue who thinks that everyone there is his best friend. I appreciate that they don't push services but, consult on what they believe is best for your animals - and I never have a problem getting an appointment. They were originally recommended to me by another vet that couldn't accommodate the need of an urgent appointment. Love them!!

No one wants to take their pets to the vet. But if we have to we want to leave him in capable hands of people who are not going to rip us a new one money wise. This place has a really good All around staff and great vibe. My two pugs have their vet now.

They are so great with our dogs. We have been going for years here and will continue. We feel safe with our dogs in their care.

I appreciate how everyone at this vet came over to greet our dogs. The dogs received excellent care and the follow up call was priceless!

This place is our new vet for our three pups and it's amazing! They make our dogs feel comfortable and welcome. They never do anything that our dogs aren't comfortable with, which is a huge relief. A big thing during covid was that we didn't feel comfortable not being there with our dogs (given that one has major anxiety) but we are able to be in the room with them at all times, which is super helpful and eases a lot of our dogs anxieties. Our pups always meet new friends, leave in a good mood, and with bellies full of treats! ????

Everyone here is so nice and so helpful. So glad I picked them for all my furbabies.

They called animal control on us who showed up at our house today to fine us for not accepting treatments that they didn’t even offer for our dying cat. They state that we turned down all pain medication and it was never offered to us by them. Way to make a horrible situation even worse!

Honestly one of the more affordable vets in the area for the quality of service, I brought my pup in for an exam for a foreign body in her skin. She got her exam, blood work, and medication all in one visit! I love that you guys fill the prescription on the same day. The assistant (with the Jason themed nails, I’m so sorry I forgot your name) was so kind to my dog and was easy to talk with and ask questions. My dog was a little nervous around one of the vets, but he took his time and was very patient and calm the whole time. I got a call back the next day to check how my dog was doing, and a call the day after that with blood test results from the vet himself. Will definitely keep going here for all my vet needs!

We discovered Mile High on a Saturday morning after one of my dogs scratched her eye. They were able to squeeze us in when my regular vets could not. They were super friendly and made my dogs feel very comfortable. Other techs came in just to greet us. It was a very positive experience and I think I found a new primary vet ????

Animal lovers feel secure your let is treated as one of the staff’s own. I was able to get in quickly after a long absence and it was just like we were there before. My Jack Russell has been going here for over 5 years. I recommend if you like friendly people.

We had a slight emergency visit due to a hernia scare (which was not the case), the staff were very patient with my dogs fearfulness of people. The vets were wonderful and collaborated with each other. Now my dog is on a fast path to recovery.

The staff was more than accommodating and very caring of my dog Carl’s well being. Glad I went to them.

I have an older pup who has a history is urinary issues-when I noticed some blood in her urine, I scrambled to find a place that would be able to take her on such short notice. I live in Lakewood so I tried a few places down here before trying places in Aurora. I heard some good things about Mile High and decided to give them a try—they were able to get me in within an hour of me calling. When I arrived, they got me into a room quickly and my technician Stacey was wonderful-best tech I’ve ever had. Dr.Engel was our vet for the day and he came in and sat on the floor with my dog. They both went over the plan and the costs of everything in detail, took Maggie back and got everything done within 30 minutes or so. Maggie and I had such a wonderful experience and I will recommend Mile High every chance I get.

Had our Eddie Neutered there today as well as chipped and a baby tooth removed. They took awesome care of him and called us with updated all the way through the day. Highly recommended!

The doctor knows my dog breed and treats with that breed being considered. (I have a bulldog) The staff is amazing and the check in/out process is very efficient.

Friendly, accommodating staff. I know our dogs are always well taken care of. They always follow up after the visit to see how our puppies are doing - this is very much appreciated. I hope they let humans in the clinic soon!

Love Mile High Anmial Hospital. The staff and vets are the best, they care for our animals like they were there own. Very attentive to all our needs and willing to answer question we have. I would highly recommend taking your pets here for the best loving care!

I have been a customer here for about 7 or so years. There is a lot to love about the people that work there and the hours and reward program. Courtney, Ashley, and Kaitlyn, I always have good service with them and I feel like they have even been there for a while which is also nice. I have disliked the turnover in the past few years. There was a female doctor who moved to CO from another state that I liked a lot and a male tech who worked there for years who I liked but he left as well around the same time. It’s fine that they are not there but I don’t seem recognize any one when I come to bring my animals in other than the 3 I mentioned above. I just feel in any given year there is big turnover. I have also had a few instances in the past year especially with not liking the newer veterinarians there. Most recently I had a male vet who talked too fast and didn’t listen to a word I said and wouldn’t let me talk. Last year my dog got a blood test and I was called saying they found something and I still to this day don’t know what that is. The female vet who called was again quick and to the point and didn’t leave any room for my questions. I know part of this may be due to Covid but a suggestion of mine would be to have the docs come outside to talk to us when it is I important or just all the time and not just the techs so we can ask them questions and we are not rushed off of the phone.

Love this vet. Not only is it minutes from my house but the doctors are very good about calling ASAP about any results they have received since my pets last visit. They are great about calling the next day asking about how my dog is feeling after he/she has received shots. I also love that there is an app. It makes it very easy to access appointments along with requesting vaccine records. After requesting these records, they are very quick to send them right to me! I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone new to this area!
