I have confidence in PAH and trust the care of my very special 4 legged friends to them without hesitation. My pets have all been patients for more than 20 years now. The Vets, the staff-everyone shows great love for the pets and treats all of us " pet parents" with compassion. I highly recommend PAH.

Dr. Julie is very nice, and always wants to do what is best for the animals. Unfortunately we ended up leaving this practice due to the communication issues. Our puppy was sick and being treated by Dr. Julie. When we called to follow up with her that our puppy was not getting better, and we did not have any response from early Monday morning until Thursday morning. We first called early Monday and left a voicemail with my cell phone number so they knew which number to call, and then continued to call a couple more times after no response. The office staff never answered the phone or responded to voicemails. This was for a puppy having diarrhea, an although the puppy was not needing emergency care I feel that a call back in 48-72 hours is realistic and will provide treatment in a timely manner to prevent her from becoming dehydrated. To avoid having to take her to the animal hospital, we split ties with this office and found a new vet able to see her for treatment. That vet then informed us of a vaccine that requires 2 doses, and our puppy only received one dose (so the second dose was missed). We ended up having to repeat the series for that vaccine. She could have become seriously ill due to this mistake. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand how stressful and understaffed any health care facility (pets or humans) is right now. But what I outlined above is a safety concern and unacceptable.

I have nothing but the absolute best to say about Parker animal hospital. they were able to squeeze me in on a short notice appointment same day. The staff was super friendly, the place was easy to see from the road, and the vet was incredibly knowledgeable. They sent me home with four different medications and clear and detailed instructions. I was also shocked to see how cheap their medications were. I would recommend Parker animal hospital to anyone who needs help. UPDATE: We're still coming here and we always see Dr. Hayes and we always recommend her. She is the only get we will ever use.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I called to make an appointment for my dog, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and abrasive! I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was shooed away and was not helped in the slightest.

I Love this Veterinary practice. My dog actually drags me in the front door. I think it has to do with treats on the front counter. Everyone is very attentive to the animals and you can tell they truely care about your pets when you bring them in. Great Veterinarians and the front office employees are very friendly and helpful

Dr Bigbee was very nice and professional. The office was very quiet and not busy which made my experience very comfortable.

Dr. Julie is the best! My old cat loves her and she has always been well taken care of.

Dr Hayes is amazing!! My dog sliced his paw on something in our yard and I called and they were booked up with appointments but called back and said Dr. Hayes said to bring him in. They stitched him up and I’m so thankful that I could take him in right away and not have to take him into an emergency pet place!! Saved me so much time and money!! So thankful for them!

Julie Hayes may be the best veterinarian in Parker. She explains things thoroughly, very down-to-earth, and pets love her. The front end team is also fantastic. I recommend this clinic.

Dr. Hayes is amazing. Her expertise and care of animals is superb. She takes her time and provides exceptional care. The prices are extremely reasonable. While taking X-rays of my dog, the staff patiently worked with her to do it without sedation (which was best for my dog) instead of sedating her which would have been more money and easier for them. Excellent practice. Have been going for over ten years!

I can't say enough good things about Parker Animal Hospital. We've been taking our fur babies there for more than 16 years. The care team is top notch from the expert veterinarians, technicians and front staff. They now offer affordable doggie daycare and boarding. We love Dr. Julie!

We LOVE Dr. Hayes and Parker Animal Hospital. Our Dogs received the best quality care and Dr. Hayes is both honest and compassionate. We just got a puppy after losing our dog three years ago and there was NO question that we would return to PAH. HIGHLY Recommend.

Parker Animal Hospital is the best place for your pet. Dr. Hayes and Dr. Digbee are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is great too. Look for the blue building on Parker Road. You'll be glad you did.

Everyone at Parker Animal Hospital is so helpful and kind! You can tell they love animals and treat our pets as they would their own! I also appreciate that you don't try to sell us items or services that aren't necessary, while making sure my pet is taken care of. At my last vet I walked out with such a high bill every time I visited. Thank you for all you do!
