They have great reviews but won’t accept new clients and have no clue when they will. Kind of unprofessional and shouldn’t have 4.8 star reviews sonde it sounds like they don’t even have the vets mentioned with their practice anymore.

Dr. Sprague is the best hands down

I love this place! It took me a while to find a Vet that I like. I trust them with my babies and recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable pet doc.

Always excellent service and care!

This is a new build, with an existing vet practice. We are new here, but the staff and Dr. Sprague are so wonderful. Highly recommend this vet. Small town feel in the big city.

We have a rescue with health issues and HAH has been great at helping to get her back on track.

I love this vet. Reasonably priced, books appointments based on how urgently the pet needs to be seen. Friendly and discuss things with you when needed.

We take our two cats and our dog to them and they are very caring and very affordable!

We switched from a place that had some turn over and I wanted a stable place. We love it here, reminds me of a small town vet. Our animals love it also and that's our main focus.

This is a wonderful place and Marvin is great with helping you out when you call. We inherited my dad's small, 14 year old dog, and needed help getting him checked out to fly him from Denver to Chicago. The Dr. and staff could not have been more helpful. Once in Chicago, the dog wouldn't eat, so I called Heritage and they helped me get him the proper food, and one he loves! Marvin was so prompt in returning my call, and we thank him very much for taking the time to help out.

This clinic is amazing. Dr. Sprague peactices top of the line medicine and truly cares about her patients. Alexis is incredible and extremely detailed and thorough in everything she does. 5 stars all around!!

I had to look for the one star review just to see what they said. But by far this is the best clinic we have ever taken our dogs to. Since we have a Shepard and huskies they know exactly how to care for the breeds and have excellent care. After a bunch of regular vets we have been to in the past I will be taking all 3 of our dogs to them forever. The follow up calls and the quick calls for advice has been no less but excellent.

I always have confidence and comfort that our little girl is in good hands for all her healthcare needs.

I was referred to Dr. Sprague by a client of mine saying - they are great with large breed dogs and won't overcharge you. She was more than right. This is the best vet staff! So amazing they are worth driving from Lakewood to Parker for after I moved. Thank you Dr.Sprague, Martin, Savana, Gaby, Alexis and everyone else that helped with Doobie Scoo aka "The Doobs".

Best vet ever! Have been taking my dog to Heritage for years now. Always great service and prices. Never recommend anything my dog doesn't need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Sprague is compassionate and you can tell she loves what she does. Alexis is always so helpful and informative. Kales is the BEST groomer ever!!!
