Update: WOW. What a great place for senior pet treatment. My 11 year old dog had a mass removal and dental cleaning done at once and they took great care of her. Her incision hasn’t had any issues so far and Dr. English even took the time to follow up herself about my dogs pain levels - that’s not care I’ve ever found at a vet’s office. Truly cannot say enough great things about the staff here. Absolutely loved this place. Great staff, loved that I could go inside, and Dr. English is simply amazing. She made sure I understood everything we talked through, and as someone who has a senior dog, felt like I received better care than I have other places. Have a surgery scheduled for December so planning to update with that experience. Definitely come here if you’re in the Denver area.

Not a bad place, but was too busy to see my sick cat Smokey. I can only assume things will get better.

I've been looking for a Vet for my boy Koda for a couple years now. I wanted some one personable and a dr that would take time with my dog and care for him as much as I do. Yesterday, I found that vet in Dr English! She was great! She reminded me how Dr's used to be. The staff at Tower road animal were just as great! Thank you, you have a patient for life

I really enjoyed Dr. English's approach to treating my cats. I really appreciate that she didn't manhandle them and treated them in a way that worked best for each cat. The only thing I think they could improve is that they could put some blinds or something over the windows in the first room. The direct view of the cars on Tower Road and the animals entering and exiting the building freaked the cats out more than the exam.

My son has a new blue nose pitt puppy. Was referred by a friend who gets their pitt puppies care here. My son took puppy and he said staff kept referring to our puppy as a american bull and female. His puppy is blue nose pitt and male. My son was concerned because his puppy appears to have a allergy or something because he is scratching a lot. That was never addressed and the problem is still ongoing. The 1st round of shots was affordable overall visit was less than 30 minutes. I will attend next visits to assure all questions are answered

Dr. English and her staff have been very kind and good with my babies. Both Abby and Lilly have been taken good care of by all of them. I find the prices to be very reasonable as well and the place is clean and organized. I recently took Lilly in and I was able to meet face to face the staff, with masks of course. Lilly was playful and had no problem being in the examination room with the assistant. In the past, they have usually felt a little scared at other vet offices. That's a good sign right there!

My baby loves the staff even though he pulls out of there. They are very friendly.

The receptionist that answered my call was rude and avoided answering my questions. I asked for how much it would cost for a dental cleaning and some vaccinations that my dog was due for, but she gave me an attitude about it. I'm sure that this place has wonderful veterinarians, but the service was poor for me.

Very impressed with this place. Everyone from the front desk to the vet was great. I had been unimpressed with my previous vet for a long time and had been meaning to make a change. My beagle was having neck pain and I was able to get an appointment same day (I may have just gotten lucky but still). I was recovering from surgery and really appreciated how quickly they got us in and out so we could both get back home and rest. Prices are unmatched to any vet I've been to before as well. Will definitely be coming back.

I cannot share and recommend this office enough. All of the staff is so kind, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable.

This is hands down the best Veterinarian /Animal hospital in town! The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Dr.English is great. They are wonderful with my dog Ginger, who loves visiting. She has benefited greatly from the help of Dr.English.

I called Dr. English with a super sick mastiff. She had eaten a stuffed toy and it was blocking her intestines. i of course didn't know what she had eaten... I just knew I had a really sick pup. Dr. English saved her life. She also fit me into her busy schedule so that I didn't have to pay ER vet bills. That would have tripled the cost of an already expensive surgery. They checked on her during the big winter storm and gave me lots of support and help. I will always use this place as long as I have a pet and they are in business.

Do to covid my visit was from the parking lot. With that being said. My experience was great. They took care of my pup and gave her a booster shot. After the visit the doctor called me with her after action review and answered any questions I had. Not to mention the customer service and bedside treatment is why I'm giving a 5 ????!

What a great place to take your pet. Probably the most friendly, helpful, and informative staff and vets I've encountered in the 13 years of my dog's life. Happy we made the switch to this animal hospital.

Dr. English is very knowledgeable, and extremely competent. I honestly believe I owe my dogs life to her. My only complaint, and I don't think this is at all due to any fault of her own, this clinic is in a developing area, so it's obvious that they are going to be very busy all the time, so they have no choice but to be quick. However, I do wish they would speak a little bit slower with me about my animals health. Beyond that, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I have given this place literally thousands of dollars, and I have no regrets whatsoever.

Dr. English and her staff are amazing and saved our fur baby. Our poor curious kitten ingested some Lilly pollen and they squeezed us in, quickly helped our little one and kept her for two days to monitor her. The cherry on top, they charged only a fraction of what the ER vet would have and had more compassion than we’ve ever experienced from any other vet. You bet we’ll keep coming back!

Doctor is super unprofessional and I don't have time to have a vet that gives terrible care and incompetently treats my dog.
