Amazing experience! We had gone to the same vet in Parker for 20 years, but after they were bought out by another company, it was time for a change. Our new puppy was sick since we got him and they were able to have us seen immediately. Dr Spiro prescribed us a variety of medications and prescription food to knock out whatever could have been causing the upset tummy- our pup was better in less than a week without having to go through all of those pricey diagnostic procedures! We arrived early for one of our appointments and they happily got us back into a room early so they could trim his nails before our appointment as I am fearful to do this at home. Cottage Veterinary Hospital staff is helpful and they charge very fair prices for their services. They leave decisions up to you and don’t make you feel pressured into anything. I’ve now recommended this vet to all our friends and family! Dr. Spiro is the best! A great, no-nonsense type of place.

This was our 3rd try at Vets in Parker. We will never go anywhere else. From when you walk in (smells good, not like disinfectant), the friendliness of the staff, the efficiency of the doc, everything was top notch. I was ready to have my doggo knocked out to get his nails trimmed. The doc said "well, that's a $200 nail clipping. let's try something else". Said no vet ever. Slapped on a soft muzzle and he was done in less then 3 minutes. so they actually SAVED me money that could have went into their pockets. LOVE this place. My dog is big and a fear biter. They handled him incredibly well.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk. Vets are unskilled and can’t perform basic check ups or surgeries. Please don’t go here unless you have an emergency. Use your money wisely and go to one of the many other, more qualified vets in Parker. Your pets will appreciate it.

The quality of care at this vet is awful. Many of the staff including the vets are not personable and rather condescending. Their ability to perform routine exams and surgeries is lacking and overshadowed by making as much money as possible. A physical exam for my healthy cat to get his prescription food for a sensitive stomach turned into a full discussion on elective surgeries that cost upwards of $1000! My dog left there untreated for surgery because they could not get the sedation lines in her veins but they shaved all 4 legs and had multiple attempts in each leg. She was still sedated and miserable when I picked her up after they let her sit in a crate for 5 hours without being treated or given water. Requests for simple prescription refills go unanswered then denied pending yet another exam within 10 months and additional bloodwork. Veterinary medicine has become just as money hungry as human medicine and it is very apparent at this vet. Save yourself and your pets the stress and money and find a more qualified vet who cares about the animals more than the money.

The staff and Dr. Fabrick we're Amazing. They were able to get us in next day and develop a treatment plan for our dog. We were very impressed with the level of care we received.

Friends sent me here and I was very pleased. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The vets were exceptional. Big time clinic small town feel.

I called up to make an appointment to have my dogs teeth cleaned. They wanted to do an exam first. The veterinarian told me my dog didn't need to have his teeth cleaned yet. He did tell me his skin was dry and to feed him some healthy oils like fish or olive oil. This visit only cost me around $25. I'd rather pay $25 for a checkup then just be told I need to spend $500 every 12 months to have my dogs teeth cleaned. The women at the front desk were friendly and nice.

Kylie answered the phone and was very unprofessional and used words during our conversation that were not appropriate. She put me on hold about 6 times with a call time of 20 minutes that answered very little of my questions. The vet refused to call me and answer my questions. They said if I wanted to ask questions to the vet I had to make another appt even though I had one just 4 hours earlier. I find it disappointing that a couple questions require more money. Such a shame that they don't have common courtesy to just answer a few questions especially when I paid about $75 for the appt 4 hours earlier!

We had to hand our pups off at the door after we had received an email from the vet that they were due for heart guard tests and bordatella. They returned them outside with no communication except wanting paid. We always order our heart guard online because our pups won’t take what this vet dispenses. I get a notice from the online place today and was told they couldn’t ok the scrip. I called the vet and was told it was because a dr didn’t examine them. They knew what we were bringing them in for and they didn’t make the appt with the vet. They said we would have to bring them back in hand them off at the door and the dr would examine them. I guess they are trying to recoup money they lost during covid. Yes, we already have an appt with a new vet. What a big disappointment. I asked for a call from the vet so we will see????

The team at cottage veterinary hospital are extremely helpful, thoughtful, and caring when it comes to animals. My kitty had a swollen paw, and needed a quick visit. They were able to comfort and help him at an affordable price, and I've never had better treatment at a vet clinic! Visiting the vet has always stressed me out, but this was a great experience. If you're in need of a vet, this is the right place! Thank you cottage veterinary hospital????????

Not a great experience. They aren't letting humans inside, so we stood out in the snow for 25 minutes with several staff members come out and either not acknowledge us standing outside of the front door, or asking if we've been helped, only to not help us either. She finally came out and told me to go wait in the car to avoid my dog running away (she was leashed and hadn't gone anywhere for the 25 waiting minutes!) because they had no rooms available, despite our scheduled appointment. They then told me they would muzzle her since she is nervous and I can't go in with her. No thank you!

We had an emergency with our dog and they were able to take us right away and were super helpful! My dog had to go into emergency surgery and they did it at a reasonable price and you can’t even tell he has had surgery now!! Thank you guys so much!!

Absolutely love the veterinarians here at Cottage vet. I've taken my Shiba Inu here for care and each time the care has been beyond amazing!! Very thorough and explain everything so well!
