They always know my dogs name when I bring her in and friendly staff. I love that I don’t need an advance appt for daycare. My dog is always excited to go there which tells me she has a good experience there. The only unknown for me a that I’m not sure what it’s like for the dogs when they have their max animals. 250 dogs is I believe their capacity.

My dog loves visiting City Bark Parker to visit his friends (both people and dogs). He’s always happy to arrive, and thoroughly exhausted when we pick him up. The staff is a pleasure to work with, and always very helpful.

The Staff always take fantastic care of our Great Dane. I love the cameras that allow me to check in on her throughout the day.

Boarded both my cats here over the holidays. The online reservation process was very easy, and it made checking them in super fast. The staff was very nice, and I loved getting texts every day of the cats letting me know they were doing okay. Overall a great experience, I'll definitely be utilizing them in the future

My first experience with the City Bark team was wonderful. They were so friendly from the moment I walked in to when I came back to pick up my pup. They were very accommodating and willing to work with me. I cant wait to bring my pup back. Already have recommended them to my sister with a Great Pyrenees puppy.

We have been taking our very shy and anxious dog to daycare here for about 8 months and she seems to love it. The employees know her and are always so sweet when we show up.

They took in Sweet Sven gave him lots of care and loving until he could be placed with a foster family thru Big Dogs Huge Paws rescue. Thank you for caring and coming to the rescue of this precious big dog!

We've boarded our dog at City Bark Parker on several occasions now and have recently begun to use their grooming services. Immediately upon entering you notice how clean the area is, it does not smell and every staff member we've interacted with has always been very professional, helpful and so loving with our dog. Groomer has been great too - so happy we've started to use those services as well! We highly recommend City Bark Parker!

The staff loved Mojo like their own cat, the facility is nice and clean. There are different services you can purchase for your pet, including time out of their kennel in a private play area. They did a great job, and Mojo will be going back the next time I'm out of town.

We have trusted City Bark for years with our puppies. A few weeks ago one of our fur babies passed away unexpectedly. I am overwhelmed at the staff’s care and concern for our family. The staff at City Bark took dozens of photos of our Raven and shared them with us in a video montage in her honor along with a beautiful flower bouquet! Everyone at City Bark loved and cared for our dog, just like we did. Without question City Bark is a valued part of our extended family and we couldn’t imagine our life without their part in it. Thank you all for everything you do for us!

My dog loves spending the day at City Bark. They really understand dog behavior, and I trust them with my pup. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We also used their boarding service and were very pleased. It was a relief to be able to watch our dog on the webcams and see him having a great time. Update: We have used them for boarding our dog three times now and can highly recommend them. I can relax knowing he is well taken care of.

We have Senior Mastiffs and sometimes they are very sensitive. our Special needs Neo/Cane Mastiff was severely abused; before she came to us. She has issues with other dogs & Men except her brother MAC. Now Mercy Loves Everyone at City Bark!! We are very Thankful.

We boarded our dog here for 2 weeks while we were out of town. He was picked up on the weekends by a family member and he smelt like pee 3 different days and one day was actually soaked in it, and he pooped immediately when he walked out of the building. He can hold it for 12 hours if he needs so he must not have been taken out at all for him to do this. When we spoke to the facility about this they kept trying to change the topic or just say they would do better but would never compensate for their mistakes. Now that we have gotten back into town he is extremely skinny, and had extreme diarrhea and is vomiting. We are now having to take him to an emergency hospital due to whatever work or virus he contracted from this irresponsible place. Do not recommend bringing any animal here!

Let me start by saying, I have no idea how City Bark Parker is in business, other than the fact it was once an outstanding business and the fact they provide little detail on their website regarding the services they’re providing. Other reviews mention a change in ownership has brought the place down, although I cannot confirm the ownership detail. We started using City Bark Parker about 5 years ago and our dogs loved to go. Our dogs are easy going and love to play with other dogs. Over the last year or so, our dogs began refusing to get out of the car as we were dropping them off. This behavior led me to begin trying to understand what had changed. Since the pandemic began, they do not allow customers inside the establishment, but do have cameras that occasionally work in the playrooms and outside areas, not the kennels though, which is where our dogs mainly stay. During our last few trips, the cameras have been functional, so I began looking for our dogs and found it was very rare to see them out, which was strange since we were paying for “full day daycare”. There were several dogs packed in tiny rooms being constantly sprayed with water bottles, but not ours. I called and spoke to one of the workers who informed me, “Full day daycare is from 10-4pm with 2 additional 30-minute potty breaks outside of that window.” During a previous visit, I called to inquire why I could not locate our dogs and a worker mentioned our dogs may be at nap to allow the employees to have a lunch break. Obviously, this is before I knew they only had 6 hours to play in the first place, or we would have cut ties with City Bark at that time. So, I emailed to ask if the full day daycare might be less that 6 hours to accommodate lunches and the young woman informed me that could be the case and it was confirmed to be true. At this point I’m thinking, who would ever bring their dogs to City Bark if they knew this information and began looking for service descriptions on their website. The only mention of any time I could find states “Half-Day Play offers up to 5 hours of play for your furry family member.” Now I’m even more confused since full day is best case, 6 hours. I’m now furious and advised my wife it may be best if she retrieves the dogs. She does and asked out of curiosity what the half day dogs receive if we only receive 6? She was advised half day dogs get 7-1pm, which is no different than full day. Furthermore, since lunch overlaps, they are likely to not receive their full play time either. We simply advised we’ll never be back. Starting this trip City Bark also changed up their billing and provides a “Receipt for Appointment” which, come to find out, is a detailed invoice of the services they are expecting to provide and finalized when we retrieve the dogs. Since I typically handle the pickup and drop-off, my wife was not all that familiar with billing and assumed a card was on file and heard “we’ll charge your card on file” and left. It was an innocent mistake when you’re trying to handle 2 crazy dogs who are excited to see her after being in a kennel ~18-20 hours a day, for 9 days. Instead of contacting us, they called the Douglas County Sheriff’s office. This did not really change the review as I was planning to post regardless, but some nice icing on top. One other thing to note about City Bark, while they have a curbside drop off and pickup, it’s rare for the worker to greet you to be wearing a mask. So, you may want to seek alternative options if you’re planning to see your loved ones. Whether you love or hate this place, I would imagine anyone who continues to use their services would enjoy knowing what they’re receiving since, as far as I can tell, it’s nowhere to be found on their site and likely very different than you may have received in the past if you’ve been a patron for any length of time. *Owner response is far from what I was told, which was very easy to understand and in line with my review. Zero mention of anything additional in the owner rebuttal. Nicole you're welcome to reach out for a copy*
