Friendly and helpful staff! A ton of choices for all sorts of pet owners. They have been reliable for purchasing feeders and answering any questions I might have! I drive 30 minutes (there and back) out of my way just for Nature Box Pet Emporium!

Normally my go to place the owners are super sweet I used to go into their location in Lakewood before they moved but at the bigger store one of the larger female workers has been the reason I do not go anymore neither do any of my friends. She has such a attitude and did not treat my friends mantis ( which was discounted because its front foot was messed up) that she was buying with any care besides slightly flicking it into a cup and being very aggressive with it.

Got a crestie from here and he is such a sweetie. This is an awesome store with so much packed into one it really is a pet emporium. Will cater to all your exotics needs from chinchillas to fish to lizards to snakes they seem to have it all

Staff didn't seem to wanna help. Gave me looks like "why don't you just leave already". The choice of fish was.... ok.... I guess more exotic than others but nonetheless, customer service was poor to non existant.

My partner and I have been talking about adding a scaly friend to our family, and on the same day the conversation began I happened upon this place! I’m no stranger to reptile care, and I’ve spent several years obsessed over making perfect freshwater aquariums and caring for my fishy friends - this place was amazing and had everything I could think of needing! It was hard not to buy everything immediately. All of the critters seemed happy and healthy- I went in later after sunset so a bunch of the reptiles were starting to get pretty active. They were busy, but staff was super sweet, after browsing for awhile I was helped by a person with bright pink hair (I didn’t catch their name!) and they offered to bring me some care sheets to take home on the reptiles I was interested in. We haven’t brought any new family members home yet, but we definitely want to come back here when we’re ready for them!

This has become our new one stop shop for feeders for my wife's ball python, really friendly and helpful staff. All of the animals seem to be well taken care of. Heck, the fact that they have SO many healthy chameleons on display speaks volumes for how they care for all the animals in the store.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter loves seeing all the snakes!

The staff here is very helpful and can answer any questions you might have. They have always treated me well and all of the pet acomadtions are always clean with healthy critters inside. The fish selection is a lot better than the box stores and fish are in better health.

Large retail space dedicated to reptilian, exotic pet, and small animal care needs. They also have a large variety of fish and decor items. Although a little pricey for feeders, I can't imagine going anywhere else in the area for my reptile care needs, and will be coming here for all my setups. Their online presence shouldn't discourage you from checking out their inventory, it's a very cool shop, with a wide variety of interesting exotic pets and supplies. Highly recommend.

Nature Box Pet Emporium is, by far, the best experience I have ever had in a pet store. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and all their pets are healthy and happy. I was so impressed with how much time the owner spent with us, giving us advice on how to provide the best possible life for our bearded dragon. I will continue to spread the word about this place and it's staff. I wish all pet stores were like them!!!! We will keep coming back.

We just purchased our first snake. Really clean store. Super knowledgeable and helpful employees! Competitively priced! Eric and Elisa were amazing! I went in for a bearded dragon for my sons 11th Birthday present and walked out with a snake! I feel like we learnt something we had been preparing for and studying up on about a whole other animal in the matter of two visits. They are really helpful and knowledgeable. The only place we go to get our feeders, new pets, and anything we need to take care of our pets. I highly recommend to everyone. Also, Their tarantula collection is perfection.

Wilbur needs to be put in a way bigger tank it's cruel to keep that poor creature in such a small space. And the bigger turtles area was disgusting the last time I took my daughter in there you guys need to take care of these animals better than what you're doing please they don't deserve that.

LOTS of lizard stuff & a few other things

They are so amazing sometimes its scary to ask questions but thats just me. They were so helpful. I had a problem for over a year and in less than 30 minutes they fixed it for me and im sooooo greatful for them
