They staff busy holidays with untrained working interviews and overcrowd rooms full of pop up kennels often too small for the dog shoved inside. They do not give dogs full play rotations and often lose meds for dogs. Sadly, this is just yet another daycare that cares more about money that dogs.

I have been coming here for several years and I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. I always have a piece of mind knowing they are happy and well looked after. The staff is very kind, professional, and efficient. Their grooming service are great and less expensive than other groomers.

Will not ever send my dog here again. I boarded him for 5 nights and when I took him home my dog wouldn’t even look at me,he was extremely dirty and smelled like sour old urine and was dehydrated. He’s been sleeping all day and All he did was drink bowls of water since I picked him up and he will not eat an ounce of his food. A huge thing that made me upset was that he came back with 2 big scabs on his ear and when he scratched them off they left holes in his head. I called back to ask what happened to my dog and the girl said shed call back and never did. I am taking him to the vet next week and if the problems are due to the day care I will be going after the company. They don’t even take care of the dogs for boarding. The website was just a sellout for money. Do not recommend this doggy day care at all.

I love this place. They remember my dog every year when I bring her during the holidays and they take great care of her. I have a senior labrador retriever and she is getting arthritic and on meds. They take note of those and even offered to put her with the smaller dogs this year so her environment is a little more relaxed. It really warms my heart that they recognize her when she arrives and even though it's always hard to leave her with someone else during the holidays, I feel comforted to know she will be well loved and taken care of while I'm away.

The staff at Boarding and Beyond is absolutely wonderful. The best part is how excited my dog Rosie is every time we arrive. They treat Rosie with kindness, care and love. I work very long hours and rely heavily on doggy daycare- and they make it possible. Rosie is loved and happy even when I can’t be with her. I’m so grateful to all of her friends at B and B.

As a first time dog dad, I have to say, I've been extremely impressed with Boarding and Beyond and the care they've provided for my pup! Going back to work in person, I needed a safe place for my pup to go during the day. At Boarding and Beyond, they love and take care of my pup as if he was their own! The extended hours are very convenient for my busy work schedule and the prices are reasonable too. But where they really shine is in their customer service! I had a concern that recently came up and David greatly exceeded my expectations in his communication, listening to and validating my concern, and working quickly to resolve it. He handled the situation professionally and even asked for more feedback on ways they could improve overall. He made me feel like my dog and I were his top priority and genuinely showed he cared. Each morning when I drop off my pup, Janet and others greet my pup by name and are excited to welcome him to daycare. She is always so friendly and welcoming and loves on my pup, which reassures me that he is in good hands. When I pick him up at the end of the day, Tay is always friendly and welcoming as well, even in the rush of everyone picking up their dog after work. She's been extremely helpful in getting my pup the care he needs, scheduling appointments and always being helpful, professional and friendly in answering my questions or resolving my concerns. I can't say enough about this place! My pup is always excited to play when we get there and always tired when he comes home so I know he's had a fun day of playing! Boarding with them has been a great experience as well. They've been an answer to prayers and have gone way above and beyond my expectations, I would highly recommend them!

Boarding and beyond are amazing, staff are always friendly and helpful, have tons and tons of patience for my dog and their extended hours make things so easy for me when I am working long hours. Their business model is exceptional and they are always responsive to feedback and questions.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this place. The last 2 times I have gone to pick up my pup from daycare, they have brought me the WRONG dog! Someone else's dog...and now I went to drop him off again, and I can't even leave him for daycare because they are now requiring that all dogs have personalized name tags. I'm guessing this new policy change is because I'm not the only one complaining about being given the wrong dog at pickup. How about instead of imposing the error of the employees on the dog owners, take a picture of my dog and associate it with his account so that you know exactly what he looks like? So unprofessional!

Boarding And Beyond is a wonderful place! Ever since I have tried them out for my dogs, I have been going back as their regular customer for a long time. Either for a day care for your fur friend or boarding, you can trust employees working here to give a sincere and customized care for your four legged friends. Not only from a wide and free play area for small and big dogs but also to a customized feeding schedule for your dogs, Boarding and Beyond will ensure you and your dogs a sweet vacation they deserve. Last but not least, they are closely located to the Denver International Airport(DIA) and opens early/closes late for your trip. Highly recommend them!

This place is so great! The place is clean and the people are super friendly! Highly recommend it for your fur baby! My Peanut had a wonderful time there!

So disappointed with this place :(. I had couple issues previously with the grooming area, I decided to give them another chance but that didn't work out for me and my dog! On the positive side I liked the fact that is pretty fast to schedule an appointment for grooming.

I was very disappointed by my last experience. One of my dogs came home with cuts all over her back legs and a rash that covered her entire underside. For the amount paid, I would expect the employees to notice and update me. Instead, it was discovered upon bringing her home. A follow up - this kennel is now claiming the rash is not from them and refusing compensation. This is unprofessional as my dog was healthy and rash free prior to drop off. I would not recommend taking your dog here as team members do not watch your dog closely or inspect them or any wounds.

Boarding and beyond went above and beyond taking care of our pup! Extra love, trail runs and attention due to a somewhat lengthy stay. We are beyond grateful for their care and attention. Special thanks to David, Taylor and Lilly for caring for our Maximus!

Friendly staff, very energetic. I brought my dogs for Day Care and grooming. The dog's haircuts were perfect, just what I asked for.

I’ve only used the grooming services, but will use them in the future for boarding when needed! The staff is friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable and there are many different packages and add one to choose from for every price range. I’ve been using them for almost a year now and my old fur-lady always comes out happy and fresh ????

My dog was deemed aggressive by another daycare so I haven't had my dog I a daycare\boarding kennel for 3 years. I was so afraid of leaving her anywhere but she's such a sweet dog at home. I found Boarding and Beyond on a Google search for aggressive dog trainers. I saw that they evaluate dogs before letting them into daycare. I scheduled my tour and discussed an evaluation. It was explained that they slowly introduced certain dogs to access how a dog reacts. That's the way I've seen it done on many dog behavior shows which gave me confidence. I took my dog the next week for the evaluation and her first day. I watched her interact with the other dogs on the webcams and she was enjoying herself. When I picked her up I was told she wasn't aggressive at all. I've been taking her back every week since and have been extremely pleased with the level of care and socialization she gets. I highly recommend Boarding and Beyond.

Great people here. Our pup loves to visit. We love that they have additional services like baths, nail trimming and teeth cleaning.

I went for a meet and greet with my dogs and was asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire requiring significantly private information. I asked not to have to do so because I haven't had decided whether to do business with them or not. Was told that everyone who goes there to see the facilities, including staff (strange), are required to complete the paperwork. I also found it strange that seemingly all the dogs were barking at once in a cacophony of noise that concerned me. There was a big tub of feces in the lobby, closed but nevertheless, in the lobby. Decided to leave.

KENNEL COUGH DISASTER Our puppy developed watery eyes after 2 days of daycare. We took her to the vet who provided a medication that gave short term relief before her symptoms returned. She was diagnosed with allergies and retuned to daycare. She continued to have watery eyes. 1 month later she developed a cough which progressed rapidly throughout the night to the point where she was coughing and vomiting every 15 minutes for approximately 9 hours. We had concern for severe dehydration so we took her to the vet where she was diagnosed with kennel cough. I called Boarding and Beyond to share this information. I spoke with a very ditzy receptionist who disclosed that they had several known cases that had been in the facility recently. When I asked how many cases they needed before they shared that information with other customers she transferred me to the manager, David. He refused to answer this question and said they cleaned the facility every time a case was reported. He also said that they can’t force an owner to take the dog to the vet, but if the owner chooses to do so and share that information, then they could launch an investigation. If this does not happen, then they have the animal stay out of the facility for 2 weeks or until symptoms subside. Since we took our dog to the vet, we shared her medical records with David. He said there was no information to share with other customers, because the diagnosis was “suspected kennel cough” which was not definitive. He later recanted this statement admitting this was a “nit picky” approach and he would share this information with the owners of the facility. He disclosed that in the 1.5 years he has worked there he has never seen the owners disclose an outbreak or exposure to customers. I asked multiple times to speak directly with the owner, but David refused. Just to clarify, we are not upset that our puppy got sick. We are upset with how sick she got, and that this could have been avoided. We have since concluded that her watery eyes for 1+ month was due to kennel cough. Allergies are not contagious, so we continued to send her to daycare. Every time she went, she contaminated the facility and exposed other dogs. I know other facilities will share exposures with their clients to protect immunocompromised and puppy/geriatric dogs from developing severe illness. We tried many times to communicate our exposure to help protect other animals, but were met with resistance and hair-splitting verbiage that prevented our message from being shared. We have since reached an amicable resolution with Boarding and Beyond and have gone our separate ways. If you choose to use this facility, just know there will be no communication about illness and outbreaks within the daycare. You will not be informed that your dog has been exposed, and your attempts to protect other dogs from your own dog’s exposure will be actively resisted. Good Luck!

What a great place for your furry friends to come and have a playdate. The folks here really do care about every dog that comes in.

BandB takes very good care of our dog. Each time we visit, they know him by name. Importantly, he enjoys his time there. Only 4 stars because, on occasion, the grooming has been tardy in returning our pup.

My dog, Waffle, loves it here. He's always happy every time I tell him that we're going to daycare. He has fun with friends, and the staffs are very friendly. Love that we can watch him while he play outside through the Webcam with no additional cost.
