We are so grateful for this place and the staff! It's just about the only way we can bathe our 2 Great Danes, other than in the Summer with the hose! The staff always raves about how beautiful our two girls are and they just eat it up and love going here too!

Excellent job grooming my Pomeranian and Sheltie. Staff has always been very nice here. Almost a 3 month wait for grooming when I called, but worth the wait.

My dog Ziggy was not having it with getting his nails cut. They took him in the grooming salon and 3 girls got his nails done! They were super friendly, and I am so grateful for them getting this done!

Absolutely love their self wash center! The ultimate wash has the shampoo and conditioner in the hose, which means it's fast and easy. I actually spent a little longer bathing my pup than usual because it was kind of meditative. Staff is really nice.

The ladies were so calming and amazing!! This morning PETCO LOST our business after they turned us away for a nail appointment all because our sweet girl has cushings disease. As of this morning, WAG N’ WASH has EARNED our business!

A great place for dog self-wash. I like that they offer different priced packages depending on your needs. Staff was very helpful and friendly and even gave my dog treat after the wash!

Great place we have been coming here for years for self wash and nails for our 2 dogs. However nail prices went up and now other places are cheaper not happy about this.

I am rating this location in Castle Rock a 1 star as there is not a no star rating available. I have been here twice now for my golden doodle to be groomed. The first time this year was great. The second time was awful, they completely shaved my dog. I called that afternoon to provide my feedback and was told going forward I would be a scheduled with the first groomer. They apologized for my experience abs said this next groom would be comped. Today I called to reschedule my upcoming grooming appointment for another day due to a work conflict and they said the soonest they could get me in was 10/26 which was fine. I asked if I’d be with the same groomer and they said no and that they only had one groomer left and the rest were apprentices. I then asked if my service would still be comped abs they said No. This is why I will not be coming back to this location. Second time a nightmare of a groom for my dog and now a retraction on offering to try and make things right by comping my next appointment. I feel like this place has no consistency and I do not trust my pet in their hands anymore.

Staff is friendly and good assortment of treats and products. Unfortunately, I used their grooming services for the first time and was unimpressed. For $80 (including tip) my dog had matting under his belly and behind his ear. It didn't seem like they combed through him. I called and all they said was that they were sorry, and I could bring him in to fix it. I just don't have the time. I live in Parker and work in Lakewood. The point was for it to be finished correctly the first time. The manager was not in and I never heard back after they took my information. I use their self service dog wash in the winter a lot. And the baths could use some tlc but not bad for self wash. If you have a big fluffy dog and use their grooming services, know they do not ask for vaccinations and to double check their coats. He was in and out pretty quickly. ALWAYS TIP!

I had a really frustrating experience with Keeley (Kelly?) today. We’ve come to this Wag n Wash location many times in the past, and it’s been great, which is why I’m leaving three stars instead of one. My hope is that this was a “foot in mouth” moment. My dog and I came in and we were welcomed and asked if we needed help. I explained that we had just come from the vet, and found out my dog had a heart murmur. Of course, I was worried and doing what our vet recommended. I explained that we were told there has been research developing saying grain free food COULD be connected to heart murmurs, and that we were suggested to change our dogs food to see if it helps. Keeley (Kelly?) LAUGHED. I’m sorry, but that just does not feel appropriate (which is why I’m hoping this was an impulse/accident). I asked why she was laughing and she flat out said, “because that isn’t true at all”. Okay, fine. It’s information still in development, and I even and previously said it COULD be connected, not that it is. Either way, I really don’t love being laughed at especially about something that is fairly worrisome for a dog owner. If she wanted to share this information with me, It could have been done without being condescending. So, I just said “well I’m going to listen to my vet. Could you show me where the food is?” Her attitude changed and she was helpful and kind after. I just hope we don’t have a similar experience in the future.

Nice place with awesome employees. Love how things are kept so clean you would have missed the chaos of so many dogs being groomed at once. Thank you for providing the service for us!!!

The service is great, all of the staff is responsive and friendly. The dog wash was quite busy. The drying area is quite run down. Only three of the drying stations worked, and one of the three had the duct tape give out, so it really didn't work well. Thankfully, none of the other patrons came in to dry until we were done.

They don't get paid enough to deal with crazy doodle owners.

I take my 70 lbs English bulldog there for the Self Wash option and I love it. He loves it too. Its so easy to get him in the tub AND get all the shedding hair off of him. I would not want to do this at home LOL. Also the staff is very friendly

Kelsey did an amazing job on my Portuquese Water Dog! We are new to Colorado and didn't know who to go to for grooming our dog. We received a recommendation from a neighbor and I am so happy. Thank you Kelsey we will be back!

I have been coming to this Wag and Wash for the past 10 years with my English Bulldog Cheeto and we have always been happy customers. Cheeto and I absolutely adore store Manager Kelley and Associate Chloe. Wag and Wash go above and beyond to make our visits awesome! Keep up the good work all. Cheeto is treated like a KING!

Got put on a waitlist for the dog tubs. We were told it would be a 45-1 hour wait I said we are not going to sit in the parking lot and he said we will call you they called and when we went in they said they gave our tub away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND DIDN’T Tell us that if we weren’t there in 5 minutes they would give our tub away. When I spoke with the person on the phone I told them we would be there in a few minutes. If they had said if your longer than 5 minutes I would have told them we would be about 10. Lack of communication and courtesy.

This is an awesome pet Central. You can buy not-so-common Foods (my dog eats a brand called Froms, can't find it everywhere) leashes collars, pet carry bags a limited selection of dog parkas and toys and also they offer Gourmet homemade pet food for your dog or cat. My dog turned 2 the day after Christmas and we bought a personal dog birthday cake the most precious thing you ever seen. I take my dog here to be groomed every month but what I think is very awesome is that they have a self-service Pet Wash were you can use their wash basins and their soap or you can bring your own soap as well as a room where you can dry your pet if you want to wash your pet yourself. My favorite groomer used to be Shayla but she has moved from the Castle Rock location to the Littleton location now my suggestions for groomer would be Tamara or Kelsey will do an exceptional job for you as well. I usually pay $60 to $65 with the tip which some may say this is on the expensive side for Pet Grooming but believe me after you see feel and smell your pet you will be okay with the price I absolutely love Wag N Wash and I can't see taking my fur baby anywhere else.

Great place to go and wash your pup yourself! Towels, shampoo & conditioner provided. Best of all, no hair and mess to clean up at home!! The staff here is fantastic, always helpful and will get you whatever you need! They’re friendly and loving to your dog. Pro Tip: go during the week (if possible), it’s less busy. ????????????
