This review comes after a lot of thought and a series of bad experiences. We got a new puppy and were recommended to this office by our insurance agent. The first visit started off terrible right out the gate… the whole staff was clueless about the discount program they push hard it seems like. We had several questions not only about having a new puppy, but most of our conversation with the tech was about the discount program since we were considering signing up. The tech became obviously uncomfortable with all of the questions but still tried to answer them. Another tech opened the door while we were discussing options and he asks, “Life check?” And the girl says,”Yeah… we are just talking about EVERYTHING.” When she stepped out we overheard them talking more about how much of an inconvenience we were. Despite this bad first visit, we decided to continue with the course of puppy shots there. I also got another puppy that became ill and this was the second bad experience we had. Prior to the appointment, a tech spoke with my husband on the phone about the sick puppies symptoms, and when he explained, she said, “Well that was way more information than I needed to know, but I’ll pass that along.” When I went to the appointment I decided to inform the vet about how rude her staff was, as this was the second time it had happened. I told her that she was great but I thought she should know. All she said was that she was sorry. No discount was offered. Nothing at all was offered to make things right. I was sent home with several meds, but they called my husband after I’d left and said they forgot to give me the deworming pill. You would think that they’d offer SOMETHING for our time and gas money having to drive back to the clinic, but instead, they said they didn’t charge me for the medicine since they forgot to give it to me, and that they needed to charge the card on file. The third visit went slightly better, but the tech told me I was being charged for two shots, but it was actually three. She also gave me the wrong info about prices, so I was irritated when I went to pay. I explained how the last time I was there that we had to drive back for meds because of their mistake, and I outright requested a discount because of the inconvenience and being told the wrong info about shots and prices. They said no because they had already applied a discount. I don’t believe that for a second. This clinic is after money and even after informing the vet about her rude staff, she didn’t seem to care too much. We have two new puppies and anticipate spending thousands over the course of their lives since they will have puppies of their own that will need care. Twin Peaks has lost our business and we will be sure to warn others to not waste their time there. The discount program is a joke, and they don’t even understand how it works. It had been modified when I was there last and I was asked again if I was interested in the new and improved perks of the year long program you’re locked into, even if your pet dies. That doesn’t sound right to me at all, and I’m sure I’m not the only one that sees how wrong that is.

I've been with Twin Peaks for a couple of years, and we just added a second dog to our family and to their 90% plan. I've been happy with every vet we've seen there. The dogs get great care. It's definitely worth the 20+ minute drive each way. I highly recommend them!

We went here for about 2 years with our little ones and it has gotten progressively worse. In the last 4 months their customer service, availability, honesty, and care levels have dropped significantly. You can't get an appointment 90% of the time if something is wrong, so the healthplans do little to no good now. The vet techs are still amazing, but their front desk staff is unknowledgable about their plans and will treat you like a nuisance if you have any questions with what they tell you. Byron has had several health issues since we got him almost a year ago leading to quite a few vet visits. We found a specialist and started making a lot of progress with him while continuing to use the medical plan at twin peaks for testing. They initially didn't have any recommendations for how to treat him other than antibiotics. Our specialist said after our initial treatment that it was not the best course to take and recommended we avoided them in the future. Our specialist has been sending over his medical files to twin peaks with these updates of no antibiotics. He recently developed a sore on his foot and they prescribed him a high dose of antibiotics. I questioned it referring his specialist and the vet said she'd never heard of antibiotics causing long term gi issues and wrote several things into his chart that I never said in the appointment. Byron became extremely ill, could not hold down or digest his food after just 6 days of antibiotics. He still had 8 days in their prescribed dose. I called and explained the situation and they decided that he would be fine not taking anymore antibiotics but didn't have any ideas on what to do for him not holding down or digesting his food. We reached out to his specialist who questioned the dosages again of the antibiotics and after looking at sore (that was still there) said there were several other options they had other than what they did. We decided to move forward with more testing and paid 400 for an extensive allergen panel. We were told it would take 5 to 7 business days. I called the following Monday and was informed it would actually be 2 weeks. I asked for confirmation that it was sent on time as we were told by 6 different employees that it would be 5 to 7 business days for the results. They assured me it was sent "early that week" and that it was sent within the time frame to send it out. We called the following Tuesday and we were told that I was calling too early and it would be late in the week before we heard back. I reminded them that he is still extremely ill and not putting on weight. (He is eating 6000 calories a day between his normal 5 and snacks.) I was told they would call when the results were in. I called today (thursday) and was told the results came in early this morning but they wouldn't be sent over until 6pm. I would not receive a call, only an email from the practice manager. I called his specialist clinic and they called over for the results. They were told everything was included and forwarded them over to me. The results of his test were not included. I received the results with an email saying they would no longer care for our pets and the test results had come in Tues evening. Not Thursday morning and they did not need to be translated. I had to call the company to get any further info on them since they continuously hung up on my husband. Which they've done to me in the past when I've questioned what they've said. This is not the first issue we have had. We've had consistent issues with two of their receptionist saying they had no appointments for weeks only to find out from the techs or other receptionists that they were completely dead all week and had several openings. They have been super defensive when you reference the health plan covering something and they will say it's not covered and you have to pay. I got 3 different quotes for 1 appointment for my dogs depending on who I talked to the appointments were or were not covered. Imelda has been the only person who has been able to correctly run the quotes.

I just got home from putting my dog down at twin peaks. As you can imagine this was a difficult decision, but if I had to do it again I would be back at twin peaks in a heart beat. The compassion the doctors have shown through the course of my many years and many animals being treated there is unparalleled. I have met many human doctors with far worse bedside manors. Every visit has been nothing less than exceptional and I would recommend this place to anyone. I see a lot of people on here complaining about the cost but if you don't want to spend money on animals; don't have them. Caring for animals costs money and vets (in addition to taking care of your animals) also have a business to run... in addition to the vets, every tech I have ever dealt with there has been cordial, professional and also compassionate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is great.

Dr. White is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone who appreciates a great bedside manner and transparency. I'm neutral on the actual clinic as it's pretty similar to most other veterinary offices I've visited; Dr. White is why I choose this facility.

We absolutely love Twin Peaks Veterinary Clinic. We have been with them for years and they always show compassion for our dog. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and doctors always take the time to explain everything with us. So very affordable with their plan also compared to other places we have tried before. I had a dog with a bad cough and found reviews of this place with their own pet insurance plans. Took Petey in and the staff was so nice, explained everything including pricing up front and I signed up my pup for a health plan. Multiple x-rays, a script, detailed exam and under$150 with their plan. thank you! Petey is so much better now and I have a new vet!! ♥️♥️

I have been bringing my dogs to this Vet for over a decade. They have been covered under the care plans and received excellent care at Twin Peaks. The Vets are compassionate, caring and dedicared to keeping our dogs healthy and us informed. All the techs are genuinely caring individuals also dedicated to providing friendly service and excellent care. I don't have any reservations about recommending Twin Peaks.

I called ahead to put my dog on a health plan asked how he it would cost to be prepared. Got here and they wanted double! Front desk was very rude. My dog almost died a week ago and I have paid a fortune to keep her alive! This is the second time this has happened. They have changed their prices from qhen they first opened to wat higher . Not reliable financially

Scammiest, most unprofessional staff I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They lure you in with low cost health savings plans, but find everything under sun wrong with your animal, so they can run more tests for more $$. They quoted me $250+ for a biopsy that cost me $65 at CSU. I took my animals to a different vet to verify all the things they found wrong- everything was unsubstantiated. What a bunch of crooks. Run away, don't walk. The health plans are NOT worth it.
