Been taking my cat there for 5 years. In general it's been a positive experience. I like having the wellness plan, these people love animals and work hard

Shadow was seen and everything went well. He was prescribed medication for a urinary tract infection. My poor pup. Anyways great veterinarian and the gentleman at the front seat super nice. My dog was not so happy but he is a lot better. Now we are going back soon to get his paw pads checked ???? .

Lovely folks, have only done basic preventative care with them, and they are quick, kind, and informative. I love having the app to track care and history with them. While I understand why, I do wish we could be in the exam room with our pets.

Easy to work with, friendly receptionist, and the Docs seem to be knowledgeable and are willing to answer questions about how the pets visit went and are willing to explain procedures that he just been done or are being considered.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR WELLNESS PLAN, IT'S A TRAP. They DO NOT give you the discounts and YOU CANNOT CANCEL. They say there's no "cancelation fee" but then they SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS without a phone call, email, or anything telling you that they still want the money for the whole year THAT THEY WONT EVEN BE TAKING CARE OF YOUR PET FOR. I called to cancel and it was a BATTLE. CORPERATE was VERY RUDE when I called to cancel my wellness plan, they hung up on me 2 times before I spoke to someone who would actually listen. I was 3 days into my renewel wellness plan (they auto renew without telling you and up the price so you never know when to cancel) AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY OUT THE FULL YEAR WITHOUT HAVING ANY SERVICES DONE (Fitting since they dont have the competency to do any of the services in the first place) but dont worry "there is no cancelation fee" when I had hung up the phone after canceling I was told everything was "taken care of" which to me meant they were okay with it being 3 days into the plan and completely canceling, but now I'm sitting here with a debt owed to them without a phone call. Email text or message from their app to inform me I still owed them money. No one reached out to me to tell me I needed to add a new card on file. They'll rip you off all while hurting your pets instead of taking care of them. Watch out and be warned.

They cared for our cat for years right up to the end. Very sympathetic but rather expensive.

We love taking our senior dog to Banfield. The technicians are always so sweet with him and he absolutely loves them back. Dr. Eastman is so patient with our questions and makes sure to address everything we come in with. We love it there!

I would give them a 0 if I could. Do not take your animals here. They will make you sign up your pet with their benefits before they will take care of your animal. Those benefits are charged monthly, which was not in any paper work or was not told to us upon signing up. They do not send you bill information. Instead they let it accumulate, then send it to collections. They are also extremely rude when you call to talk too them about this type of issue.

I took my cat in for urinary issues and they instead tested her for diarrhea issues even though she has no signs of diarrhea. They wanted to charge me for both test as well as medication for the diarrhea, that may help with the blood in her urine. I am now taking my cat to a different vet as it seems that the ones here are not competent enough to diagnose the correct issues.

Brought my cat in to get spayed. The front desk clerk was extremely rude. She was condescending and made it very clear my early 5 minute arrival time was unacceptable and carried it through the day. When I picked my cat up I told them I highly doubted she would keep the cone on and her response was 'Well you'll have a VERY expensive vet bill if you let her get at those stitches.' Just a miserable person to interact with. Sadly my Wellness contract isn't up until september because I will be taking my cat to ANY OTHER vet if something arises because I just do not want to speak with this woman.

I needed to get my dogs nails trimmed and one of the doctors was SO patient with my very uncomfortable and scared dog. I am from our of town but wish this doctor was my regular. Amazing staff here.

Convenient. Located in Pet Smart stores all over. Our dog has been to three so far. Care always seems excellent. Appointments are available on weekends and weekdays. Longmont, CO location is usually busy but we've never had to wait long for an appointment. With their prepaid health care plan there are seldom any unpleasant surprises at checkout. We have used Banfield for our last four or five dogs.

Care given was adequate ⭐⭐⭐ Didn't like that I could not accompany my pets during treatment. If I could rate NO⭐, I would have. The last time I took both dogs in the reports I was given were "boiler plate" with nothing pertaining specifically to either dog except that bloodwork results were given for only one of them. Although one was noted to be "overweight" and the other was noted to be "obeese", there was no recommendation as to type of food or quantity or even "ideal" weight. Upon request, I was emailed the Dr's recommendations. Last year my Jack Russell had 8 teeth removed costing $1400 over & above the plan (agreement w/ monthly payments). This year, in June, I was told he needed 9 teeth removed for an estimated $2000+. When he was under for dental cleaning they called to say I had 15 minutes to call (& give permission to proceed with removals). I could not get thru & was repeatedly put on hold until it had been over 20 minutes & he was already coming out of the anesthesia. This turned out to be a good thing. Even tho I made an appointment for the extractions to be done @ Banfield, I also made an appointment with a Vet closer to home. For $55, I was told that only 2 teeth would need removal & neither was an emergency. Also, it would have been "hard to even cost $700!" Furthermore, I wanted to cancel the "plan" or "membership" or "agreement". I was told I owed $385 for each pet, totalling $770! I was shocked since I've never been given an invoice or told I had an outstanding balance. However, at the last visit in June, I was told that I had received services valued at more than $1300 which I was lead to believe was what I had SAVED because I had the plan (or membership or "agreement"). I am being emailed a copy of the "agreement". I,supposedly, can get an invoice online or from the hospital. So far, I can't even log into their website!

Took my 15 year old cat in on a Wednesday and was told they suspect she has ring worm! They charged 160$ for a skin scrape sample to be tested and said I'd have results in a couple days no later than Monday and still no results!! They also said they had ordered medicine so I could start treatment and that I could get that the following day and five days later and still they don't have medicine!! I'm not very happy with this as I have two other cats and two young children that could become infected. I have no where to keep my cat away from everyone except for having her in my back yard! I will not be bringing another animal here again!!

If you have a American bulldog dont take them there. They are scared of big dogs. The doctor will want you out of there. Really sad, every dog should be treated the same

We have been with Banfield for ~5 years and have been to multiple locations due to moving to different cities and have always been extremely happy with the care we have received - EXCEPT FOR THIS LOCATION. The doctor was disingenuous and uncaring. Our dog severely injured herself trying to break out of her kennel while we were at work and the doctor's response was "Yeah, that's a large wound" and sent us across town during rush hour to another facility. I am fine taking her elsewhere if that was out of his scope of practice but her leg was literally hanging open, bleeding, and he refused to even put a bandage on it so I could get her to the other vet. I will not trust this location with the wellness of my dog again.
