Dr. Walters and staff could not be more perfect if they tried. I have always been really picky about finding a veterinarian for my siamese fur baby, I recently moved to Longmont so I was on the prowl for a new veterinarian. I probably went to EVERY place in town read everyone’s reviews, called and asked all kind of questions and without a doubt I can tell you that the Olde Towne veterinary hospital really does have it all. I have never had a vet as caring, sympathetic and friendly as Dr. Walters!! She is literally everything you would want in a veterinarian all rolled into one with a beautiful smile on top. And her staff is exactly the same. Unfortunately my Siamese cat was diagnosed with diabetes, but without Dr. Walters I would’ve never even known!! She has literally gone above and beyond helping me with all of my questions, she took time to thoroughly show me how do I administer his insulin and his pain medicine, she is thorough about everything. You can tell that she really does care, she remembers us every time we come in and I see her do the same with her other patients as well. Every Pet owner knows how scary it is to learn that your fur baby is sick and not feeling well, I was so worried and overwhelmed and Dr. Walters took the time to talk me through my worries and even gave me her Cell number and told me to call anytime of the day, no matter what, if I have any questions or if I’m having a hard time. To me that is definitely going above and beyond for your patients, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place to take your fur baby THIS IS IT!! I forgot to mention how great her prices are as well!! I compared her prices to every single vet office in town her prices were Equivalent or lower then any vet Office in the Longmont area. I could honestly go on and on about how amazing Dr. Walters and the Olde Towne Vet hospital is, but the best way for you to find out how amazing they are is to take your fur baby there or call them and ask any questions you may need answered and you will find out for yourself????

The prices are reasonable and they are gentle and kind to all of my animals. My dog was attacked and they got him in for surgery the following morning and did an amazing job. It didn't even scar.

By far the best vet I've ever been too. Dr. Carnes was so sweet and very gental with my dog. They were able to get my baby in first thing in the morning. She was super informative and helped me understand everything that was going on. Now my baby is home with all his medication. I fully reccomend this place. Thank you guys so much. Everyone that I have interacted here has been friendly, helpful, and caring. They definitely care about the health and welfare of your pet, and go above and beyond what I would normally expect in caring for them. They come to your car to get your animal, then bring it back the car after the appointment. My cat is very traumatized by being placed in a carrier, and after seeing just how badly he reacts to it, they agreed to allow him to come in wrapped in a towel, rather than in a carrier for his second appointment. Because of COVID, my sister-in-law has been the one taking my cat in, so the vet called after the second appointment to get more information directly from me about Blitzen. I could tell by talking to her that she really cared about animals and she was very helpful in giving me ideas on how to help him feel secure in his new home and to deal with his continued eating issues (his first appointment was because he wouldn't eat and then began vomiting; they called about 4 days after that appointment to check up on him).

They took great care of our little Elvis when he had some bad teeth. So friendly and caring!!

Dr. Colleen Carnes and the staff at Olde Towne are kind, empathetic, and incredibly professional. Colleen has been our vet for a while so when I called her after hours (on a weekend) with an emergency...a very sick 10 week old puppy, I knew we could depend on her. Dr. Carnes met me at her office, on her day off, and without a doubt saved our puppy’s life. It was so scary and heartbreaking but the team at Olde Towne made everything feel manageable and under control. We are so lucky to have found a vet that we can take all four of our pups to and a team that we consider a part of our family. We can not thank you enough!

Dr. Carne's and her entire staff are kind, professional, and true animal lovers! OTAMC helped our Willow with some staples after she cut her leg open. They were fast and efficient at getting us in and out, at a very fair price. We love OTAMC!
