PetSmart Loveland, Colorado

This store is always so disgusting in regards to fish. In the picture, all of the yellow containers are dead. It is absolutely heartbreaking.

Thanks to the ladies in the grooming salon. We are always happy to take our shih tzu there and she is happy to go! She comes back clean and looking great. ????

This PetSmart location has seriously gone downhill over the years. I used to shop here religiously for fish, cat, and dog products. Unfortunately, the fish are always sickly. In fact, every fish I’ve ever bought here has had ick or died within a couple days. The store has a permanent smell of urine. It’s just downright disgusting in there. It reminds me of a dingy thrift store these days. I will swing in there if I’m in a pinch and badly need something, but I switched to shopping at PetCo.

My go to place for all my pets needs. Online ordering makes for a great stop and go option.

Took my dog to his vet to have his nails trimmed and he gets so upset there that they want to sedate him before they do his nails again. I took him to this amazing store and he does not cry out or shake. Within 5 minutes they have him in and out. Love this place and the amazing staff!!!!!

Clean and the vet area is very well kept up. People there are friendly and it's such a pleasure to have this kind of behavior.

Not a fan of this place at all. I know they allow pets to come inside. However, it looks as though they never clean up the floors. There was literally yellow spots from urine all over. (Dried urine, not fresh) The place just kinda smells too. I mean, they had what I needed, but I don’t plan on going back.

They always have pretty good deals on things I need for my fish. They tanks could use some help. But otherwise customer service was great.

We have never used Petsmart for grooming (we have used and were happy with Petco) so we decided to give it a shot. We drove to this location from out of town (2 hours), just for our dogs groom. Upon arriving, Jenny, the salon leader, started getting us checked in. She asked if my dog had any health conditions and I told her she has seizures, but they are only 1x per month and she had just had the one for the month. I told her our dog had been to numerous vets and all told us not to medicate her unless they became more frequent. Jenny proceeded to tell me they couldn't groom her that day because they could only do the "express" because of the fact she has had seizures, and they had no availability for express (not sure how as I had booked the full groom and they had time for that?). Jenny also proceeded to tell me my dog should be medicated for the seizures since she has more than 3-4 a year, even though I told her our numerous vets did not advise that. Overall, bad experience, and definitely won't be coming back for anything, at all. I didn't bring my dog to Petsmart for a groomers medical advice on my dogs health conditions.

The staff was very helpful, offering to take out several pets for a closer look. We considered a guinea pig and the staff member did a great job explaining what to expect with that pet and the habitat needed.

Easily accessible from highway 34 or Interstate 25. Use for all my pet's food and supplies.

Usually when I come here it is for the grooming services. The girls do a GREAT job back there I have an Australian shepherd and they do a great job of trimming his hair to help him cool down but also maintain the cute Australian Shepherd look perfectly but sometimes I think they could work on being more personable and friendly. YOU SHOULD HAVE A TIP JAR! The employees deserve it!

Well stocked and clean place to shop. Staff is always friendly. Jenny in the pet salon is the sweetest! She takes great care of our fur-babies!

I always enjoy petsmart. I always find something there whether I need it or not.

First time using curbside and online pick up. It took over a hour to get the order to go through. Then I got the email for pick up 8 hours later. Thought there was a 3 hour window not 8 hours. The employee was great.

My dog (fully vaccinated and healthy) got KENNEL COUGH from the groomers here. CLEARLY they don't keep it SANITARY at this location. No, my dog has not been anywhere else that could have possibly caused this. My dog brought it home and got my other 2 (fully vaccinated and healthy) dogs sick as hell. THANKS ALOT.

Nice employees but they did not have a car seat harness for my dog.

Has sign on door saying store hours change to closing at 6Pm everyday started July 31st. Today is the 30th and went at 7pm with it closed with no information on why it's closed so early. I've seen 20 people so far try to get in and become frustrated. Would love to have customers better informed on hours as there's nothing explaining the early close today.

PetSmart has always been okay. Nothing that has ever blown my mind, but above average customer service and great sales on fish tanks. I buy all of my live feeders from here (crickets, mealworms, minnows) and filters. Edit: Recently we purchased a tank and stand online. Sadly I didn't read the description and it was not the one I thought I was purchasing. The manager on staff allowed me to return everything and get the stand and tank I had wanted with nothing but a smile and the highest level of customer service/professionalism I've had in years. Thank you so much, I've updated this review to 5 stars, and you've made a lifelong customer.

We were vacationing in our RV and Colorado and was thankful to find this Petsmart as our husky uses their Authority Brand food. I was able to purchase a large bag and we were happily on way on the road. The staff was friendly and store was clean.
